Effects of Investment Behavior Factors and Sub-attributes for Lots Shopping Building on Investment Intention: Comparative Studies between Factor Level and Attribute Level and among Investors Segmented by Investment Intention (분양상가 투자행동요인과 속성들이 투자의도에 미치는 영향: 요인과 속성수준에서의 비교 및 투자의도 세분화집단 간 비교)

  • Real estate investment behavior factors are divided into profitability, risks (stability), liquidity, and regulation (deregulation) factors. The sub-attributes of the investment behavior factors are generally formative indicators. Unlike reflection indicators, formative indicators can identify not only the influence of investment behavior factors on dependent variables, but also the influence of sub-attributes on dependent variables. Therefore, theoretical and practical needs of comparing the influences of factors and sub-attributes on dependent variables has been suggested. In this study, in order to provide information that help marketing for lots shopping building, both the causality between investment behavior factors and investment intention and the causality between sub-attributes and investment intention were comparatively studied for each of the three investor groups: the whole group, the group with high investment intention and the group with low investment intention. For this purpose, a survey and multiple regression analyses were conducted on 237 existing investors in the customer DB of a company that have been developing and selling lots shopping building in the metropolitan area and Sejong City. At the factor level, the effects of profitability and regulation were significant in the whole group and the group with low investment intention, but the effects of risk and liquidity were significant in the group with high investment intention. At the sub-attribute level, all three groups showed different results.

Concept Analysis of Health Motivation in Patients with Chronic Disease (만성질환자의 건강동기 개념분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to evidence-based nursing care for patients with chronic conditions by understanding the attributes of the health motivation concept for their health-related behaviors. Fourteen academic journals and research papers on the health-related motivation of chronically ill patients were selected according to the conceptual analysis stages of Walker and Avant, and the concept was analyzed through additional literature review. The following three factors were extracted as the attributes of health motivation of chronically ill patients: first, psychological needs for healthy behavior; second, the multidimensional state considering personal characteristics; and third, emotional strengths that can change and induce behavioral changes. Given the antecedents, attributes, and outcomes analyzed in this study, it is anticipated that the evidence-based systematic management of chronically ill patients will be possible through the application of a nursing intervention program that increases health motivation

Study on time-varying herd behavior in individual stocks (개별 주가에 반영된 시변 무리행동 연구)

  • Many of the theoretical studies have considered herd behavior as a source of the volatility in financial markets, but there have been few empirical studies on the dynamic herding due to the technical difficulty of detecting herd behavior with time-series data. In this context, this paper proposes a new method for measuring time-varying herd behavior based on QR-GARCH model. Using daily data of KOSPI stocks, this paper provides some empirical evidence for strong and volatile herding among traders of stocks of medium firms, and shows that time-varying herd behavior in traders of some stocks has persistent autocorrelation.

  • 본 논문에서는 양상 뮤 논리를 위한 속성 명세 패턴 연구를 통해 시제 논리에 대한 패턴 기반의 단일한 프레임워크를 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 Dwyer의 속성 명세 패턴 분류를 상태(S)와 행동(A)으로 세분화하고 이를 다시 강함(A)와 약함(E)으로 다시 세분했다. 이러한 의미 기반의 계층적 패턴 분류 체계를 통해 양상 뮤 논리의 속성 명세 패턴을 분석했으며 실제 모형 검사기에서 사용된 예제들의 패턴 분류에 적용했다. 그 결과 기존의 분류 체계보다 더 정확한 분류가 가능했을 뿐만 아니라, 속성 명세의 작성 및 이해가 용이하였다.

The Effect of the Selection Attribute of Local Jeonju-bibimhop Restaurants on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention: Focused on Jeonju area (전주비빔밥 향토음식점의 선택속성이 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 전주지역을 중심으로)

  • This research try to find the strategic implication through the importance-performance analysis for the customers who visited local Jeonju-Bibimbap restaurants. It also investigates the effect of the selection attribute of the restaurants on customer satisfaction and behavior intention as well as how customer satisfaction affects behavior intention. The survey was conducted targeting those who visited the local restaurants in Jeonju and had Jeonju-Bibimbap, and 251 copies of the questionnaire were used for the final analysis. As a result, the properties 'Environmental cleanliness' and 'Convenience of reservations' in IPA are probed as 'improvement needed as soon as possible'; the 'food(p<0.01)' and 'service(p<0.05)' factors significantly affect customer satisfaction; the 'physical environment(p<0.01)' and 'service(p<0.05)' factors have significant effect on behavior intention; lastly, it has also been found true that customer satisfaction significantly influences behavior intention(p<0.001).

Economic Coping Behaviors of Rural Households with Debt - The Case of Choong-Nam Area - (부채농가의 경제적 대처행동 - 충남지역을 중심으로 -)

  • 본 연구는 부채농가의 재정향상을 위한 경제적 대처행동의 양상과 그 관련요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충남지역 농촌가계들을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용하였는데 대처행동을 파악하기 위해서 요인분석을 대처행동에 대한 부채관련변수의 관련성을 보기 위해서 분산분석을, 관련변수들의 독립적인 영향력을 검증하기 위해서는 중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 농촌가계의 경제적 대처행동은 6개 속성으로 분류되 었으며 '소극적 노력', '절약 및 노동력활용', '적극적노력', '재정관리', '의존적 행동', '한계적 행동'의 순으로 자주 수행하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. (2) 부채관련변수 중에서 총부채액, 부채부담, 부채부담감은 각 대처행동에 대해서 다소 다른 관계를 보였다. 소득대비 부채상환액과 소득 대비 부채상환요구액으로 측정한 부채부담은 대처행동에 대해서 그 효과가 서로 다르게 나타났다. (3) 대처행동에 대한 독립적인 영향요인으로 밝혀진 부채관련변수와 소득 및 자산관련변수, 인구통계적 특성변수, 환경적 특성변수들은 각 행동에 대해 그 영향력이 다르게 나타났다.

A Study of Differences of Convention Advertising Satisfaction and Participation Behavior Based on Segmented Groups of Convention Advertising Attributes (컨벤션 광고속성평가에 따른 세분집단별 컨벤션 광고 만족도 및 참가행동의도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate if there are any differences of convention advertising and participation behavior based on the segmented groups of convention advertising attributes. The research methods and contents of this study are as follows. From the literature, the measurement of convention advertising attributes, satisfaction, and participation behavior had been developed and utilized to collect the data. The results of factor analysis showed three underlying dimensions of convention advertising attributes. Cluster analysis showed that there were three different segmented groups such as negative, mediative, and positive groups of convention advertising attributes. Lastly, MANOVA showed that there were differences of convention advertising and participation behavior among the segmented groups. More theoretical and practical implication are discussed in the conclusion.

  • 본 연구에서는 소비자의 지식 수준에 따른 향토음식 스토리텔링에 의한 행동의도를 알아보고자 하였다. 지금까지 우리나라 각 지역의 전통적인 식문화를 담고 있는 향토음식과 관련된 스토리텔링 연구를 살펴보면 대부분의 연구가 음식 스토리텔링의 필요성 제기, 음식 스토리의 소재 발굴, 미식 관광을 위한 스토리텔링의 중요성에 대한 연구에 머무르고 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 향토음식 스토리텔링이 소비자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 향토음식과 관련된 지식에 기초하여 스토리텔링의 속성과 향토음식의 구매지역을 조절변수로 두었다. 최종적으로 지식의 정도가 낮으며, 구매지역이 일치하지 않는 경우 소비자들이 가장 선호하는 스토리텔링의 속성을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 각 지역을 대표하는 향토음식의 스토리텔링을 발굴 또는 창작할 경우 향토음식의 문화적 가치를 향상시킬 수 있는 스토리텔링 개발 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Effects of Food Selection Attribute on Post-purchase Consumer Behavior in Big Discount Stores (대형 할인점에서 식품 선택 속성이 소비자의 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of selection attribute in big discount stores upon post-purchase consumer behavior and provide reference materials required for big discount stores to develop customer satisfaction strategies. As a result, this study shows the following findings: First, product-related factors had positive effects on post-purchase consumer behavior. Second, service-related factors had positive effects on post-purchase consumer behavior. Third, store-related factors had positive effects on post-purchase consumer behavior. Conclusively, it is advisable that big discount stores provide a variety of personalized services for customers to create and attract their trust, motivating effective recommendation to their acquaintances.

A Study on Information-Seeking Behavior of User (이용자의 정보추구행동에 관한 연구)

  • This study was to analyze the media-contacting motivation and the optional seeking behavior for the informations, namely, what kinds of media the information users contact and what types of informations they select for the purpose of meeting their needs of the informations. For this purpose, the questionaires answered by 277 of the employees including the professors, reseatchers, teachers, officials and collegians were analyzed by properties. The Result of this analysis is that the new hints or ideas by the professors and the researchers appeared in the highest at the academic meetings or the reseatching activities and those at the other employees appeared at the internet sites. It was shown that there is a very close correlation between the information-seeking behaviors and the user properties as the types of their seeking informations and their information-seeking morivations are considerably different from each other.
