A Study on the Characteristics of Human Resources Required in Electronics Company (미래 융합기술사회에서 전자기업의 인재상 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of talents required in electronic companies in the 4th industrial revolution. we conducted a network analysis on the key talent of the companies presented in over 100 job announcements to companies in the electronics industry. The results of the study are as follows. First, electronic companies showed the most favored creative talents, preferring collaborative talent and challenging talent. Second, looking at the core definitions of talent, change, response, problem solving, performance creation, communication, challenge, professionalism, enthusiasm, development, aggressiveness and spontaneity were used. In other words, key keywords emerging from the 4th industrial revolution were being used continuously. Third, in the Centrality analysis, talented people who emphasize humanity also appeared. Based on the study, it suggested that manpower training of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • This study attempted to propose a theoretical model for STEAM education, entitled to the Ewha-STEAM education model, which could provide more concrete guidelines for science educators and curriculum developers to execute STEAM ideas. We identified key knowledge and key competencies to nurture future creative/convergent human resources. Key knowledge included an understanding of core ideas cutting across traditional disciplinary boundaries as well as the nature of different disciplines. And additionally, key competencies implied such abilities as to explore the scientific world, to resolve problems, and to communicate and collaborate with others. We also added creativity and character as an essential part of key competencies. In order to provide more specific guidelines when developing, implementing, and evaluating STEAM curriculum, we suggested three elements of convergence to consider: 1) unit of convergence (i.e. concept/skills, problem/phenomenon, activity), 2) degree of convergence (i.e. multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary, extra-disciplinary), and 3) context of convergence (i.e. personal, societal, global). It is expected that the Ewha-STEAM education model would contribute towards diverse education communities understanding the direction of STEAM education and its educational potentials.

  • <"교육이 필요하다는 것은 압니다. 하지만 우리 같은 작은 기업에서 한 명만 빠져나가도 일이 안되는데 어떻게 교육을 받습니까?", "값비싼 교육에 보내고, 컨설팅도 받고 핵심인재로 키워놓았더니 더 좋은 직장으로 이직해 버렸습니다.", "교육을 보내고는 있지만 정말 효과가 있기는 있는 걸까요? 돌아서면 다 잊어버리지 않을까요?"> 이 질문들은 중소벤처기업의 CEO를 만나 기업교육에 대해 상담을 할 때 가장 많이 듣는 교육에 대한 '부정적' 의견들이다. 인재육성의 필요성은 공감하면서도 유독 '교육'에 있어서는 그 효과성과 실행가능성에 대하여 회의적인 생각을 하는 모순적인 사고를 하는 것이다. 물론 지극히 실질적인 문제이며 공감하지 않을 수 없는 '현실'이다. 하지만 중소벤처기업의 지속가능한 발전을 위해서는 반드시 풀어야 할 숙제이기도 하다. 어떻게 교육을 해야 기업의 경쟁력 강화에 큰 역할을 하는 인재로 성장할 수 있을까.

  • The changes triggered by the fourth industrial revolution will change society in ways we have never seen before. Accordingly, our education should be able to prepare for a new future in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. For the students' futures, this study presented a curriculum to improve core competencies of future talents based on analyse of current education content and related education fields. To achieve this goal, this study was carried out in the following steps. First, core competencies of future talents and the current curriculum were analyzed. Second, the educational curriculum's goals, contents, and systems were developed to enhance future talent capabilities. Third, the developed curriculum was applied in the field to verify its effectiveness. This study may be used as a reference for future education and the development of future human resources.

  • This paper analysis the creative convergent person and the analysis of educational purpose system based competence in the 2015 revised curriculum. For this end, first, It discuss the educational purposes of the elementary and secondary school. The educational purposes are specified in the law, the general guideline and subject matters of the national curriculum. Second, It find out the relationship between creative convergence person and educational purposes. The core competencies that emerged from 2015 revised curriculum are an important role for the realization of creative convergence person. Finally, each purpose for the promotion of creative convergence person review how adequately defined. The review divided the three; the stipulation of legislation, general guideline of the national curriculum, subject matters of the national curriculum. As a result, the purpose of the direct role for the realization of creative convergence person is core competence and special competency of a subject matters. These competencies are reflected in achievement standards of the contents system in subject matters of 2015 revised curriculum. The core competence is a kind of educational purposes in terms of learners.

  • In this study, the vision and goal of librarian education and training were designed by reflecting the changes in the internal and external environment of the library and the human resource development (HRD) trend in order to prepare a mid- to long-term development plan for librarian education and training. To design the vision and goal of librarian education and training, redefining the necessity, goals, mission, and role of librarian education and training, and seeking strategies to realize the vision and goal of librarian education and training. Core competency and national competency standards (A detailed implementation plan was prepared for the development of NCS) - based educational operation guidelines. First, when analyzing domestic and foreign prior research and literature, the future librarian is a person with competencies that includes first, creative convergence, second, communication and cooperation, third, leading professional, and fourth, empathic and inclusive talent. It was identified that education and training should be established based on The curriculum according to the library's future talents and core competencies should be presented in the following process model, and the librarian competencies for each type of creative convergence type, communication cooperation type, leading professional type, and empathy and inclusive type should be derived, and It was identified that the education direction should be set in the direction of designing a curriculum for job competency improvement by setting the job competency according to the requirements.
