In this paper, the compatibility analysis on the track record operation center for the regional industry upbringing is presented. The renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and battery energy storage system have been widely spread in these days. Also the requirements on the efficiency, reliability and power demands of these distributed systems are increasing and they can be demands on the construction of the data track record center for renewable energy industries in order to promote the local industries. The analysis on the size of the de-centralized power system are performed based on the technical issues. The necessities, requirements and center goals to meet these missions are presented in the following session. The proposal of the 1 MW operation center construction and operations are presented in the result of the compatibility analysis. And the lists of the required equipments in the operation facilities are suggested to have proper operational capabilities. The results of this research can be applied in the fundamental data to promote the regional renewable industries.

In order to build this world-class festival brand differentiation strategy above all, must be a top priority, Discrimination discovery and development of the local culture and sensibility in the age of the most powerful marketing tool that is being presented through storytelling brand assets to be passed on to visitors should. Thus the creation of storytelling festivals. Sensitivity of the festival right direction and in an era of paradigm key drivers of the local economy, such as image enhancement, and building long-term regional development and differentiation based on quality of life by creating a local culture can improve will Region's cultural and economic areas, the most important resource for the success of the festival is uniformly short-term planning and configuration, tube-driven operating as a one-sided non-participation. 오늘날 조직의 활동이 복잡해지고 외부환경과의 상호작용이 활발해짐에 따라 조직유효성을 측정하기 위한 기준이 다양해졌고 특히 조직의 목표가 연속적이고 조직의 산출물이 유형적 물질이 아닌 외식산업에서의 조직유효성 측정이라는 난제는 조직연구분야에서 핵심논제가 되고 있는 가운데 급격한 기업 내ㆍ외부의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 단면적인 측면으로 평가되는 유효성 지표보다 조직 전반에 대한 거시적인 입장에서 평가될 수 있는 유효성 지표를 도출하기 위해서 조직전반의 운영 과정 및 성과가 모두 포함되는 종합적 품질경영을 선택하는 것이 바람직하다는 의견이 다수 제기되고 있다. 전남대학교는 사회적 요구, 수요자 중심의 교육과 연구 체계로의 변화, 사회 필요의 인력 양성을 위하여 통합을 통해 지역 사회 요구에 부응하는 강력한 하나의 국립대를 구현하였다. 통합으로 인한 구조 변화의 유도는 지역 혁신의 핵심 중추로서 기여도가 증대될 것이며, 거버넌스의 통합에 따라 대학 운용 비용을 줄여 재정 효율화를 기할 수 있다. 또한 양 캠퍼스 간 자원의 공동 활용, 단과대학 및 학부(과)의 통폐합을 통해 인적.물적 자원의 증대를 기할 수 있게 되었다. 반면 통합에 대한 부정적 영향에 대한 해결은 양 대학의 적극적인 배려뿐만 아니라 정부의 일관성 있는 정책 실현과 정책 추진을 위한 법제화가 필요하며, 무엇보다도 충분한 재정의 절대적 지원이 필요하다고 본다.

고급 인쇄용지를 전문적으로 생산하고 있는 한솔아트원제지(주) 신탄진 공장. 이곳은 오산공장과 더불어 한솔아트원제(주)의 성장 동력을 제공하고 있다. 특히 신탄진공장은 연간 30만 톤에 달하는 생산능력을 보유하면서 제지업계에서는 입지를 확고히 굳히고 있다. 여기에 더해 이곳은 지역사회에서 무재해 안전사업장으로도 높은 명성을 얻고 있다. 이곳 관계자들은 이런 명성을 얻기까지 핵심적인 역할을 수행한 이를 꼽으라면 단언 한사람을 지목한다. 바로 오늘의 주인공인 현영대 과장이다. 왜 그가 사업장을 넘어 지역사회에서도 안전명인으로 불리는지 만나봤다.

우리나라는 아ㆍ태지역에서의 IT Hub 국가로 도약하고 첨단분야의 핵심기술기반을 확보하기위해 세계 선진 국가를 연결하는 TEIN, 아태지역 내 주요국가를 연결하는 APII Testbed 등의 초고속 연구망을 구축 운영하고 있다. APII Testbed는 1994년 APEC 정상회담에서 우리나라가 제안하고 1995년 제1차 APEC 정보통신장관회의에서 채택한 사업으로 아ㆍ태지역 정보통신 기반 구축을 위한 초고속 연구망이다. 또한 TEIN은 2000년 서울에서 개최된 제3차 ASEM 정상회의에서 채택된 ASEM의 국제기구사업으로 유럽과 아시아의 연구망을 연결하는 초고속 연구망으로서의 중요성을 갖는다. 현재, 국내 240개 기관이 TEIN/APII Testbed를 통해 IPv6, Grid 등 차세대 인터넷과 기상, 의료 등 다양한 기술응용분야에서의 국제공동연구가 수행되고 있으며, 아시아 및 유럽지역과의 급속한 연구수요 증가로 인해 TEIN/APII Testbed 증설이 적극 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 TEIN/APII Testbed의 추진배경 및 성과를 살펴보고 향후 발전방향을 전망하여 우리나라가 연구인프라 부문에서 한단계 진일보한 ‘IT 강국’으로서의 위상과 역할을 갖추기 위한 발전방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

This paper is to examine new programme of study for geography by a revised geography(including historical, geographical and social understanding) National Curriculum in England. The new primary and secondary National Curriculum was respectively issued in 2007 for implementation from September 2008 and 2010 for implementation from September 2011. The revised National Curriculum was changed more than that of 1995 and 2000 in terms of its formation and content. Especially, Primary National Curriculum was rebuilded to the six areas of learning, in the end KS1-2 geography was integrated in 'historical, geographical and social understanding'. As a result of that, the subject named as geography only remains for KS3. Nevertheless, the new National Curriculum is consisted of programme of study(PoS) and attainment target(AT). But new programme of study was changed more than that of former curriculum in terms of its formation and content. Programme of study for primary school is organized with curriculum aims, the importance of areas of learning, essential knowledge, key skills, cross-curricular studies, breadth of learning and curriculum progression. On the other hand, that of geography for KS3 is organized with curriculum aims, the importance of geography, key concepts, key processes, range and content, curriculum opportunities. This paper examined on categorical features of new programme of study for KS3 geography and its implications for effective geography curriculum design and planning.

중국 경제성장에 핵심적 역할을 해왔던 광동성(廣東省) 동관시(東?市)는 지리적으로 근접해 있는 홍콩을 이용하여 줄곧 경제발전을 추구해 왔다. 1980년대 초반은 홍콩으로부터 가전산업 관련 중소 다국적 기업이 동관지역에 진출하여 생산 공장을 세우고, 그 후 1990년 중반에는 대만의 PC제조업체의 진출이 잇따르면서 현재 동관에는 정보통신산업과 PC부품 및 전자산업 중심으로 지역 산업클러스터가 발전해 왔다. 동관시 산업클러스터 사례는 개혁개방이후 중국 제조업 산업의 발전뿐만 아니라, 글로벌 시대에 해외직접투자와 아시아지역 후-후발산업국가에서의 지역경제의 성장 및 산업발전과정의 연구에 대한 이론적 시사점을 줄 수 있는 지역적 사례 중의 하나다. 본 연구는 광동성 동관시 지역산업클러스터의 사례를 중심으로 이론적으로는 지역산업발전의 내생적 성장요인 분석(NMID) 혹은 글로벌 생산네트워크와의 외부적 연계성을 기초로 하는 산업의 지역적 분화(GPN)에 대한 이 두 관점을 상호 비교하고, 글로벌 생산체계에서 공간적으로 현재 동관시 지역이 가지고 있는 산업클러스터의 위치와 역할을 설명하였다. 또한 산업적인 측면에서 생산네트워크 접근틀과 제도적 역량이라는 이론적 관점을 활용하여 중국 동관시 지역산업과 기업들이 보유하고 있는 상대적 경쟁력을 분석하였다.

This paper explores the key facts of residents' participation in local development projects and activities. Analysing in what ways indifferent residents pay attention to local issues and participate in local activities, this paper aims to suggest the effective ways of residents' participation for local capacity building. By in-depth interviews with active participants in local projects, this paper elucidates three key facts for boosting residents' participation: first, the approval of community about what they have done in community: second, social networking which contains full of trust and solidarity: third, the effort to coincide their personal interest with their local issues.
