In this study, to expand and develop the policy information portal (POINT) of the National Library of Korea Sejong. This study conducted a survey and in-depth interview with government officials and policy researchers. The suggested ways to support the policy information portal (POINT) in the future. As a result of the analysis, the use of the current policy information portal service was found to be low, and it was found that improvement of information access, integrated search, and expansion of information provision data were more necessary. It was suggested that a one-stop service should be implemented to provide various information, systematic information on related data for each task, overseas trend data, core service data, promotion activation, data linkage by strengthening cooperation with various government ministries and research institutes, and easy information provision and menu composition.

The purpose of this article is to identify the problems that Korean library and information policies (LIP) are facing with and to suggest its future direction for advancement. To the end, discussions include both progress and problems related to legal provision, government organization, administrative staff, professionals, finance, and master plans. Based on a thorough literature survey, this article begins from an analysis on the conceptual definitions of 'library and information policies,' explains the problems and limitations of Korean LIPs before 2006(the year when new 'library act' was established), and introduces major changes in Korean LIPs after 2006. Finally suggested are both strategies and methods to resolve the problems and limitations that Korean LIPs are facing with.

온톨로지는 시맨틱 웹의 핵심 기술 요소로서 지식을 개념화하고 명세화해서 의미론적 지식체계를 구축한다. 온톨로지는 개념적 모델링(Conceptual Modeling)을 통해 실제 세계의 지식(Real World Knowledge)을 표현하는 중요한 수단으로 제안되었고, 수많은 정보에 대한 지식관리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 토대를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 연구과제회의를 대상으로 온톨로지를 설계 및 구축한다. 과제 진행에 수반되는 다양한 회의와 관련자료는 과제의 성공적인 수행을 위해 반드시 관리되어야 한다. 일반적으로 회의에서 참석자들 사이에 정보 공유 및 자료 검색이 어렵고 회의일정 조정이 번거로우며 회의자료 관리가 체계적이지 못하다. 따라서 연구과제 진행과정의 회의와 관련자료들을 분석/분류해서 개념적 모델링을 통해 연구과제회의 온톨로지를 구축하고자 한다. 향후 이를 활용하여 지능형 반응 공간에서 회의 관리 및 서비스 제공을 할 수 있다.

Animated Character는 컴퓨터와 인간 간의 상호작용을 증진시킬 수 있는 방편으로 널리 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Animated Character의 감시가 과제 난이도에 따른 수행과 정서에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 실험에서 실험 참가자들은 통제 집단과 감시 Animated Character 조건에 무선으로 배정되어 난이도 세 수준의 글자계산 과제를 수행하였다. 또한 정서에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 상태 특성 자기평가 불안척도(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory; STAI)를 사용하였다. 실험참가자들의 수행은 과제의 정답률과 반응시간을 측정을 통해 평가되었다. 실험결과 감시 Animated Character 조건은 통제 조건 보다 유의미하게 높은 불안(Anxiety)의 증가가 있었다. 또한 감시 Animated Character 조건은 높은 난이도의 글자 계산 과제에서 통제 조건 보다 유의미하게 높은 수행을 보였다. 본 연구는 Animated Character의 감시가 과제 난이도에 따라 다른 영향을 가진다는 것을 밝힘으로써 향후 감시 시스템 등에 Animated Character를 적용함에 있어 구체적인 가이드라인을 제공한다.

과제 지향 대화 시스템은 발화 의도 및 요구사항을 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 과제를 달성한다는 점에서 유용하다. 대화 상태 추적은 과제 지향 대화 시스템의 핵심 모듈이며, 최근에는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 시각 정보까지 활용하여 대화 상태를 추적하는 멀티모달 대화 상태 추적 연구가 활발히 진행되는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 대화 속 내담자의 상태를 추적하는 과제를 제안하였다. ChatGPT를 통한 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 과제 지향 대화 데이터셋 구축 프레임워크와, 구축한 데이터셋의 품질을 증명하기 위한 분석도 함께 제시하였다. 사전학습 언어 모델인 GPT-2를 벤치마크 데이터셋에 대해 학습한 성능을 측정함으로써 향후 멀티모달 대화 추적 성능이 능가해야 할 베이스라인 성능을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정보자원을 디지털화하는 과정에서 기본적으로 고려해야할 과제를 고찰하였다. 구축에 관련된 과제를 대상자료 선정 기준, 구축준비. 보존, 접근 및 이용, 상호연계, 비용문제로 구분하여 디지털화 작업시 고려해야할 사항을 고찰하였고, 향후 실제적인 디지털화 지침 작정을 목적으로 연구를 수행하고자한다.

주택 시장이 극심하 ㄴ경기 침체와 미분양 적체로 정상적인 기능을 하지 못하고 있다. 미분양의 가장 큰 원인으로 꼽히는 것은 바로 분양가 상한제. 지난해 말 분양가 상한제로 인해 '밀어내기식 분양'이 봇물을 이루다 최근에는 공급 물량이 점점 감소해 장기적인 공급 침체가 우려되고 있다. 분양가 상한제를 시행한 지 1년이 지난 지금, 이 제도를 평가하고 향후 과제에 대해 점검해 본다.
