지역 스타트업 생태계 발전을 위한 스타트업 지원 기관의 역할 및 운영 방안

  • 현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.

Performance analysis of hubless rim-driven thruster based on the number of blades: a CFD approach (날개수에 따른 허브리스 림 추진기의 성능 분석 : CFD를 이용한 접근)

  • We analyzed the performance of hubless rim propellers based on the number of blades, maintaining a fixed pitch ratio and expanded area ratio, using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Thrust coefficient, torque coefficient and efficiency according to the number of blades were analyzed. In addition, the pressure distribution on the discharge and suction sides of the blade was analyzed. As the advance ratio increases, the thrust coefficient decreases. The highest thrust was shown when the advance ratio was lowest. For the three, four, five and six-blades, the torque coefficient tended to decrease as the advance ratio increased. In the case of seven and eight-blades, the torque coefficient tended to increase as the advance ratio increased. The maximum efficiency was found when the advance ratio was 0.8. When the three-blade, it showed high efficiency at all advance ratios. A high pressure distribution was observed at the leading edge of the discharge blade, and a low pressure distribution was observed at the trailing edge. Applying a hubless rim-driven thruster with the three-blade can generate higher thrust and increase work efficiency.

  • There has been an enormous increase not only in the international economic exchanges but also in the cultural exchanges. However, studies to settle the cultural differences have been studied a lot with in economic and business partial but research of eliminating cultural differences for travelers has not been studied. Therefore, in this study, we tried to develop the service design to eliminate the cultural differences. To set the spatial range, we choose airport which can be the hub and the door of the travelers at the same time. Moreover, we tried to understand the meaning of communication and sharing to resolve differences in culture through literature studies. Further, we analyzed the airport application and examples of Wi-Fi linked services, so can be applied to the proposal. Travelers share the cultural differences by themselves; through the Wi-Fi service in the airport, and the existing airport application. We expect to be able to resolve the cultural differences between nations and develop not only their prosperity but also the national image by this service.

  • Loyalty programs are everywhere these days, and among them, coalition programs, where a hub company makes a network of participating companies and users can collect and use points in a large number of participating shops, are in increase. There is little research on the coalition loyalty program. Using the case of OKCashbag, the first and biggest coalition loyalty program in Korea, this study examines whether success factors of single operator program are relevant to coalition programs. This paper contributes first by turning attention to an unexplored area of coalition loyalty programs. By offering an opportunity to reflect on success factors of both single operator and coalition programs, it will help practitioners in loyalty programs to develop innovative loyalty programs using increasingly sophisticated data collection capabilities of IT.

Spatial Network Analysis of Pathogen Spread in Korean Rice Farming Areas Using Graph Theory (그래프 이론을 적용한 벼 병원균 확산 공간 연결망 분석)

  • The spread and expansion of pests and pathogens due to climate change have caused considerable reduction of rice yield in agricultural landscapes. This study was conducted to quantitatively analyze the spread of rice pathogens carried by insect pests on spatial network in South Korea using graph-theoretic methods. We identified the connectivity "backbone" of pathogen spread network among the cities along the coastal area of West Sea. In addition, we graphically represented 1) the core areas that can cause local and regional outbreaks of pathogens; and 2) the areas that act as bottlenecks in the spread of pathogen which can link the core areas. Especially, the cities in the coastal areas of West Sea that have the high density of rice crops, represented a low spread resistance to pathogen infection. These results may suggest insights into planning the integrated pest management possibly through regional collaboration.

  • This paper analyzes the attack method of pastejacking and proposes a clip toaster that can effectively defend it. When programming, developers often copy and paste code from GitHub, Stack Overflow, or blogs. Pastejacking is an attack that injects malicious data into the clipboard when a user copies code posted on the web, resulting in security threats by executing malicious commands that the user does not intend or by inserting dangerous code snippets into the software. In this paper, we propose clip toaster to visualize and alertusers of threats to defend pastejacking that threatens the security of the developer's terminal and program code. Clip Toaster can visualize security threat notifications and effectively detect and respond to attacks without interfering with user actions.

Effects of a Combined Diet of Jerusalem Artichoke's Inulin, Lotus Leaf and Herb Extracts in Obesity-induced White Rat with Fat Diet (돼지감자의 이눌린, 연잎, 허브의 병합식이가 고지방식이로 유도된 비만흰쥐에 미치는 영향)

  • A preliminary diet experiment utilizing Jerusalem artichoke's inulin, lotus leaf powder, nettle powder and eucalyptus powder extract indicated that combining all four elements gave the most effective result. Therefore, a study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of combined diet for weight loss. In this study, Sprague-Dawley, male white rats about 200 g in weight was fed with high fat diet for 8 weeks in order to induce obesity followed by 4 week administration of combined diet to look into the effect of the diet. After a total of 12 weeks of feeding, factors relevant to weight, blood, and lipid metabolism by liver in the body were researched and histologic change was examined with optical microscope. In terms of weight change, both high fat diet group and regular diet group gained weight from high fat diet for 8 weeks compared to normal group. Then, for another 4 weeks, while normal group and high fat diet group kept gaining weight, combined diet group which was provided with high fat diet for 8 weeks, lost weight to the normal group level after 3 week administration of diet. However, after the 4th week of administration, the group weighted significantly less than the normal group and the efficiency of diet also significantly dropped. In the biochemical analysis of blood, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, GOT, GPT, ${\gamma}-GTP$ and creatine showed significant increase in high fat diet group and there was no significant difference between diet group and normal group except for GPT, ${\gamma}-GTP$ and creatine. In the biochemical analysis of liver, there was significant increase in LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride of high fat diet group compared to normal group, while there was no significant difference in term of total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol. Compared to normal group, diet group had higher HDL-cholesterol, while total cholesterol dropped significantly. There was no significant difference in terms of LDL-cholesterol and triglyceride. Besides, in high fat diet group, observation of histologic change in liver and change in ultrastructure showed volume increase of hepatic cell and severe fatty degeneration in hepatic cell around hepatic vein. However in diet group, like normal group, no pathological change was observed in terms of cytoplasm, nucleus and capillary in hepatocyte and the alignment of hepatocyte had regularity thanks to the administration of combined diet. Therefore, combined diet utilizing Jerusalem artichoke's inulin, lotus leaf powder, nettle powder and eucalyptus powder was proven to be an effective measure to prevent and improve obesity as a result of abnormal adipose deposition.

  • In 1994, the North Korea indicated their intention to open up airspace. The air route passing through from Daegue FIR to Pyungyang FIR has established in 1996. The air transport cooperation between South and North Korea seemed to be reinforced at the event of President Kim, Dae-Jung's visit to North Korea by passing through a temporarily established Yellow Sea Airway in the year of 2000. The nature characteristics of air transport burdening of many circumstantial situations, however, have kept cooperation between South and North Korea from being facilitated till now. Recently as the more exchange between North and South Korea, the more frequent opportunities to discuss economic cooperation, which in sequence increased political credibility has been increased. The rail, road, and port reconnecting has realized which have been regarded impossible. Furthermore, it is expected to transport personnel and goods through South-North direct connected routes in the near future This study shows several meanings of air transport cooperation between South and North Korea. It will be far beyond simply partial air route connecting in this region, it gives great significance to realize economic cooperation and Northeast hub through air transport industry sector. This will be an exit for air transport industry have suffered limits derived from North Korea troubles and difficulties in growing as Northeast air hub. Namely, South-North air connection denote its meaning in providing opportunities Korea to be Northeast Hub and advanced country having globally competitive air transport industry To develop strategy for air transport cooperation between South and North Korea. they were developed by SWOT analysis on the basis of circumstantial analysis. These strategy need to be commanded properly to the changes of surrounded circumstances. The study result show it is desirable to apply phasal strategies by using strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities factors underlying analysis of inner and outer circumstances to cooperate in air transport sector.

Antibacterial Effect of Tea Tree Ingredient for Denture Cleaners (티트리 성분 함유 의치세정제의 항균 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of tea tree oil in denture cleaners. A self-curing denture resin was used to make the experimental specimen ($12mm{\times}2mm$). A saline solution was used as the control. To observe surface changes after cleaning, the microhardness and color of the experimental specimen's surface were analyzed. For the antibacterial activity test, Candida albicans was used. The microhardness and color of the surface remained unchanged after cleaning. The result of the antibacterial activity test revealed that the tea tree oil-containing solutions had a more enhanced antibacterial effect than did the saline solution. Therefore, these results suggest that the tea tree oil-containing solution is a promising denture cleaners.

A Convergent Investigation on Structural Analysis with Thermal Stress at the Shape of Brake Disk for Racing Car (경주용 자동차 브레이크 디스크 형상에서의 열 응력 및 구조 해석에 관한 융합 연구)

  • In this study, the model A with the existing shape used at racing car and the model B with light weight were designed. The structural analysis with thermal deformation and stress were carried out. Model A shows that the maximum temperature is lower than model B. The cooling performance due to the shape of the disk without any other cooling conditions can be shown to be better for model A. Model A was seen to be superior in durability as the thermal stress reduced by almost twice as much as model B. The part where the greatest stress occurred appeared to be the hole jointed with the hub regardless of its shape. The analysis results at this study are seen to be useful at designing the shape of the actual vehicle brake disc. The analysis results obtained in this study can be applied at grasping the strength of the brake disk for racing car practically. By utilizing the analysis result of the brake disk for racing car, this study is seen as the convergence study that the aesthetic design and analysis are applied.
