2017년 6월 19일 고리 원전 1호기 영구정지 기념식에서 문재인 대통령의 '탈원전' 선언을 계기로, 국내에서는 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 탈원전으로 복귀한 독일의 사례에 대한 관심이 고조되었다. 독일은 1986년 체르노빌 원전 사고 이후 탈원전에 대한 논의가 본격적으로 이루지면서 집권 정부의 성향과 사회 경제적 요인에 따라 "2000년 탈원전 선언 ${\rightarrow}$ 2010년 탈원전 보류 ${\rightarrow}$ 2011년 탈원전 복귀"의 결정 과정을 거쳤다. 이러한 정책 변화의 배경에는 간헐성의 재생에너지를 뒷받침(back-up)할 수 있는 자국의 풍부한 갈탄 매장량, 지리적으로 주변국과 연결된 전력망을 통해 전력을 상시 주고받을 수 있는 전력 수급 환경, 탈원전에 대한 정부 국민 산업계의 40여년에 걸친 합의형성 등 '독일 자국의 실정을 반영한 정책적 판단'이 자리하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 2011년 후쿠시마 원전 사고 직후 독일의 즉각적인 탈원전 복귀는 화석연료 사용의 증가로 인한 온실가스 배출량 증가, 재생에너지 보조금 증가 및 송전망 확대로 인한 전기요금 상승, 간헐성의 재생에너지로 인한 불안정한 전력 수급, 과잉 생산된 전력의 수출로 인한 주변국 전력계통 혼란 등의 문제를 초래하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 독일의 탈원전 정책이 '어떤 정책결정 과정을 거쳤으며, 현실적으로 어떤 문제에 직면해 있는지'를 살펴보고 우리나라의 에너지 수급 현실을 반영한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

영상콘텐츠제작에 있어서 영상저작은 제작 기획단계, 제작단계, 제작후단계로 분류할 수 있는데 공학적 방식에 의한 영상 콘텐츠 제작에 있어서 공학적 제작 기법을 적용하여 콘텐츠를 합리적이고 경제적으로 사고하여 제작함으로서 성과를 높이기 위해 새로운 기술혁신과 과거의 경험을 효과적으로 적용하여 콘텐츠를 제작하는 것이다. 이는 새로운 기술의 장점을 포함하여 감성과 경험과 논리적 사고로 영상 콘텐츠를 제작하는 것이다.

Drowsy driving requires a lot of social attention because it increases the incidence of traffic accidents and leads to fatal accidents. The number of accidents caused by drowsy driving is increasing every year. Therefore, in order to solve this problem all over the world, research for measuring various biosignals is being conducted. Among them, this paper focuses on non-contact biosignal analysis. Various noises such as engine, tire, and body vibrations are generated in a running vehicle. To measure the driver's heart rate and respiration rate in a driving vehicle with a piezoelectric sensor, a sensor plate that can cushion vehicle vibrations was designed and noise generated from the vehicle was reduced. In addition, we developed a system for classifying whether the driver is sleeping or not by extracting the model using the CNN-LSTM ensemble learning technique based on the signal of the piezoelectric sensor. In order to learn the sleep state, the subject's biosignals were acquired every 30 seconds, and 797 pieces of data were comparatively analyzed.

Even though Korea has lost its important modern era due to Japanese colonialism, it is in the rank of advanced nation today. It is common to think that there was no creative and innovative design activity because it was highly constrained by design activities. Is there no creative idea or innovative design in this period of design activity? As a result of analyzing the various products of modern design left in the question, I was able to find a new and unique Innovation in 10 fields. In other words, today, we can confirm that we have utilized innovative strategies in the field of design such as brand family, new sign system, modernism style, localization, star marketing, one source multi use, private brand, nature friendly, fusion and parody strategy.

Recent aggressive threats by North Korea using small drones have heavily impacted on ROK(Republic of Korea) society and it seems to be agreed that counter-drone systems are required to protect our properties. ROK government has been investigating current counter-drone systems for national important facilities. However, there is no consensus standard to evaluate the systems. This paper is to propose a counter-drone system evaluation framework which is the outcome through RMA(Revolution in Military Affairs) thinking process. The RMA thinking process is currently well-implemented in ROK army to develop future military strategy. The proposed framework has 4 categories - threat analysis of North Korea small drones, convergence of detection, tracking and neutralizing systems, integrated operations and available experts and organization - which have corresponding criteria.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self leadership and empowerment and organization innovation action in private security guard. This study established private security guards who is being located in Seoul, 2011 and work in the private security company by population. Using purposive sampling method, 293 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were performed. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which shows the reliability of the questionnaire came out to be over .831. The conclusion is following. First, private security guard's self leadership affects to empowerment. That is, influence and semanticity are enlarged as action center strategy, natural compensation strategy is attained well. Also, capacity, self decision power is enlarged as constructive thinking strategy, natural compensation strategy is attained well. Second, private security guard's self leadership affects to organization innovation action. In other words, innovation action is increased as action center strategy is attained well. Also, organization's innovation result is enlarged as constructive thinking strategy, action center strategy, natural compensation strategy are attained well. Third, private security guard's empowerment affects on organization innovation action. That is, innovation action, innovation result appears high in case of influence, semanticity is enlarged. Fourth, private security guard's self leadership exerts direction indirect effect in empowerment and organization innovation action. Thus, empowerment is an important variable that mediate self leadership and organization innovation action.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대라 하여 새로운 기술들이 등장하고 기술들이 융합되면서 새롭고 혁신적인 산업과 서비스가 창출되고 있다. 이러한 시대에 청소년들의 새로운 아이디어와 기술은 4차 산업혁명에 맞는 새로운 성장 동력을 확보할 수 있을 것이라고 여겨진다. 4차 산업의 혁명이 요청되는 이 시기에 산업을 견인할 수 있는 길은 창업의 길이다. 따라서 창업을 통해 4차 산업혁명을 이끌어갈 수 있는 인재가 무엇보다도 필요하다. 청소년들은 학교 프로그램을 통해 다양한 창업교육을 접하고 있으며, 공공기관의 대표적인 창업교육은 중소벤처기업부(구 중소기업청)가 주관하고 있는 BizCool이 있다. 교육부에서 중학생들에게 자유학기제를 2016년 1월 1일부터 실시하고 있으며 BizCool 교육을 통한 창업, 진학, 취업의 우수 사례들이 등장하면서 2017년 현재 대한민국 약 500여개의 학교에서 중소벤처기업부의 지원을 받아 BizCool 교육이 진행 되고 있다. BizCool은 청소년들의 기업가정신 함양 및 모의 창업 교육을 통해 확고한 경제관념을 형성하고 꿈 끼 도전정신 진취성을 갖춘 '융합형 창의인재' 양성을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 중학교 자유학기제를 통한 창업교육이 학생들에게 긍정적 사고와 학습성취도에 미치는 관계에 대해 연구하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대전광역시교육청에서 자유학기제 BizCool 교육을 받는 3개 학교를 선정하였고 갑천중, 도안중, 문정중 3개 학교의 창업교육 담당교사의 도움을 받아 창업교육 참가 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 연구결과를 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, 창업교육은 학생들의 긍정적 사고에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시하였다. 셋째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 긍정적 사고가 매개효과를 미친다는 것을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구결과 자유학기제 창업교육은 학생들에게 학습성취도를 높여 주었다. 따라서 학생들에게 도움이 되는 BizCool 교육을 전국 초, 중, 고등학교 11,733개교에 확산시켜 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 연구결과 창업교육은 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미쳤다. 전기숙(2016)에 따르면 청소년의 행복에 있어서 긍정적인 대인관계가 가장 중요한 요인이 된다고 하였다. BizCool 교육을 통해 사람과 팀의 소중함을 깨달으며 소통하는 법을 노력한다면 바른 인성을 갖춘 창의성 높은 학생들로 성장할 것이다. 셋째, 연구결과 창업교육의 학습성취도는 긍정적 사고를 가지고 있는 학생들에게 더욱 높게 나타났다. 긍정적 사고를 가지고 자신감 있게 매사 행동해 나간다면 학생들은 성취로 인한 만족감을 느끼며 행복한 학교생활을 해나갈 수 있고 BizCool 교육과 함께 멋진 미래를 만들어 갈 것이다. 본 연구에서 한계점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특정 지역, 특정 학교를 대상으로 실시하였기 때문에 표본의 수가 제한적이므로 전체를 대표하기에는 제약이 있다. 둘째, 긍정적 사고는 학생들의 환경과 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 연구 대상자의 조건 면에서 한계가 있다. 셋째, 중학교 자유학기제 창업교육의 체계화가 미비하다. 학교에서 창업교육을 하는 담당 교사는 창업 경험이 풍부하지 않기 때문에 창업교육 전문가가 필요하며 국가기관과 기업 등이 연계한 학습 형태를 구축하여 더 활발하고 현장감 있는 창업교육이 실시되기를 바란다.

On January 13th 2012 Italian flag Costa Concordia was partly sunk. The ship was carrying 4,252 passengers and crew; in the next few days the bodies of 30 people were found. Two are still missing. Two South Korean passengers and an Italian crew member was rescued from the ship on January 15th, more than 24 hours after the accident. As of June 18th 2012 (The date of presentation) around 32 people had not been accounted for. In this paper, it is viewed and pointed out the cause, problem, and implication for the future. As a result, intelligent innovative evacuation system for the VLPS (Very Large Passenger Ship) should be set up in terms of international maritime safety.

Despite continuous safety management, the death rate of construction workers is not decreasing every year. Accordingly, various studies are in progress to prevent construction site accidents. In this paper, we developed an AI-based priority inspection target selection model that preferentially selects sites are expected to cause construction accidents among construction sites with construction costs of less than 5 billion won (KRW). In particular, Random Forest (90.48 % of accident prediction AUC-ROC) showed the best performance among applied AI algorithms (Classification analysis). The main factors causing construction accidents were construction costs, total number of construction days and the number of construction performance evaluations. In this study an ROI (return of investment) of about 917.7 % can be predicted over 8 years as a result of better efficiency of manual inspections human resource and a preemptive response to construction accidents.

본 연구는 기업이 경영혁신 방침으로 Six Sigma 추진시 정보보호영역에서의 과제선정에 대한 기준을 제시한다. 기업은 윤리경영을 기초로 사업과 서비스를 통한 수익창출을 목적으로 한다. 기업은 안정적인 사업, 서비스의 정보환경을 확보,유지하기 위해 지속적인 보안활동을 통하여 Risk 를 줄이는 작업을 해오고 있다. 기업의 정보보호 활동과 패턴은 초기의 정보보호 기본기능을 도입, 구축하는 단계에서 탈피하여, 점진적으로 종합적인 관리체계로 수렴되고 있으며 산출되는 관련 정보와 Data 의 정규화를 기초로 정량적으로 관리가 이루어 지는 시점에 와 있다. 그러나, 정보보호 침해사고 예방 및 대응활동, 예측 불허한 상황에서 발생되는 보안사고, 책임문제의 발생, 정성적으로 관리되는 상황 등은 정보보호 영역의 Six Sigma 추진시 과제선정의 어려움으로 작용한다. 정보보호 영역에서 Six Sigma 과제 선정은 일반적인 Six Sigma 과제 선정과는 다르게 정보보호 특성을 고려하여 선정하여 추진하는 것이 바람직하다. 정보보호 활동에 대한 기업의 투자효과도 비재무적 성과외에 경제적 가치요소를 기초로 재무적 성과를 산출하고, 관리하여야 한다. 국내 기업들이 Six Sigma 를 경영혁신 기법으로 확대 적용하고 있는 상황에서 정보보호 영역의 Six Sigma 과제선정에 대한 제안을 통하여 정량적 목표수준 관리에 의한 성공적인 Six Sigma 성과를 달성할 수 있도록 함에 있다.
