컴퓨터와 통신의 발달은 멀티미디어 개발 및 보급에 기여하였으며, 특히 인쇄매체를 대체하고 '전자'화된 전자교과서 시대를 열었다. 그리하여 그 동안 많은 전자교과서 모형 설계 및 개발이 이루어져 왔으며, 그 효과 또한 입증 된 바 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자교과서의 이점을 살려 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 현행 초등학교에서 특별활동 일환으로 실시되고 있는 의식행사는 '교과교육 외의 활동'으로 취급 되어 지면서, 교과서 없이 지도서만 가지고 형식적이고 한시적인 내부계획에 따라 진행 되었다. 이에 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 전자교과서 모형 개발을 제안한다. 이 모형은 학습자로 하여금 다양한 멀티미디어 자료 학습을 통해 흥미와 관심을 갖고 의식행사에 참여할 수 있게 설계 하였으며, 기존의 전자교과서 기능에서 전자노트 기능을 추가하였다. 또한 교수자 측면에서는 전자교과서를 쉽고 간단하게 학습에 적용시킬 수 있도록, 학습모형에 기반 하여 설계함은 물론, 학습자료 구성하기 및 훈화자료 만들기 시스템을 통해 전자교과서의 활용 폭을 넓혔다.

오늘날 새로운 마케팅 기법으로서 고객중심적인 체험마케팅의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 여성화장품 소비자의 체험마케팅이 브랜드 인식에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구는 설문조사를 통해 수행하였으며 설문조사는 국내 한 화장품회사의 체험행사에 참여한 여성으로 하였다. 설문은 체험마케팅 참여 전과 후로 나누어 두 차례 동일한 상대를 조사하여 그 결과를 비교하였으며, 연구결과 첫째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드인지도의 향상은 유의한 것으로 나타났고. 둘째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드 신뢰도도 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다, 셋째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드충성도도 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났고 넷째, 체험마케팅 행사 참여 후 브랜드이미지도 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비자의 브랜드 인식을 향상하는데 있어 체험마케팅의 효과가 입증되었다.

채권자대위권은 채권자가 자기의 채권을 보전하기 위하여 채무자에 속하는 권리를 행사할 수 있는 권리이다(민법제404조). 채무자의 권리는 채무자가 행사함이 원칙이나 채무자가 제3채무자에 대한 권리를 행사하지 아니함으로 채무자의 책임재산을 제대로 보전하지 않아 총채권자의 공동담보에 부족한 부분이 생길 때에는 채권자로 하여금 채무자의 권리를 행사하여 책임재산의 보전을 꾀할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있고, 이러한 목적을 위한 제도가 바로 채권자대위권제도이다. 그러나 채권자대위권제도는 채권자 취소권에 비해 상대적으로 주목받지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 즉 실제와 현행민법 규정사이에 커다란 괴리가 존재하고 있고, 행사의 범위, 효과에 관한 규정을 두고 있지 않고 있다. 이는 전적으로 학설과 판례에 위임되어 있는 실정이므로 따라서 본 논문에서는 채권자대위권에 관한 문제점을 검토해보고, 정확한 명문규정이나 제도적 장치를 마련하는 제도의 취지 및 목적에 합당할 수 있도록 합리적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

MICE industry is emerging as a new growth engine recently. Most of the domestic MICE events are carried out at low cost on a small scale. The event organizers want to cut down on costs of prints such as brochures and other promotional printed materials, as well as the personnel costs for the simple guide job needed on site, which are generated repeatedly and wastefully. The existing mobile web has a defect that the participants can't easily earn the information in the fixed menu, but have to search by themselves wasting lots of time. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the solution enables providing information efficiently at low cost for short-term use during the events. In this study, we implemented specific total management system for exhibitions and convention using beacon. The information system for exhibitions and events using beacon can raise the management efficiency, and the digital brochure function based on CMS heightens the information retrieval ability and also reduces costs. Organizers can manage their event efficiently in a small exhibition and convention event by running an online website and operate a site management system by them selves.

지난2월21일부터 22일까지 1박 2일간에 걸쳐 ㈜한일농원(대표이사 : 최병현) 주최로 유성관광호텔에서 열렸던 세미나는 사양가는 물론 유관단체의 참여로 대성황을 이루었다. 대형화된 축산업계의 안정화되어가는 모습을 보여주는 것이기도 하면서 그만큼 양축가들에게 기업운영의 소개와 함께 사양관리, 질병문제 등을 직접 논의하는 교육적 효과를 병행했다고 풀이할 수 있다. 이날 행사를 주관한 P.S영업부의 조직력은 매우 활성화된 모습을 보여주어 평소의 단합된 마음을 그대로 반영하는 것으로 사료된다. 그만큼 행사자체를 통하여 축산업계 발전에 기울이는 노력이 크다고 볼 수 있다. 세미나 내용 자체도 매우 다양하여 양축가들에게 많은 도움이 되었을 것으로 보며 행사 내용중 일부를 참석치 못한 분을 위하여 게재한다.

무언가를 덤으로 받거나 가격을 깎아 준다는것은 분명 기분 좋은일이다. 요즘 소비자들은 물가가 너무 오른다고 아우성을 치면서도 예전과 달리 이렇듯 '기분 좋은 일'을 쉽게 경험한다. 그러나 아이디어가 없고 때를 잘 맞추지 못하면 그런 판촉행사는 효과를 보지 못한다. 상큼한 아이디어가 돋보여 일반적인 판촉행사에 식상해진 소비자에게 어필하는 서비스 업체와 제과점을 소개한다.

The operation method of offline venues such as local festivals usually has problems such as the absence of real-time events and booth information, wasting time in the process of purchasing and receiving goods, and stagnating the movement of guests. This study increases the convenience of guests and managers by integrating all contents in the venue in the form of booth, thereby increasing the uniformity of event information and the efficiency of booth operation. In addition, a system was designed to minimize movement problems and improve performance by detecting the movement of guests within the venue and increasing the efficiency of arranging booths based on location data. It has been developed as a low-cost system that measures wireless packets with portable wireless LAN APs and control units. This has advantages in the operation of the venue, which consists of the installation and dismantling of variable booths in a short period of time. It is expected that the integrated operation of the venue will be utilized by linking the movement data of guests to activate visits and increase sales through data-based promotions.

계속되는 조명의 발달에 의하여 과거의 난방, 취사, 보호, 빛 등의 원시적인 기능을 수행하던 빛은 오늘날 다양한 기능과 사회적 역할을 담당하게 되었으며, 도시의 축제적 요소로서 사람들에게 유희적 기능을 제공하게 되었다. 이러한 축제요소로서의 빛은 종교적 행사로서 의미를 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역의 이미지 향상 및 홍보효과, 지역주민에게 주는 지역에 대한 자긍심효과, 관광사업 활성화에 따른 경제적 파급효과 둥의 다양한 효과를 가져오고 있다. 유럽의 경우 모닥불이 18세기에 이르러 일루미네이션과 불꽃놀이 등으로 계승되었으며, 우리나라의 경우 신라시대부터 시작된 종교적 행사인 연등제와 정원대보름을 기원으로 한 들불축제가 과거부터 오늘날까지 이어져 내려오고 있다. 유럽에서 시작된 폭죽, 조명을 이용한 빛축제 또한 우리나라의 각 지자체를 중심으로 불꽃놀이와 루미나리에라는 이름으로 개최되고 있다. 또한, 사천시의 창선삼천포대교는 다리의 경관조명을 설치함으로써 지역을 홍보하기 위한 조명축제로 자리매김하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 다양한 빛축제의 사례를 분석하여 앞으로 빛축제를 활성화하기 위한 기초 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out what the investment efficiency of BW is from an investor's point of view and to suggest an efficient investment plan to investors. The research method is to investigate the coupon interest rate, maturity interest rate, issuance date, right exercise start and end date, maturity date, exercise price, etc. for BW issued from 2014 to July 2021. By connecting them, it was attempted to quantitatively understand the efficiency of investment in BW and the effect of new stock acquisitions. As a result of the study, the ratio of the number of days in excess of the exercise price was 41.3% of the available days for new stocks, so it was analyzed that the investment efficiency of bonds with warrants was not high. The return on the exercise start date was 24.8% on average and the return on the end date was 52.6% on average, showing a positive return on average, so it was derived in line with investor expectations. The number of stocks with negative returns on the exercise start date was 1.47 times higher than the number of stocks with positive returns, and the number of stocks with negative returns on the end date was 1.16 times higher than the number of positive stocks.
