최근 CCTV(Closed Circuit Television)의 설치가 증가하면서 효율적인 모니터링을 위하여 지능형 영상분석 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 지능형 영상분석 기술은 영상의 정보를 분석하여 자동으로 이상 행위를 탐지하고 관리자에게 경보를 전송하는 기술로써, 사고를 사전에 예방하고 사고가 발생한 경우에는 신속하게 대응하여 피해를 줄일 수 있게 해준다. 본고에서는 지능형 영상분석 기술이 탐지할 수 있는 이상 행위, 즉 이벤트를 그 목적에 따라서 보안, 비즈니스 인텔리전스, 객체인식으로 구분하여 현재 기술 수준을 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 앞으로 지능형 영상분석에서 이벤트 탐지 기술의 발전 방향을 사람의 행동인식, 행위 기반 이상 현상 탐지, 군중 환경에서 이벤트 탐지, 지능형 영상분석 구조의 변화 등의 관점으로 구분하여 살펴보고자 한다.

Proposed in this paper is the intelligent video surveillance system to effectively detect multiple loitering objects even that disappear from the out of camera's field of view and later return to a target zone. After the background and foreground are segmented using Gaussian mixture model and shadows are removed, the objects returning to the target zone is recognized using the chromaticity histogram and the duration of loitering is preserved. For more accurate measurement of the loitering behavior, the camera calibration is also applied to map the image plane to the real-world ground. Hence, the loitering behavior can be detected by considering the time duration of the object's existence in the real-world space. The experiment was performed using loitering video and all of the loitering behaviors are accurately detected.

This study aims to derive the implications of actor-network theory in science education research. To this end, previous studies applying the actor-network theory were analyzed. The study results show that educational research using actor-network theory can be divided into three main approaches. First, ANT was used as an epistemological perspective to construct an educational method or perspective, Second, ANT was used as an ontological perspective to recognize non-human agency, Third, ANT was used as a methodology for educational research. Based on the results, the possibility of contributing to science education research is discussed. As a new theoretical point of view, we hope that actor-network theory will be meaningful in science education practice and empirical research.

The Weightless Neural Network(WNN) has the advantage of the processing speed, less computability than weighted neural network which readjusts the weight. Especially, The behavior information such as sequential gesture has many serial correlation. So, It is required the high computability and processing time to recognize. To solve these problem, Many algorithms used that added preprocessing and hardware interface device to reduce the computability and speed. In this paper, we proposed the Ram based Sequential Cumulative Neural Network(SCNN) model which is sign language recognition system without preprocessing and hardware interface. We experimented with using compound words in continuous korean sign language which was input binary image with edge detection from camera. The recognition system of sign language without preprocessing got 93% recognition rate.

가상현실 응용에서 가상 캐릭터의 행위를 효과적으로 조명하는 일은 영화에서의 카메라웍을 실현하는 것과 같다. 그러나, 참여적 엔터테인먼트에서는 아바타의 행위가 참여자의 실시간 행위에 의해 결정되므로, 카메라의 위치나 각도 등을 미리 설정할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 즉흥 애니메이션의 상황에서 가상 캐릭터, 즉, 아바타의 행동을 조명하기 위한 실시간 상황 인식 기반 비쥬얼라이제이션 기법을 제안한다.

비정상 행위와 정상행위를 구별하여 침입을 탐지하는 기법 중 오토마타를 이용해 정상 행위를 프로파일링 하는 기법이 연구되어왔다. 최근엔 다중 서열 정합(multiple sequence alignment)방법을 이용하여 오토마타 생성을 자동화하는 방법이 소개되었다. 그러나 이 방법은 시스템 콜의 서열을 정열하기 위해 추가적인 상태가 들어가게 때문에 오토마타가 너무 커지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 정상 서열을 인식하는 오토마타를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다.

드디어 터질게 터졌다. 그동안 노래방 조명자판기를 가지고 불법 다단계 사업을 해 오던 B사대표 및 관계자가 경찰에 구속되며 각 매스컴에 보도가 잇따랐다. 소비자 피해 규모는 무려 1300여억 원에 이르는 대형사기로 자판기 사업에 대한 인식이 악화된다는 점에서 안타까운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 조용하다 싶으면 한건 씩 터지는 자판기 유사수신행위 및 불법 다단계를 근절시키는, 일이 산업계의 시급한 과제이다. 계속하여 자판기 사업에 대한 외부 불신이 쌓여 간다면 걷잡을 수 없는 지경에 이를 수도 있다. 과연 "돈 놓고 돈 먹기 식" 자판기 유사수신 행위 및 불법 다단계를 근절시킬 묘책은 없는 것인가.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affect nurses' pressure ulcer (PU) prevention behavior among general hospital nurses based on the theory of planned behavior. A total of 111 nurses in four general hospitals in Korea participated in this study and replied to a survey on attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and behavior regarding PU prevention. Data were analyzed with multiple regressions by all participants, education level, working department, and hospital size group. In all participants, the more positive attitude and the higher subjective norm, the more PU prevention behavior. However, in the group of 'more than bachelor degree' and 'tertiary hospital', the more clinical experience, the more behavior. In the group of 'surgical ward & intensive care unit', the higher attitude, the more behavior. In the group of 'more than bachelor degree', the higher subjective norm, the more behavior. Therefore, personalized and tailored intervention for nurses may be provided depending on nurses' education level, work department, and hospital size to enhance PU prevention behavior by means of improving nurses' attitude, subjective norm toward PU prevention.

This study was performed to utilize for foundation data of research related nursing communication and developing nursing intervention by examining the relationship between nurses' perception of the elderly and communication. This study is a descriptive research using a set of questionnaires that examines the relationship between nurses who provide care to the elderly by confirming their perception of the elderly, communication difficulties with the elderly, communication behavior, and satisfaction with communication. After IRB approval, data were collected either face-to-face survey or by online survey. A total of 292 nurses participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed as descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, Duncan test and Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, Multiple Regression Analysis by using SPSS/WIN 26 program. As a result, a significant correlation was identified between perception of the elderly and communication disorders, communication behavior, and communication satisfaction. We found that nurses who had more positive perceptions about the elderly had less communication disorders, better communication behaviors, and higher communication satisfaction with the elderly. From this result, we suggest that nurses caring for the elderly should receive education on communication methods with elderly to improve their perception. Furthermore, we suggest future studies to improve nurse's perception of the elderly and communication.

본 논문에서는 최근 증가하고 있는 차량의 질서 위반 행위 및 과태료 체납, 대포차 등에 대한 문제를 보다 효율적으로 해결하기 위하여 이동이 간편한 스마트 기기를 통하여 차량의 번호판을 인식하고 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. 영상 촬영 기능과 데이터 전송 기능을 가지고 있는 휴대용 단말기를 소지한 사용자가 자동차의 번호판을 촬영했을 시 자동차 번호판을 인식하고 촬영된 영상과 차량 번호에 대한 데이터를 원격지 서버로 전송하여 차량 소유자에 대한 과태료 체납여부, 위반행위 등을 조회하여 해당 차량에 대한 정보 등을 신속하게 확인하고 현장에서 복합적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시할 주요한 기능은 영상처리를 통한 차량 번호판 인식과 인식된 차량 번호 정보와 번호판 영상 정보를 원격지 서버로 전송하여 정보를 관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.
