본 연구는 혁신도입에 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 정보시스템 개발팀의 소프트웨어 개발기법 도입현상을 혁신결정설계와 지식장애가설을 이용하여 분석하였다. 동일한 혁신도 도입하는 조직에 따라 다르게 인식되며 그 인식의 차이를 선행연구에서 사용되던 속성들이 아닌 지식차이로 측정하여 도입에 미치는 영향을 조직변수와 함께 규명하고자 하였다. 설문대상은 종업원 1000명 이상의 제조업체로 한정하였고, 자료는 설문 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하여 수집하였으며 분석에는 판별분석과 경로분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 지식장애가 개발기법의 도입에 영향을 미치기는 하나 도입현상을 전부설명하지는 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직변수로는 집권화가 교육훈련투자가 개발기법 도입에 영향을 미치는 거승로 분석되었다.

This paper examined the impact of financing structure on the innovation efficiency of SMEs by constructing an econometric model using panel data of SMEs listed on the SME board from 2010 to 2020 as the research sample. The innovation efficiency of SMEs was measured by the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), the relationship between financing structure and innovation efficiency of SMEs was examined with the help of the Tobit model, and the corresponding heterogeneity analysis was conducted. Finally, the robustness of the model was tested. It was concluded that the effects of debt and equity financing on the quantitative efficiency of innovation were non-linear and mainly showed an inverted "U" shaped relationship. For innovation quality efficiency, bond financing could positively contribute, while equity financing negatively inhibits. Finally, the corresponding advice was given.

본 연구는 과학기술의 발전과 이에 따른 급속한 사회변화 속에서 청소년의 진로를 탐색하고 역량을 높이기 위해 운영되고 있는 기업가정신 교육의 효과성을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 청소년기는 미래인재로서 진로탐색을 위해 다양한 시도를 해야 할 필요성이 있는 시기이므로 청소년들에게 다양한 기회를 발견하고 활용하여 문제 상황을 해결해보는 경험이 필요하다할 수 있다. 기업가정신의 구성요인은 일반적으로 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성을 포함한다. 위험감수성은 불확실한 결과가 예상됨에도 과감히 도전하려는 의지이고, 진취성은 새로운 기회를 선제적 및 적극적으로 포착하기 위한 노력이며, 혁신성이 새로운 변화와 혁신을 선호하고 추구하면서 문제를 해결하려는 노력이라는 점에서 기회와 창의성, 문제해결력이 기업가정신에 중요한 요인에 포함됨을 판단할 수 있다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 효과성 측정항목으로 기업가적 태도와 진로개발역량으로 정하고, 기업가적 태도 하위항목으로 기회발견과 창의성 역량을, 창의성 역량의 세부지표로 창의적 문제해결능력, 협력적 의사소통능력, 혁신적 업무행동능력 선정하였다. 진로개발역량의 하위항목으로 진로설계, 개척정신을 정하였으며 진로설계의 세부지표로 자기탐색, 직업탐색, 직업가치관, 진로태도를, 개척정신의 세부지표로 차별화태도, 도전정신을 선정하였다. 이의 측정을 위해 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프로그램을 경기도 소재 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 10월까지 실시하였다. 본 연구결과로 기업가정신 함양 프로그램을 수강한 학생들이 교육을 통하여 어떠한 역량이 높아졌는지에 대한 검증이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 이러한 효과측정을 통하여 더 나은 교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 계기의 마련과 기업가정신 교육에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 기업가정신 교육의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 한국증권선물거래소 유가증원시장에 상장된 정보통신제조업체를 대상으로 기술혁신 결정요인을 분석하였다. 연구모형은 Romer(1990)에서 시작되는 내생적 경제성장 모험의 지식생산함수를 이용하였으며, 기술혁신의 측정은 특허청의 기업별 특허출원수를 활용하였다. 분석결과 연구개발집약도, 기술수준, 수출비중, 자본집약도는 기술혁신에 양(+)의, 반면 관계사 매입.매출비중은 기술혁신에 음(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 관계사 매출비중보다 매일비중이 자사의 기술혁신에 보다 나쁜 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 이는 경영자에게 자사의 기술혁신을 위해 무엇보다 관계사 매입비중을 감소시킬 것을 보여준다.

The Purpose of current study is to empirically examine the impact of innovation resistance management practices on technological innovation activities and its performance. Drawing upon literature review, innovation resistance management practices are conceptualized and the measurement items of independent and dependent variables are developed. Survey-based data for this study was collected from 300 Korea manufacturers. The results of structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, innovation resistance management practices significantly affected on technological innovation activities and its performance. Second, technological innovation activities affected on its performance. Therefore, in order to make high innovation performance, corporate have to properly implement the innovation resistance management practices.

This study is to examine the effect of the purchase intention toward smart clothing on the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, trust, and social influence, and the moderating effect of the customers' characteristics like the trend and information innovation. After pictures about the smart clothing for biometric measurement were provided, 256 questionnaires targeted at 20s were gathered. The results of this study are as follows. First, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment had an positive effect on the purchase intention of smart clothing. Second, interactions between perceived enjoyment, trust, and social influence and trend innovation had an effect on the purchase intention of smart clothing. Finally, interactions between perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and social influence and information innovation had an influence on the purchase intention of smart clothing. This study can provide various guidelines for researches and companies relative to smart clothing.

As the world becomes an aging society due to a decrease in the birth rate and an increase in life expectancy, a system for health management of the elderly population is needed. Among them, various studies on occupancy and activity types are being conducted for smart home care services for indoor health management. In this paper, we propose a random forest model that classifies activity type as well as occupancy status through indoor temperature and humidity, CO2, fine dust values and UWB radar positioning for smart home care service. The experiment measures indoor environment and occupant positioning data at 2-second intervals using three sensors that measure indoor temperature and humidity, CO2, and fine dust and two UWB radars. The measured data is divided into 80% training set data and 20% test set data after correcting outliers and missing values, and the random forest model is applied to evaluate the list of important variables, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity.

The service industry is drawing economic growth, and the financial service sector among service industry takes major share. So it is needed to increase the productivity and efficiency through the service innovation of making a good process, standardization, automation. But contrary to manufacturing industry, the difficulty to measure the characteristic of productivity, quality and innovation in service sector requires more scientific and systematic method for service innovation. This paper will search for financial service innovation strategy with service science by the case review of KOTEC's technology rating system. The case may infer that strategic technology management capability along with customized financial service infrastructure is important.
