본 연구에서는 남북한 한의학 용어의 상이한 정도를 파악하기 위하여 남북한에서 각각 국역된 향약집성방의 용어를 침구목록, 병문, 병증, 처방, 향약본초, 단위, 신체부위 부문으로 나누어 분석하였다. 그 결과, 남한의 한자어, 두음법칙 등의 경향과, 북한의 말다듬기, 두음법칙의 무시 등의 경향으로 상당한 용어상의 괴리가 있다는 것을 발견하였다.

The HyangyakBoncho(鄕藥本草) in Vol. 76-85 of the Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方) deals with the Hyangyak, medicinal stuffs produced in the territory of Chosun from the late times of Corea to the early times of Chosun. It also includes whole knowledges and the way to process(?製) of Oriental medical botany(本草) in that period of Chosun and China. It contains all the knowledges of the Hyangyak and the Boncho(鄕藥本草學) so that it can be helpful for the Chosun to apply to medicines. This study shows the characters of HyangyakBoncho(鄕藥本草) through analyzing. In future it is supposed that this report is the first approach to the core of the Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方), which describes medicines with prescriptions made up of the Hyangyak mainly.

The 85 books were compiled into Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方) at the period of the king Sejong(世宗). That books were assembled in the late stage of the Korea dynasty(高麗) and the first stage of the Chosun dynasty(朝鮮). It is a great work on medicine and a textbook of native herbs representating independent medicine of the dynasty of Chosun. The original text was written in technical chinese character terms and this was processed with a newly developed text cognizance program which helped decrease the time and energy needed and increase accuracy. We hope that the ground work and experience gained from this process would be analyzed and used for future in computerized information management for medical classic literature.

Classified Emergency Materia Medica is a pharmacopoeia published by the government of the Song(宋) dynasty. After publishment, it had a decisive effect on East-Asian herbology of China, Korean & Japan. Sakae Miki(三木榮), Tameto Okanisi(岡西爲人) wrote papers on the subjects of type, publishing process, bibliographic terms of Classified Emergency Materia Medica published in the early and middle years of Joseon Dynasty. Moreover, Sakae Miki claimed that Classified Emergency Materia Medica from China had been a standard of herbology of Joseon Dynasty since its publishment, and herbology based on materia medica from countryside(鄕藥) also had occupied a part of herbology in Joseon Dynasty. Nevertheless the specific influences, from Classified Emergency Materia Medica to the medical books of Joseon Dynasty which established the herbology based on materia medica from countryside has never been handled so far. So I would like to investigate the influence of Classified Emergency Materia Medica to Joseon Dynasty, through a comparison with literature review. The main literatures for comparison are two representative medical books of Joseon Dynasty, Compendium of Prescriptions from the Countryside(1433) & Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine(1613), especially focusing on the pharmacognostic parts. The main comparing points on researching literatures will be the following: publication year of books; order of herbs; and quotations. This paper will show which edition of Classified Emergency Materia Medica was utilized to publish two medical books of Joseon Dynasty, and the process how Korean herbology based on materia medica from countryside was transformed after accepting Chinese herbology.

The Purpose of this study was to find the characteristics of the medicine mainly using the Hyangyak(鄕藥) in the early Chosun by analyzing the text in ${\ulcorner}$Hyangyakjipseongbang(鄕藥集成方)${\lrcorner}$ and comparing it with other medical books. To start out this grand investigation, the research was focused on ${\ulcorner}$Sanghanmun(傷寒門)${\lrcorner}$, Vol.5-8 of ${\ulcorner}Hyangyakjipseongbangs{\lrcorner}$. The conclusion made in this study is as follows: 1. All of the prescriptions in ${\ulcorner}Sanghanmun{\lrcorner}$, was made up of the Hangyak listed in ${\ulcorner}$HyangyakBoncho(鄕藥本草)${\lrcorner}$, Vol.76-85 of ${\ulcorner}Hyangyakjipseongbangs{\lrcorner}$ 2. The main purpose of ${\ulcorner}Sanghanmun{\lrcorner}$ was to make sure it was easy to use for people with no medical backgrounds. To have a more specific understanding on the medicine mainly llsing the Hyangyak, further research should be done on how the catergory of the Hangyak changed. This should be done by comparing the books written after the ${\ulcorner}Hyangyakjipseongbangs{\lrcorner}$, and also on the characteristics of the usage of prescriptions in ${\ulcorner}Hyangyakjipseongbangs{\lrcorner}$.

More correlations are expected to be formed by comparing and analyzing three medical prescription texts, "Hyangyakjipseongbang", "Euirimchyalyo" and "Dongeuibogam". And to firmly systemize the medicine native to Korea, more studies should be done on it, added to comparatively studies of native medical prescription texts.

Objective : In "Hyangyakjipseongbang" there are quotation remark as "Jipseong", that means "Hyangyakjipseongbang" because this is self-quotation. The contents of "Jipseong" that "Hyangyakjipseongbang" mentioned are in "Yifangjicheng". So "Jipseong" means abbreviation of "Yifangjicheng" and "Jipseong" should be "Jicheng". Method : We will try to do bibliographical methods on "Jicheng" and the books related to "Jicheng" through "Isekigo", "Zhongyiyijidacidian" and "Zhongguoyijitongkao". Result : "Yifangjicheng" is not handed down but the contents of that are in "Yifangdacheng". There are three differnt types(authors) of "Yifangdacheng". One of "Yifangdacheng" was enlarged to "Yifangdacheng". In "Euibangyoochui" there are several qutations such as "Yifangdacheng", "Yishudadian", "Nanbeijingxianfang", "Yongleilingfang" ralated to "Yifangjicheng". Conclusion : "Jipseong" mean "Yifangjicheng" instead of "Hyangyakjipseongbang" and there are some kinds of books related to the similar contents of "Jicheng".

Through the study, these are found out about "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" and Sanghanmun of "Hayangyakjibsungbang". First of all, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a Korean hreb book that contains only the herbs that were produced or cultivated in Korea. Secondly, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a practical herb book which widened its use in Korea. Third, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a practical herb book that was convinient for people. Fourth, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a brand new herb book that gathered all the knowledge about herb in Korea and abroad. Fifth, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a brand new herb book that contains all about processing method.

As a result of analyzing HyangYakJ ipSeongBang, by focusing on folk medicinal plants, the writer has christened the phrase 'Folk Medical Study' because the medical system of HyangYakJ ipSeongBang was quite different from the usual Korean Medicine or Eastern Medicine. Folk Medicine Study is medical study that emphasizes accessibility of drugs and facility of treatment. Folk Medicine Study is medical study that contains only contents that have been time-tested in our country. Folk Medicine Study is medical study that compiled all herbal knowledge and expertise of prescription of the herbal medicine produced on our land.
