본 연구에서는 지역사회의 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업의 한 사례로 경상남도 화동군 화개면 대성리 의신마을의 노인주민들을 중심으로 이루어지는 문화유산 개발과 자발적(생산적) 문화주체발굴 및 양성을 하고자 한 사례연구이다. 2017년부터 2019년의 3년차 사업으로 지역의 마을회(영농회, 부녀회, 청년회, 노인회)와 체험시설 관리운영, 체험행사 관리, 가공시설장 활용, 체험 프로그램 기획/운영, 마을기반조성사업 및 관광체험을 주요활동으로 하는 영농조합법인의 유기적 협력을 통하여 주변의 특산물, 자연환경, 산업환경 및 지리산을 중심으로 구성된 지역역사 문화환경이 연계되어 진행되는 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업이다. 특히 농악/낙차 동아리, 사진동아리, 그림동아리, 압화동와리와 같은 동아리 활동을 통하여 산골의 지역적인 약점을 보완할 수 있으며, 문화예술을 향유하려는 시대적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 실질적인 문화예술프로그램을 통한 공동체 발전을 지속하고자 함이 취지이다. 지역 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 감성지능의 변화에 의한 지역공동체의식과 6차산업 기업가 정신 및 노인들의 사회참여에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.

폐쇄형 SNS란 카페 블로그 등 온라인 상의 커뮤니티 서비스를 모바일로 옮겨 놓은 것이다. 이메일 주소나 전화번호로 연결된 모든 지인을 일괄적으로 친구로 등록하는 개방형 SNS와 달리, 친밀도에 따라 지인을 따로 관리할 수 있다. 개방형 SNS에 비해 가입자 폭은 넓지 않지만 이용자 충성도가 높다는 게 큰 장점으로 꼽힌다. 이에 본 논문에서는 폐쇄형 SNS를 통하여 학교에서 리더를 맡고있는 회장, 학회장 등에게 효과적으로 학생회를 운영 할 수 있는 어플리 케이션을 제공한다. 이를 통해 사용자들은 효과적인 학과 운영과 질높은 행사, 투명한 학회비 관리 등을 제공받을 수 있다.

This paper presents a system-independent mobile smart shelter using solar energy technology that can be freely installed in various places, such as parks, countryside, event area, construction area and walking tour places where the system power are difficult to use. The proposed smart shelter is equipped with solar power generation and energy storage devices that is combined with IoT technology to collect indoor and outdoor humidity, fine dust and tourist awareness in real time. It is possible to efficiently manage energy by performing the optimal energy operation during the heat- wave, cold-wave situation and the presence of travelers and it is possible to serve as a shelter for as long as possible without system power.

This study tries to establish the evaluation standards of the service quality of local cultural festivals in an effort to identify public awareness of those festivals. Also, based on the importance-performance importance-performance analysis on the service quality, this research is aimed at finding ways to enhance service quality and to improve operation plans in more efficient ways for the maximization of visitors' use of festivals. Ultimately, the current study seeks to make a contribution to improving the quality of local cultural festivals. The results of the correspondence t-test analysis of importance and performance revealed that significant differences were found in following items of five factors; 1) in the responsiveness factor, the presence or absence of rest space, facility guide, communication, and installation of public restroom/cleanliness 2) in the certainty factor, food prices and staff members' kindness 3) in the reliability factor, all items including festival pamphlets (to the festival venue), guidance facilities/signposts, hospitality, schedule information, and quick responses 4) in the tangibility factor as well, all items such as the awareness of local culture, benefits, and storytelling 5) in the empathy factor, diversity of events and festival contents.

This study's purpose is to present the improvement of effectiveness of security activity for international conference which can be held hereafter. On the basis of security activity problems originating in G20 summit meeding that had been held in Seoul in 2010. I made up questions three times to on the members of the police, military, fire figher and national intelligence service who had experienced in Seoul G20 summit meeding and recognition of possible problem and possibility of improvement on each item of questions was analyzed by Delphi Method. Also interviews with 4 security experts selected from each security agency were conducted to present improvement in each part of problem. The results obtained from the face to face interview with four experts of security-enforcement agency about the role of event site activity stage for international conference are as followings; First, 'security protocol section' protocol and security are needed mutual win-win enough to be compared with adaptative relationship, thereby being demanded the closer cooperation and information exchange. Second, 'situation management section' there is a need of reinforcing the cooperative system between situation rooms of each agency in order to possibly operate all of the security manpower integrally, which are dispersed by function and by event site, in addition to the swift and organic information exchange between wide-area local government and all the security agencies focusing on a preparation planning group. Third, 'security manpower resource management section' there is a need of encouragement and interest in the leadership in order to devise system that all of the security manpower can concentrate on event and to be possibly satisfied the given conditions. Fourth, 'local government cooperative support section' the wide-area local government of a hosting city as international city operates several kinds of the facilities for international conference, supports operation of conference, achieves a ripple effect of event such as tourism, maximizes service of accomodations, and performs the primary responsibility for the maintenance of the traffic facilities, thereby needing to execute special inspection under the responsibility of Si-Do governors.

제64차 국제도서관연맹(IFLA)대회가 ‘정보와 문화의 교차로에서’라는 주제아래 8월 16일부터 21일까지 네덜란드 암스테르담에서 개최되었다. IFLA 총회가 네덜란드에서 개최된 것은 1939년 헤이그와 암스테르담, 그리고 1966년 쉐베닝겐에서 열린 데 이어 이번이 세 번째이다. 이번 대회는 공식집계에 따르면 세계 120개국에서 3,328명의 도서관인들이 참가하는 대성황을 이루었다고 한다. IFLA 대회는 회원국을 순회하면서 열리는데 지난해에는 덴마크 코펜하겐에서 열렸다. IFLA는 1927년 창설된 비정부기구로서 UNESCO와 함께 공식적으로 활동해왔다. IFLA의 목적은 도서관 활동과 문헌정보학 전반에 걸친 국제적인 이해와 협력, 토론, 연구 및 개발을 증진시키고 도서관인들이 국제적인 공동 관심사를 논하는 장을 제공하는 데 있다. 현재 회원으로 141개국 1400이상의 도서관 및 관련 단체들이 가입되어 있다. IFLA조직은 헤이그에 본부를 두고 있으며, 운영 조직으로 심의 평가를 담당하는 실행위원회와 전문위원회 그리고 4개의 자문위원회로 구성되어 있다. 실행위원회는 IFLA의 정책, 운영과 재정에 대하여 책임을 지어, 전문위원회는 두 개의 하부조직인 전문가 그룹과 5개 코아 프로그램에 의해 수행되는 전문적인 활동의 기획과 프로그래밍에 대하여 모니터 한다. 전문가 그룹이란 8개의 부회와 그 아래있는 34개의 분과와 11개의 원탁회의를 말한다. IFLA대회는 한국도서관협회가 주최하는 전국도서관대회보다 좀더 규모가 큰 행사라고 생각하면 상상하기가 쉬울 것이다. 대회 전체를 아우르는 주제가 설정되어 있고, 그 아래 각 분과별 발표회 또는 원탁회의가 동시에 여러 곳에서 진행된다. 따라서 참가자는 프로그램을 보고 자신이 참석할 분과나 포럼 등을 미리 정해두지 않으면 우왕좌왕하게 된다. 그리고 참석기간 중에는 매일 발행되는 를 반드시 참고할 필요가 있다. 이 자료는 IFLA 대회 일정의 변경이라든가, 하루 동안 일어난 소식을 알려주는 일종의 신문과 같은 역할을 한다.

The mobile house of this article is provided with stand-alone power system that uses photovoltaic energy and enables sensing and environmental monitoring. Excess power generated is stored in lithium batteries, which enable smooth operation of the mobile house even in environment in which solar energy cannot be used. The house has been designed that its systems can be operated continuously by diesel power generation even when photovoltaic energy cannot be generated due to long rainy season or heavy snow. BMS (batter management system) has been constructed for photovoltaic and power management, and monitors the charge/discharge and usage amount of photovoltaic energy. Various sensing data are recorded and transmitted automatically, and the design allows for wireless monitoring by means of computer and smartphone app. The container house proposed in this study enables efficient energy management by performing optimal energy operation in remote areas, parks, event venues, and construction sites where there is no system power source.

To enable effective notification and promotion of the food poisoning prevention, Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) developed a mobile augmented reality (AR) game called 'Sik-Jung-Dok-Jop GO', and demonstrated the game at 11 events including Food Safety Day. At the events, we have conducted a field survey of people who have played the game, and evaluated the awareness change of the food poisoning before and after the game. The level of the respondents' awareness about the 3 methods of the food poisoning prevention has been increased by 53 percent after playing the game, the level of awareness about individual food poisoning micro-organism has been improved by 2.1 times. According to the survey, 95% at the respondents answered that the game helped them understand the food poisoning more, and 90% of the respondents said that they enjoyed the game. In conclusion, we believe that 'Sik-Jung-Dok-Jop GO' will be able to create various educative effects on prevention of food poisoning including causative foods, main symptoms, and other related knowledge when the game is widely applied to students in kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools.

This study aimed at examining the factors affecting citizen engagement in community health promotion program that a local government offered for residents. A descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 418 participants who completed 10,000-Step Walking Program, sponsored by the local government of B city. Data were collected, using a self-reported questionnaire, and analyzed with statistical methods, including T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression. There were significantly different in the number of participation days in the program by material support(pace counter(p<.001), exercise notebook(p<.001), piggy bank((p=.002)), informational support(Walking training, leadership training)(p<.001), promotion events and meetings, and membership of exercise club(p<.001). Using exercise notebook(p<.001) and exercise club membership(p<.001)) were the supporting factors affecting citizen engagement in the walking program. This research shows that various political plans for providing material and social supports including walking activity aids, community club forming are needed to encouraging citizens' participation in health promotion programs.
