The debate on the treatment of animals has accelerated as a social issue in the West since the 1970s. In 1975, Peter Singers argued in his book, Animal Liberation, that speciesism should be banned. This led to an explosion in research on animal welfare in the philosophical and social sciences. Following Singer, Tom Regan suggested considering the animal rights as being on the same level as human rights. Their arguments were that animals should be imbued with some intrinsic weight sufficient enough to remind humans of their social responsibility to animals at least to a certain degree. In this regard, social responsibility for animal welfare as well as animal rights has formed an axis that organizes human morality in modern society. Such arguments regarding animal welfare can be perceived as an active and creative effort which accords with the free will of human beings who in Daesoon Thought are understood as facing the era of human nobility. This argumentation also aligns with the doctrine of grievance-resolution for mutual beneficence as a practical creed due to the way in which modern bioethics implies that animal welfare could become a practical communal morality integrated into legal systems prior to adoption as a system of individual morality. From within this context, this study discusses the nature and limits of modern animal welfare and animal rights from the perspective of the grievance-resolution which Kang Jeungsan promised to animals.

Modern culture has describing the year's situation along the social environment. A literary work changed as if the year's situation change. Therefore we can understand the age through the literary work and get knowledge the social request of the year's. This literary works have made a chance to know approaching more closely to user as producing media resources. Recently, IT convergence and digital convergence become a new trend to combine each other academic area and get much synergy effect. In this paper, we propose an application and design of the ontology that needs to make digital content from modern literary work's information. For this works, we specify the structure of the year's literary work and the relation of each factor. The specification method used topic map. Each relation model was specified the connection by topic vector.

현대 사회가 정보화 사회로 변천해 감에 따라 정보처리 장치를 많이 사용하게 되었으며 기계와 인간을 연결하는 매체가 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 매체중의 하나로 부각되어진 것이 영상정보표시장치이며 현재는 다종의 DISPLAY가 사용되고 있다. 이러한 DISPLAY중에서도 현재까지 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 DISPLAY DEVICE는 CRT와 CPT가 있지만 소비전력이 많고 무거우며 부피가 크다는 단점을 가지고 있기 때문에 보다 새로운 DISPLAY DEVICE가 요구되게 되었다.

This research focuses on the modern social phenomenon on child education which still, heavily focuses on knowledge transfer where in the past, traditional society emphasized its focal point on character education. Unique and variety designs are required in the contemporary society as the design has predominant power. National character and identity of traditional culture support it, and it is far more important to reinterpret, succeed and develop unique traditional beauty as the contemporary continues globalization and informatization. Among the accessories of women in Joseon, hair accessories accounted for the majority, and hair style and hair accessories were developed by their status and social hierarchy. But, due to social norm, they were reserved for luxurious accessories and expressed their aesthetic desire with refined and simple accessories. The current period requires cultural identity. In this sense, this study is expected to give a new awareness of our unique identity, new concept of the traditional culture and spreading beauty of Korea by means of new conceptual accessories that can be connected with the preference of the contemporary with the creation of Korean style image.
