The frequency of official injury of fire-fighting officers exposed to an extreme situation in disaster areas has been continuously increased. In spite of increase of injury, procedures of injury approval are complex, so the working environment of fire-fighting officers is very poor in terms of safety management. This study was, therefore, conducted to provide basic data for improvement of the injury management system for fire-fighting officers, by empirically analyzing the system for those in Busan city. The findings of the empirical analysis are as follows: first, the frequency of injury experienced by them is higher than that of other occupations; second, application for injury is not actively made; third, fire-fighting officers should bear the expense if injury is approved. On the basis of such an analysis on actual conditions, an analysis on policy factors for improving the injury management system shows; first, various high-risk matters should be considered in the review of application for injury, for improvement factors of the application for injury, while it is necessary to extend the benefit and support project for injured officers, for operation improvement factors of the injury management system, and the compensation act should be improved, for the improvement factors of the injury system. Second, it is urgent to develop damage prevention and coping education program for improving the injury management system. In addition, the simplification of administrative procedures of application for injury and the extension of benefit and support project for injured officers should be realized as soon as possible, moreover, the enhancement of directors' interest and support is also required.

The objective of this study is to suggest the process and method of local accident investigation for local authorities with a view to efficient and effective managing traffic accidents. With a project city selected accident-type maps, accident lists, accident diagrams, priority of black-spots/-lengths, site visits, remedial measures, opportunity costs, monitoring etc. are taken into consideration, by using accident data in the last 3 years. Analyzed are accident savings to be expected when applying technical, organizational, and administrative processes attached to local accident investigation.

This study examines the effects of the "youth unemployment bonus" program implemented in 2004. We view this program through the lenz of search-matching models and apply a quasi-experimental approach to an administrative unemployment insurance database of Korea. This episode is particularly useful because the program aims at long-term unemployed youths and the size of public assistance is large enough to subsidize employers for a year with a monthly subsidy of about $600. The main effects are found to be as follows: (i) the search period gets shortened by 18 days, (ii) the subsequent wage has increased by about three percents, and (iii) a conservative benefit-cost analysis reveals the validity of this program. We interpret these results in the context of general equilibrium models.

The processes for management of historical data in construction have many problems according to construction firm$^{\circ}{\phi}$s participating in some of the processes. This study analyzed about current process and provided improved processes with IDEF method and simulation. The proposed $\lceil$To-Be$\rfloor$ model is more effective than $\lceil$As-Is$\rfloor$ model according to the result of simulation performance. It is revealed that the productivity in the construction company is more improved than that of the owner from the results of the system simulation.

This study investigated the cadastral non-coincidence between real land using and cadastral book using Google Earth Web for difficult area to access that is more efficient method compared with field survey for saving time and money. An reading error has occurred eight parcels about dry field and paddy field but this method is more powerful in case of a danger area of steep, unregistered cemeteries of cadastral book using Google Earth Web of image interpretation that method takes 1 day, the accuracy is 96% and improved 20% more than field survey takes 5 days by 40 parcels. It's possible to reduce the manpower, time and budget could be minimized. In particular, it is need to land alteration of forests and fields category that finds 47 locations a burial ground of non register cadastre book. Google Earth Web method is enabling easy visual analysis of the future land administration of local governments to improving the reliability of temporal and economic costs can be very useful to reduce.

정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져 가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP 시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국·공립 대학들의 행정업무효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교·분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 국내 대학은 ERP 시스템 도입 시 제시된 주요성공요인 등을 고려하고 지속적인 관심으로 프로젝트를 수행함으로써 보다 효과적으로 구축을 완료해야 할 것이며, 아직 국내의 사례가 충분하지 않기 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 국내외의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 관해 빠른 이해를 할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 연구도 계속 되어야 할 것이다.보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSSWIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, Cronbach's Alpha값을 통한 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통한 타당성 분석을 하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들의 아바타 수용도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 특성과 사용자 수용 특성은 아바타 수용도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다는 것 결과가 나타났다.웨어 프로세스 평가와 개선 모델의 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다 또한, 본 연구 결과는, 우리나라 소프트웨어 조직들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 우리나라의 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 실효성 있는 정책 입안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다.다.를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%);

오늘날과 잘은 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 기업의 경쟁우위와 비영리조직의 서비스 증대에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 변화에 대응하여 기업은 정보기술을 활용하여 비용절감은 물론, 생산성 향상, 경쟁력 강화, 조직 혁신을 도모하였으며, 정부기관이 주도하는 비영리조직은 일반 행정 분야를 비롯한 민원인을 위한 공공서비스의 분야에 이르기까지 공정하고 투명한 서비스 혁신을 추진하고 있다. 현재까지 기업의 정보시스템 아웃소싱 위험요인에 대한 많은 연구가 있었지만 비영리조직의 정보시스템 아웃소싱 도입단계별 위험요인에 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비영리조직의 정보시스템 아웃소싱에 대한 이론적 토대를 제공하기 위하여 비영리조직의 특수성을 고려한 아웃소싱 도입단계별 위험요인의 프로토타입을 개발하고자 한다.

국내 지방자치단체나 기업에서 기존의 TDM 방식의 교환설비를 차세대 VoIP 방식의 교환설비로 전환하면 고품질의 영상전화, 멀티미디어 서비스 등 다양한 기능과 효율성 통신비가 절감되는 효과가 있다. VoIP의 기술적용은 급속한 신기술 환경변화에 능동적인 대응의 필요성에 따라 추진되는데 많은 시간적 비용적 부분이 소요될 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문은 서울특별시 도시철도공사에서 운영중인 TDM 방식의 행정교환설비가 수명이 만료되어 "국내 최초" All IP 기반의 VoIP 방식으로 전면 교체한 사례를 가지고 연구하였다. 이 논문에서는 교체배경, 사업추진의 전략과 VoIP 구축작업 완료의 효과분석이 정리되어 있으며, 기업의 VoIP 도입시 고려사항 등을 제시하고 있다.

시공을 하다가 손해를 보았는데도 발주자 혹은 원도급업체에서 인정을 안해준다면 어떻게 해야 할까? "소송을 할까?", "다음 공사는 어떻게 해. 그냥 손해보고 말지 뭐", "아니야 그냥 넘어가기에는 너무 억울해" 설비건설업을 하다보면 누구나 한번쯤 이런 경험이 있었을 것이다. 이럴 경우 공정거래위원회에 문의 하거나 건설하도급분쟁조정협의회에 문의하다가 정 안될 경우 소송에 돌입한다. 소송의 경우 대법원의 최종 판결이 나기까지 2~3년은 고스란히 걸림은 물론 소송비용도 만만치 않다. 이렇게 기간이 길지 않고 가격도 저렴하면서 해결 가능한 방법은 없을까? 물론 있다. 공정거래위원회에 제소하면 된다. 공정거래위원회는 국무총리 소속의 장관급 중앙행정기관이자 합의제 준사법기관으로서 경쟁정책을 수립 · 운영하며 공정거래관련 사건을 심결 · 처리하는 역할을 하고 있다. 정부는 지난 84년 하도급자보호 및 소비자의 보호를 위해 「하도급거래공정화에 관한 법률 」과 「약관의규제에 관한 법률」을 84년과 86년에 각각 제정함으로써 상대적으로 약자인 하도급자도 법의 보호를 받게 되었다. 본지는 지난 7월호 대한상사중재원의 '중재제도'에 이어 이번 8월호에서는 건설하도급분쟁조정협의회를 게재했고, 이번호에는 공정거래위원회에 대하여 게재한다.

u-Health 관련 보건 비용의 지속적인 증가와 건강 및 사전 예방에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 온라인을 통한 상담, 정보제공, 동영상 서비스 및 e-commerce등 건강 관련 서비스 시장이 확대가 되고 있다. 특히 노령인구의 급증에 따른 국내 고령층에 대한 실버산업이 대두되고 있다. u-Health 의료산업은 원무행정 분야에 대한 초기 정보화 단계에 있으며, 대학/종합병원들의 IT예산은 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 중소형 병/의원/약국의 경우 IT 투자예산 확보에 어려움이 있다. 이를 대처하기 위해 u-Health와 Wellness를 통합 함으로서 BT, NT 및 IT 관련 기술을 활용하여 u-Fitwellness 시스템을 구축하여 Ubiquitous 네트워크를 통해 고령자를 위한 건강과 의료관련 서비스, 제품, 정보를 제공하고 개인의 삶의질을 향상시킴으로써 홈 네트워킹 기반 u-Healthcare Total Solution을 통한 융합형 서비스를 제안하고자 한다.
