  • IT 조직의 활동에 대한 성과 평가는 과거 재무적인 평가방법이 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 정보시스템 기능과 활동 주체가 다양해짐에 따라 재무적인 접근방법과 함께 새로운 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 균형 성과표 (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) 개념을 IT 활동 평가에 적용한 IT-BSC에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 정보시스템과 기업전략과의 관계에 대한 규명이나, 다양한 IT 성과측정지표들간의 연계성을 측정하는 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 본 연구에서는 IT 조직의 성과평가를 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)과 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 도출하고, 도출된 지표간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 영역과 지표들은 각 산업영역에서 IT 조직의 성과를 측정할 때 참고하고 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 연구의 의미를 둘 수 있다.

  • Modern is the era of convergence. In the complex position of the company to survive in the rapid environmental changes it can not be a mandatory fusion rather than choice. Wind convergence also in the art can be said to castration. This phenomenon can be found in many real life. Most real-life contact with the service sector is no exception. Due to a number of banks and insurance combined Banca named fusion of French banking and insurance business are integrated. Even recently, the situation has been provided by Investment consulting, equity trading services within bank branches. In this study, based on the need for convergence of corporate businesses convergence factors examined through regression analysis on whether any impact on the financial aptitude. External environmental factors that make up the fusion research factors internal environmental factors, both core competencies were factors to affect financial performance.

  • A "high-potential employee" is an employee who has been identified as having the potential, ability and aspiration for successive leadership positions within the company and identify employees who have the greatest future potential and make them future-ready to take your organization to success. The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships of corporate performance on the high potential employee system using the samples from HCCP panel data. This study seeks to identify a significant high potential employee system though empirical research as well. Results of empirical study are summarized. Finally suggestions, implications and limitations of the present study are also discussed. In this article, we explore the role of competitive strategy and technological environment in the introduction of high-potential employees and its link to impact of these performance.

  • This research outlined the factors influencing the business management success via analyzing a survey of business principles. The research process has been tested in comparison of both financial factors, which come out of objective data and non-financial factors so relevantly prioritized by combining these factors. In order to specify the factors, a check-list and analyzed essential features of category have done with interviews and surveys. As consequently proceeding, the authors could deduce that non-financial but analytic factors such as business doable, technician workability, compensation and benefits etc. play major roles in construction sector. The outcomes consider a construction business as fundamental human labor job as opposed to a manufacture business. On reasoning necessarily more objective research works to be done as developing this research's outcome, it is meaningful in suggesting the pivotal factors influencing the construction business management. Therefore, this research is expected to guide the direction to induce the improvement of business management to be done by further exemplary researches.

  • 우리나라 연구개발(R&D) 투자는 2014년 기준 세계 6위, GDP 대비 총 연구개발비 비중은 4.29%로 세계 최고 수준으로 조사되었다. 또한 정부 R&D 예산은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세를 유지하고 있으며, 연구개발비 투자 규모 증대에 따라 국가과학기술역량의 양적 증대뿐만 아니라 질적 수준 또한 향상되고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 연구성과의 활용 측면에서 기술사업화로 연계가 큰 폭으로 증가한 것으로 조사되었다. 반면 R&D 예산 및 성과 활용의 양적 질적 증대가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 다수의 연구성과가 사업화로 연계되지 못하고 휴면 상태로 있다는 조사결과도 있다. 이에 본 연구는 막대한 예산, 특히 정부 R&D 예산 투입에 의하여 창출되는 연구성과가 기술이전뿐만 아니라 사업화까지로 연계될 수 있도록 영향을 미치는 요인을 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출하고, 각 요인 간 영향 및 기술사업화에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인에 대해 정량적 데이터 분석을 수행할 것이다. 본 연구는 기술의 이전 및 사업화에 관한 연구를수행함에 있어 결정주체, 정책/제도 등의 관점에서 분석한 정태적 접근과, 사업화 전체 프로세스의 관점에서 분석한 동태적 접근을 포괄하는 통합적인 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구결과는 산 학 연 및 정부의 기술이전 사업화 관련자들이 보다 종합적인 관점에서 효과적인 사업화 전략 수립을 통해 성과 확산에 기여하는데 정책 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The Purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the effects of core competencies on the management performance of hospitals and the mediating roles of medical service orientation and internal customer orientation. The sample of this study was composed of 307 employees from 18 general hospitals in Incheon Metropolitan City and Bucheon City. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modelling technique. This study found that core competencies had positive effects on the management performance of hospitals and that medical service orientation and internal customer orientation mediated the relationship between core competencies and the management performance of hospitals. The theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed and the directions for future research were suggested.

  • This paper attempts to reveal the relationships between IT capacity, SCM risk management factors and Business Performance. According to precedent studies, Our study analysed 153 cases from Korean companies which perform a supply chian risk management and then developed a structural equation model. As a result of the model test, this empirical study found that IT Infrastructure have a positively significant influence on companies' IT application and risk management. Second, there was a positive relationship between IT application and Business performance. Last and foremost, SCM risk management affects positively on Business performance. From this study, we found that investment in IT infrastructure will increase Business performance via raising risk management level, but there was less relationship between IT application level and that of risk management. For further study should be conducted for discovering effective practice factors of risk management.

  • The goal of this paper is to set up the order list of performance measurement factors according to the its weights. For this purpose the AHP method were implied. The research of this paper is carried out in two steps. At first step, the performance measurement factors are crystallized through review of the korean and foreign researches. In second step, the weights and order list of critical success factors of Hospital Information System were complete. The AHP method were performed in second step. The order list of all CSFs will be determined according to their weights and priorities. This order list shows which factors have the most useful influence on the performance of HIS. This result could play the role as milestone for the effective management of Hospital Information System in Korea.

  • 본 연구는 분야별 핵심 연구자를 선별하기 위한 방법론을 다루고자 한다. 핵심 연구자를 선별할 때 가장 흔히 사용하는 방법 중에 하나는 높은 피인용회수(Timces Cited)를 갖는 연구자를 찾는 것이지만 피인용회수가 곧 연구 성과의 순위를 대변한다고 볼 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 특정 학문 분야에서의 연구 성과에 대한 분석을 토대로 핵심연구자를 선별하기 위한 요인들을 수립하고 검증하고자 한다.

Meta-Analysis on Factors Influencing Technology Transfer Performance (기술이전성과의 영향요인에 관한 메타분석)

  • In this study, we reviewed and analyzed the influencing factors of technology transfer performance in the previous studies (52 domestic journals and theses) and classified the various influencing factors into 6 top factors and 13 sub-factors based on the theoretical background. The study results of previous articles were analyzed by meta-analysis method so as to calculate the overall average effect size of influencing factors of technology transfer performance. As the result, the overall effect size (ESr) calculated through meta-analysis applying random effect model is .269, which corresponds to the medium effect size. By comparing effect sizes of influencing factors, the four(4) key influencing factors were also identified, which are 'number of researchers', 'dedicated organization', 'possess technology', and 'external cooperation'. The technology transfer performance are divided into three types: the number of technology transfers, technology transfer income, and other technology transfer performances. The major influencing factors of each type are derived through meta-analysis at the sub-category level. As moderator variables, the paper type and the data type were analyzed but no significant results were obtained. Since this research is limited to the technology transfer, it is necessary to carry out the study related to the influencing factors on the technology commercialization as following study.
