In the Recent rapidly changing technology environment the computerization of administration business which is driven or will be driven to give improved information services to people by local government or central government with a huge budget. The possibility of applying GIS application component to the computerization of administration business is investigated to prevent local government from investing redundant money and to reuse the existing investment at this point of time. Land civil service application component was developed at the $\ulcorner Development of Open GIS Component S/W \lrcorner$ project which was managed by Ministry of Information and Communication . GIS application component was based on Open GIS OLE/COM specification for development of standard interface and USD(Unified System Development ) for development method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) for system design and Visual C++ for component implementation. Implemented components were Process Control, Map, Print, Statistics component and were verified by using Visual Basic and Delhi. tis study shows that the development of component is very useful at the GIS application development for local governments. But the standard of business and data and system is the essential prerequisite to maximize business application.

1980 년대부터 각 기관에서는 기관별로 보유하고 있는 정보를 전산화고 있으며, 또한 구축한 행정정보를 공동 활용하고자 하는 노력과 움직임이 활발하게 추진되어 오고있다. 특히 1998 년 $\ulcorner$행정정보 공동이용에 관한 규정(대통령령 제 1574 호)$\lrcorner$ 이 마련되었고 행정자치부는 정보공동활용에 필요한 표준화 작업을 실시하였다. 또한 정보통신부는 1998 년부터 공공정보의 민간이용 활성화계획을 수립하여 공공정보를 필요로 하는 민간기관 및 민간에게 필요정보를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 행정정보는 기관별 업무별로 독립적으로 생성되어 행정기관에서 정보 접근시 각각 접근해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각 기관별 업무별로 구축되어진 행정정보를 공동으로 접근하기 위하여 메타데이터레지스트리를 기반으로 한 사용자 인터페이스에 대하여 설계하였다.

This research is aimed at offering a fundamental data for the adjustment of cadastral inconsistency of administrative boundary areas from this time onward by analyzing actual conditions of cadastral inconsistency at the study areas by the use of digital topographic map and digital cadastral map of si-gun-gu boundary area. As a result of examining the actual condition of cadastral inconsistency at the surveyed areas, the extent of cadastral inconsistency of the neighboring administrative boundary areas was assessed as ${\pm}3.15m$ of RMSE on X coordinates and also assessed as ${\pm}2.85\;m$ of RMSE on Y coordinates; in addition, RMSE of the neighboring district of the administrative boundary areas on X coordinates was assessed as ${\pm}1.33\;m$, and ${\pm}0.75\;m$ of RMSE on Y coordinates respectively-thus, this research could suggest the fact that there has arisen a lot of cadastral inconsistency areas at administrative boundary areas.

Today, administration management of fishing industry is formed by paper documents. So, it is suffered damage and loss concern by the long-term storage. when the new informations is renewed, much of manpower and time are wasted also. In addition, it has caused confusion to by used coordinate system which is not been consistent. To build a national standardized information system of fishing banks, in this study, fishing map DB and system based on GIS is constructed for fishery right area of JeollaNamdo (Mokpo city and other 14 counties) which has 55% of fishing permissions of Korea. Then administration management of fishing industry is constructed computerization for the user that business processing and for fishermen to improve their convenience. Also, It will be possible to link another system.

대학 행정의 전산화 프로젝트는 여러 부분에서 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문은 학사 행정 업무에 관한 프로토타입으로 사용될 목적으로 개발되었으며, 웹에 대학 지원 경쟁률을 실시간으로 사용자에게 보여지도록 했다. 개발 환경은 Unix 운영체제에 오라클 데이터 베이스가 기반이며 호스트 언어로 Pro*C를 사용하였다. 구현 원리는 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 거치지 않고 웹 서버를 이용하여 웹 상에 데이터베이스의 데이터를 주기적으로 갱신하여 보여준다는 점이 특색이다.

우리나라의 지적제도 중 가장 중요한 현안 사업인 지적공부와 현지와의 불부합은 토지분쟁의 야기, 토지행정의 불신 조장, 토지과세의 불공정 초래 등 토지와 관련된 제반 분야에 많은 문제점을 발생시키고 있다. 정부에서는 이러한 지적불부합지 발생의 문제를 해결하고자 지적재조사 사업에 앞서 지적도 불부합지 정리를 우선 추진하고 있다. 현재 국가적으로는 지적도 전산화 사업이 완료되었고, NGIS 사업의 일환으로 상당량의 GIS 데이터가 구축되어 있다 그러나 이렇게 구축된 데이터가 다양한 목적으로 활용되지 못하고 있어 이에 대한 다양한 활용이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 지적분야에서도 현지 측량 방식에 기반하여 지적불부합지를 조사하고 정리하기보다는 현재 구축되어 있는 각종 전산화 데이터를 최대한 활용하여 지적불부합지를 조사할 수 있는 새로운 자동화 방법론이 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지적도 전산화 데이터와 기 구축되어 있는 GIS관련 데이터를 이용하여 지적 불부합지를 객관적이고 효율적으로 조사할 수 있는 새로운 자동화 방법론을 개발하고 이를 실제 사례지역에 적용하여 봄으로써 방법론의 적용가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

According the high growth of Korean economy, there are many changes in our life recently. As life quality is improved, the standard of construction is strengthen and subdivision. However, in many steps through which it passes until a building is planned, designed, constructed and completed, there are lots of problems among the law related architecture. Especially, there are many statutes which must be checked related to building permits and much wastes time and money in review because of overlapping laws related architecture. Furthermore, there are limitation of computerization and shortage of human power of administration in architecture. In this study, we propose six improvement programme of administration service in architecture. Through these program, civil applications like housing and economic condition could be improved consistently.
