The Effects of Customer Citizenship Behavior and Badness Behavior on Perceived Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention (고객시민행동과 고객불량행동이 서비스품질지각과 고객만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effects of two types of customer extra-role behavior (citizenship and badness behavior) on perceived service quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The model was tested with a sample of sports center customers by using structural equation modeling. The findings supported the effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior, and all structural path coefficients were significant. However, the differential effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior on perceived service quality were not significant. Lastly, perceived service quality fully mediated the effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results of the present study demonstrate that service organizations need to manage all two types of customer behavior. Further, it provides new insights into the relationships among customer's extra-role behavior, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention.

  • The issue of this research is to verify the influence of effort that university students putting and employment goal setting regarding employment preparation behavior. And which behavior affects to the employment goal achievement. This research could surely find that it is positive to employment goal setting. But employment goal setting is not enough to get a actual job. So we should manage job counseling program, and methodical subjects which is directly connected to employment. And also we have to enlarge the opportunity to experience actual job to help graduate students to get a job.

  • The objective of this study is to understand the effects of service-orientation perceived by customers(patients) on relationship commitment and prosocial behavior, in order to suggest the direction necessary to establish the management strategies of small & medium-sized hospitals. The elements of service-orientation were composed of customer treatment, service failure recovery, and service standard suitable for the characteristics of small & medium-sized hospitals. In order to verify if the effects of three sub-factors of service-orientation on relationship commitment would cause prosocial behavior, the path analysis through AMOS was conducted. In the results of study, all the sub-factors of service orientation showed significant results, and also the relationship commitment and prosocial behavior showed significant effects. Based on such results, the implications and future research were suggested.

Awareness and Behavior of Elementary School Children on Children's Favorite Foods (초등학생의 어린이 기호식품에 대한 의식과 섭취 실태 조사)

  • This study was performed to investigate elementary school children's awareness on children's favorite foods and their consumption behavior of the foods. This study also focused on the association between the variables and gender/grade. We conducted a cross-sectional survey with direct interview among three hundreds and six elementary school children (188 boys and 118 girls) from 13 schools of a city of Korea, using a structured questionnaire. Among the overall proportion, more than 20% of the respondents did not know children's favorite foods and/or have no information source on the foods. More than 60% of the respondents consumed children's favorite foods more than 1 to 2 times a week. Only 16% respondents got information on children's favorite foods at home and 37% at school. There were significant correlations (p < 0.05) between gender/grades and knowledge/route of information on children's favorite foods. Boys had more knowledge than girls (p < 0.05), however they showed worse attitude on children's favorite foods and consumed more the foods. The higher grade children had more knowledge, better attitude and various routes of information on children's favorite foods (p < 0.05), but consumed more the foods. The results of this study indicate that there is a discrepancy between knowledge and attitude/behavior. This study also indicate that school food-service program and food hygiene/safety education in school and at home should be improved. Strong implementation of laws for regulation of selling adulterated food around elementary school may be another step in controlling consumption of the food by school children.

  • This study examined the environmental consciousness and behaviors of University students for the Eco-campus and assessed the impact of environmental consciousness and behavior on the eco-tourism participation intention. Students of Eco-Campus Silla University in Busan were evaluated using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study showed that they had an interest in environmental problems. In addition, the environmental consciousness and behavior factors affected the eco-tourism participation intention. These results suggest that more reinforced and improved environmental education should be offered by universities to reveal the importance of the environment.

The Impact of Chinese Cultural Dispositions on the SNS eWOM Behavior (중국소비자의 문화성향이 SNSs 구전행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigate the impacts of Chinese consumers' cultural dispositions on the WOM behaviors in SNS. Specifically, cultural dispositions in the individual-level, collectivism and uncertainty avoidance, were examined as potential predictors of eWOM behaviors in SNSs. Hypotheses are tested with a sample of 164 university students in Shanghai, China. The results of the structural equation analysis reveal that chinese consumers' collectivism in the individual-level positively affects the opinion seeking behavior. And chinese consumers' uncertainty avoidance in the individual-level positively affects the opinion seeking behavior and negatively affects the opinion giving behavior. Lastly, the opinion giving behavior positively affects the pass along behavior. Theoretical and managerial implications for Internet marketers in China were presented and discussed.

A Study on the Determinant Factors on Return in Internet Clothing Purchase (인터넷 쇼핑에서 의류제품 반품행동 결정요인)

  • With concerns for consumers' return behaviors affecting internet shopping malls' profits and product management in the internet clothing market, this study is designed to investigate determinants affecting return and path models for return behaviors. For an empirical study, questionnaires are prepared and respondents in their 20s and 30s with internet clothing purchase experience are selected using the convenience sampling. A total of 517 questionnaires are used for the final analysis. Data are analyzed by using SPSS 12.0 software and descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, discriminant analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis is conducted. The results are as follows. First, ones who have returned after purchasing clothing items in internet shopping reached 63.4% of the total consumers. Respondents returned items with price at 50 thousand won or less stood at 67.2%, and the most frequent return shopping malls are open markets with their return rate at 51.1%. Second, variables such as risk perception, information search, impulse buying, buying experience, and age have a positive effect on return experience. Impulse buying and buying experience turn out to have a significant effect on the degree of return, but risk perception, information search, age, and gender to have an insignificant effect. Return intention is significantly affected by risk perception, gender, and age. Third, the analysis of path model for return experience shows that perceived risk has a positively effect, and information search has a direct effect as well as an indirect effect through buying experience or impulse buying. The analysis of path model for the degree of return shows that risk perception does not have effect, but information search has indirect effect through buying experience or impulse buying. This study is thought to find consumers' return behavior characteristics in online shopping, and help businesses operating online shopping malls to efficiently manage returns and set up strategies against returns.

  • The new biotelemetry method and system that the installation and the treatment of equipment is convenient and the instantaneously detailed position of the fish attached a pinger is able to track comparatively easily had been developed, an practicality of it were verified in the water tank and the small sea port through the tracking of fish. The biotelemetry method had been gotten the three dimensional locations of fish to the receiving transducer by combining of the super short base line (SSBL) method to detect the direction of pinger and the pinger synchronizing method to measure the range from receiving transducer to pinger. The receiving system had been designed to realize the high precision or wide detection range by application of the basic design method for receiving system of biotelemetry and the hydrophone array configuration. From tracking test of carp in the water tank, the migration course and the velocity of carp was investigated and the observed migration course was compared with measurement. The measured migration course of carp coincided with the observation in the main and the position of carp was able to track three dimensionally. The velocity of carp measured by the moving average method was 11.2cm/s. From tracking test of yellowtail in the small sea port, the migration course and the velocity of yellowtail was investigated at natural condition. The position of yellowtail was able to track three dimensionally and the velocity of it measured by moving average method was 43.9cm/s.

Pathways from Maternal Parenting Behavior to Adolescents' Internet Addiction : Mediating Effects of Adolescents' Self-Control and Depression/Anxiety (어머니의 양육행동이 청소년의 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 경로 : 청소년의 자기통제력 및 우울/불안의 매개적 역할)

  • This study examined pathways from maternal parenting behavior to adolescents' internet addiction through both self-control and depression/anxiety. Participants were 449 $8^{th}$ and $9^{th}$ graders in Seoul. They completed questionnaires on maternal parenting behavior, adolescents' self-control, depression/anxiety, and internet addiction. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. Maternal parenting behavior indirectly influenced adolescents' internet addiction through self-control and depression/anxiety. Self-control and depression/anxiety individually mediated between maternal parenting behavior and internet addition. However, maternal parenting behavior didn't directly affect adolescents' internet addiction. Self-control was influenced by maternal parenting behavior and also played a crucial role in preventing adolescents' internet addiction.

시각 주목 정보에 기반한 자율 가상 캐릭터의 인지 메모리 설계

  • 프로그램된 정보를 사용하는 자율 가상 캐릭터는 항상 반복된 패턴 행동을 하기 때문에 사용자가 흥미를 잃는 경우가 많고 현실성도 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 자율 가상캐릭터가 자율적으로 인지한 정보를 저장하고 저장한 정보를 활용하여 상황에 맞는 행동을 수행할 수 있는 메모리 체계를 제안한다. 본 논문은 자율 가상 캐릭터가 시각 주목으로 인지한 정보를 저장하고 관리하는 메모리 체계의 모델을 제시한다. 메모리 용량을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 게임 환경에 적합한 빠른 시각 주목 알고리즘을 연구하여 중요하고 눈에 띄는 정보만 저장한다. 자율 가상 캐릭터의 인지 메모리를 크게 시각 기억와 공간 관계 기억 구조로 구성한다. 시각 기억은 쿼드그래프로 구현된 저장 구조에 인지한 정보를 저장한다. 공간 관계 기억은 공간 관계 그래프 이론을 기반으로 객체들간의 방향과 거리 정보를 저장한다. 본 논문의 제안 방법을 가상 환경에서 실험한 결과, 자율 가상 캐릭터는 시각 주목 기능으로 3차원 가상 환경의 동적 객체까지 감지하여 자율적으로 정보를 주목하여 저장하고 있음을 확인했다. 자율 가상캐릭터는 메모리 정보를 활용하여 목표 객체를 빠르게 탐색하며 길찾기에 필요한 경로 계획을 수립한다. 성능면에서는 주목맵만들기 위한 특징맵으로 가장 주목할 수 있는 특징들로 구성하여 처리속도가 1.6배 이상 향상됨을 확인했다.
