블록체인의 잠재력이 높은 반면, 아직까지는 현장에서 완전히 검증되지 않은 기술이기 때문에 예상만큼 블록체인의 도입이 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 거래 정보에 대해 제 3의 신뢰기관에서 인증하는 기존의 방식과 달리 블록체인은 네트워크 참여자가 작업증명 등의 방식으로 인증하기 때문에 분산 원장 기술로도 불리는데, 이러한 특성으로 인해 네트워크의 규모가 확대될수록 데이터의 신뢰성 및 투명성이 강화되므로 소비자들의 참여를 촉진하는 것이 ····(중략)····.

Government bodies offer various policies and programs to support small and medium sized enterprise. There's no only one business firm's performance model for the management performance assessment for the government's supporting and/or resupporting program. However assessment factor had been supposed to manage for the enterprise. Current assessment standards, that is Business Innovation Small and Medium sized firm Certification Model, Technology Innovation Small and Medium sized firm Certification Model, Productivity Management System Certification Model, Small and Medium Sized Firms of Korea Federation of Banks, and Business Performance of the State Owned Enterprise would be collected and then develop performance assessment model for the start-ups small and medium sized firms.

1987년 최초의 ISO 9000 (품질경영시스템) 패밀리 규격이 발행된 이래, 기업의 경영 시스템(Management System)의 핵심이 되는 MS 규격으로서 QMS(ISO 9001), EMS(ISO 14001), ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) 등이 발행 또는 개정되어 왔다. 또 QMS 섹터 규격인 항공 우주 (AS/EN 9100), 의료기기 (ISO 13485), 정보통신 (TL 9000), ITSMS(ISO 20000), FSMS (ISO 22000), SCSMS (ISO 28000) 등이나 새로운 MS 규격이 되는 GHG(ISO 14064), IPOCM(ISO/PAS 22399), SR(ISO/CD 26000) 등 ISO 또는 비ISO 의 MS 규격이 차례차례로 발행 또는 개발 중에 있어 경영시스템 인증은 더욱 더 광범위해지면서 다방면화, 섹터화의 경향을 나타내고 있다. 제품 및 서비스 무역의 글로벌화, 조달 및 투자의 비 지역화, 공공 서비스에 대한 규제 철폐, 소비자 및 환경보호에 대한 공적인 요구, 테러리즘 전염병 자연적인 재앙에 대한 국제적인 연대 책임에 대한 필요성, 새로운 기술과 혁신의 전개 등이 경영 시스템 인증에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있으며, 그 전제로서 세계적 규모로 제도의 신뢰성을 확보하는 구조의 확립 및 활동 결과의 신뢰가 보증되는 체제가 구축되어 있어야 한다. 이러한 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 제3자 인증제도는 세계경제의 원활한 발전에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다.

글로벌로 핵심기술 경쟁 및 최상의 기술을 적용한 제품 제조를 실현해야 하는 ICT 분야의 수출 제조 중소기업은 내부, 외부적인 환경적 요인뿐 아니라 다양한 위기상황을 겪게 된다. 이러한 위기상황을 극복하고자 기업 자체적인 전략을 다방면으로 모색하고 실행하여 성공한 수출 제조 중소 벤처기업인 '(주)쎄믹스'가 있다. 2000년에 설립한 (주)쎄믹스는 반도체 검사장비 중 하나인 Wafer Prober 제조 전문기업으로, 'Simple Perfection'이라는 슬로건 아래 23년간 'OPUS' 및 'OPERA'를 생산, 판매에 전념하고 있는 글로벌 강소기업이며, 지속적인 핵심기술 연구개발을 통해 품질혁신에 성공하였고 글로벌 반도체 검사장비 시장에서 기술적 신뢰와 브랜드 명성을 인정받고 있는 벤처기업이다. 현재 (주)쎄믹스의 입지를 구축하기까지 수출 제조기업으로서 겪은 환율관리 실패인 키코손실에서 기인한 회사 위기를, 자체적으로 기술혁신, 조직혁신, 핵심인재 육성 등 전략적 기업혁신에 성공하여 회사의 존폐위기였던 상황을 극복하였다. 우선 키코손실을 떨쳐내고 새로이 시작하기 위한 S사와의 합병, 분할 후 조직 내부에 기업가정신을 고취하였고 핵심기술을 발굴하여 세계일류상품 인증, 월드클래스 300 선정 및 완수, 6개국에 7개의 자회사 설립 통한 조직혁신, 과감한 인재등용, 인재육성 위한 사내 컨퍼런스 제도 도입, TRIZ 등을 통한 과감한 교육혁신, 인재를 위한 특별한 복지정책 구현 등을 실천하였다. 본 연구는 '(주)쎄믹스'의 위기극복 사례를 통해 일본의 두 곳 대기업만이 누리고 있던 Wafer Prober 장비 시장에서 독자적인 글로벌 판로개척을 통한 자생적 성장시스템 구축과 창의적이고 자기 주도적인 혁신체제를 구축하는 계기를 제공하여 다양한 위기상황에 직면하였거나 위기를 미연에 방지하여야 할 중소기업인과 임직원들에게 성공 사례를 제공하고자 하였다.

한국전자통신연구원(이하 ETRI)은 2002년에 국제표준으로 널리 통용되어 많은 분야에서 적용되고 있는 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 인증을 획득하여 현재까지 유지하여 오고 있다. ETRI의 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 도입 목적은 대외적으로는 연구개발 경쟁력 향상과 고객만족 증진이고, 대내적으로는 연구개발 업무 수행의 체계적이고 공통된 틀을 제공하는 R&D 표준프로세스의 정립과 이의 지속적으로 개선하기 위한 것이다 이를 통한 연구개발 수행 활동의 효과 성과 효율성을 제고하여 최종적으로는 고객에게 제공되는 연구개발 결과물의 품질을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI가 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 R&D 프로세스 혁신을 위한 기반시스템으로 활용한 접근방법에 대하여 살펴보고, 그를 위해 연구개발 업무에 대하여 구체적으로 정의한 R&D 프로세스 모델 및 그 활용체계에 대하여 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

최근 들어 소득과 교육 수준의 향상으로 인하여 생활환경과 여가시간 그리고 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 U-City와 지속 가능한 생태 도시에 대한 사람들의 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 삶의 질 향상에 따라 최근 국토 해양부에서는 U-City에 더불어 지속 가능한 생태계 순환기능과 첨단 IT기술이 결합된 U-Eco City에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. U-Eco City는 첨단의 IT기술을 집대성한 유비쿼터스 기술과 생태계 순환기능 등의 생태 기술이 인간, 자연 그리고 공간으로 연결되는 혁신적이고 창의적인 도시환경과 무한한 도시가치를 창출하는 지속가능한 미래형 첨단 친환경 생태도시를 말한다. U-Eco City는 보다나은 생활환경을 추구하고자 하는 인간의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 미래형 지속가능한 생태환경 도시로서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 미국과 영국에서는 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. U-Eco City는 더 나은 삶을 향한 인간의 끝임 없는 욕구 충족을 위해서 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 하지만 아직은 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기 위한 체계적인 연구가 미비한 상황이며, 특히 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기위한 필수적인 단계인 인증과 관련된 부문에 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 현재 통용되는 인증 제도를 통한 체계적인 제도의 정립, 인증 기준의 마련뿐만 아니라 인증을 위한 세부 지침의 마련 등이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 U-Eco City 개발 기발 요소 기술들을 기존의 인증기관을 통해 인정을 받을 수 방법들을 제시하고, 그 외의 요소기술들은 인증 기준을 제시하고, 인증기관을 인정하기 위하여 세부기준을 마련하도록 하였다, 다음은 신기술, 신제품 등, 인증을 받을 수 있는 제도적, 법적, 절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 인증제도를 통하여 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화를 하여 국내외 시장에 공급하고, 향후 개발될 U-Eco 기술인증업무를 지속적으로 수행하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

In LTE environment, which is 4th generation mobile communication systems, there is concern about private information exposure by transmitting initial identifier in plain text. This paper suggest mutual authentication protocol, which uses one-time password utilizing challenge-response and AES-based Milenage key generation algorithm, as solution for safe initial identification communication, preventing unique identification information leaking. Milenage key generation algorithm has been used in LTE Security protocol for generating Cipher key, Integrity key, Message Authentication Code. Performance analysis evaluates the suitability of LTE Security protocol and LTE network by comparing LTE Security protocol with proposed protocol about algorithm operation count and Latency.Thus, this paper figures out initial identification communication's weak points of currently used LTE security protocol and complements in accordance with traditional protocol. So, it can be applied for traditional LTE communication on account of providing additional confidentiality to initial identifier.

The National Program for Excellence in SW is underway to innovate the software education system and cultivate software professionals with creative convergence thinking in response to the demand for software manpower. This program was started by selecting 8 universities in 2015, and in September 2022, 44 universities are participating. The Wonkwang University's National Program for Excellence in SW, which was selected for this project in 2018, adopted the SW competency certification system to strengthen SW competency and many students actively participated. In this paper, the SW competency certification system program was examined, and lecture evaluation in related subjects and the performance of the certification system were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis results, the performance of the SW competency certification system was identified.

The evolution of cloud computing over the past few years is potentially one of the major advances in information technology. However, if cloud computing is to achieve its potential, there needs to be a clear identification and understanding of the various issues involved, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the technology. While a lot of research is currently taking place in the technology itself, there is an equally urgent need for understanding the business-related issues surrounding cloud computing service. As more and more information on individuals and companies are placed in the cloud service, concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. For successful implementation of cloud services, it is necessary to establish the certification systems to ensure the safety and reliability of cloud services. This paper provides a safe and reliable framework for cloud service certification systems. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of cloud services have been identified and the systematic framework for certification systems of cloud services and service provider domains have been developed. An evaluation method for the developed certification systems is also proposed.
