멀티캐스트 통신환경을 이용하는 많은 응용들의 다양한 요구들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 제안된 통합관리모델인 IPME의 요소중 Agent 부분을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 IPME 구조를 기본으로, Manager-Agent-멀티캐스트 참여자의 구조에서 핵심적인 부분인 Agent 부분을 설계하고, 구현하여 멀티캐스트 환경에서의 여러 참여 송수신자들의 다양한 QoS요구들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있게 한다. 마지막으로 구현된 Agent를 실제 멀티캐스트환경을 이용하는 화상회의 시스템에 적용하여 그 기능과 역할에 대한 타당성을 검증해 본다.

u-City의 핵심 요소인 통합관리센터는 u-City 내의 모든 서비스를 처리하도록 설계되었으며, 도시를 통제하는 중요한 기능을 수행해야 하므로 인증 및 보안을 처리하기 위한 기술이 요구되며 이러한 기술은 통합관리센터에 필수적으로 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 u-City 인증을 위한 통합관리센터를 나타내고, 이에 대한 응용사례를 보여준다.

M&As are continuing to grow globally and are expected to increase in the future. With the fourth industrial revolution and the strengthening of neo-protection trade between countries, technology is cited as the core of national competitiveness, and the trend of M&A's increase, which is aimed at securing technology, is expected to continue. However, the risk of technology leakage, which is difficult to determine clearly illegally in the process of M&A, is still growing, and there is not enough prevention or response to this problem. the purpose of this paper was to divide the M&A process into seven stages and to ensure that important information of the enterprises during M&A between the countries and the domestic companies was not leaked unfairly, and each step analyzed the risk factors and causes of the leakage of important information in the M&A process and presented a risk-specific management plan for minimizing the leakage of important information based on the importance of the risk factors. Companies that pursue M&A in the future will reflect the M&A step-by-step risk and risk management measures derived based on case analysis and expert surveys. I hope to use risk management measures to help minimize unintentional leakage of important corporate information into the outside.

Lately, most of the libraries subscribe electronic resources such as e-journals, under the license contracts for the access and use of these electronic resources. It was found that the management of licensed electronic resources in the library has become one of the major problems due to the lack of proper metadata elements in the existing management system of electronic resources. The purpose of the study is to establish metadata for licensed electronic resources.

The purpose of this study is to compare the national quality regulation schemes among four countries, and to find out implications to Korean quality regulation system of social services. For this, this study fixed comparative criteria on national quality regulation schemes, and compared the quality regulation schemes of 4 countries such as England, United States, Singapore and Japan. By reviewing prior relevant studies, three criteria could be suggested.: the level of user centeredness, the effectiveness of regulatory enforcement and stability of operation system. All analysed nations share similarities in that they all eager to provide quality information to their service users and develop nationally acceptable quality standards of social services. On the contrary, differences are identified in the level of regulatory enforcement and establishment of independent body for national quality control. By these results, this study discussed the meaning of these findings and their implications on the development of Korean quality regulation system.

개발한 자산의 재사용성을 증대시키기 위해서는 프로덕트 라인에서 가장 중요한 제품간의 공통성과 가변성을 식별하고 이를 표현하는 기술이 잘 정의되어 있어야 한다 이를 위해서는, 다양한 제품의 요구사항을 만족시켜 줄 수 있도록 자산을 모델링 할 때 가변성을 제공하는 부분을 명세화하고 이를 독립적인 모델로 관리함으로써 자산의 재사용성을 향상시키는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 핵심 자산 개발시 정의하는 결정 모델의 유형을 정의하고 결정요소들 간의 관계를 추적할 수 있는 지원 도구의 프로토타입을 제안한다

Quality is the core competence for customer satisfaction in current competitive business environments. The manufacturing companies regard the quality as the success factor in enhancing competitiveness and foremost concept of the management innovation. But in many cases, the basis for the quality management and the action programs are not prepared yet. In construction industry, normally schedule and cost have priority over quality and the level of overall quality is relatively lower than other industries. This is caused by the vague quality goal and result-oriented management. This study suggests the quality performance indicators for measuring performance objectively, and develops the continuous quality monitoring system based on those indicators. By using this system, the quality improvement can be expected and corporate quality competitiveness can be ensured.

In globalization and information-oriented society, the domestic construction companies are competing with others in domestic and overseas market. To survive in the age of limitless competition, companies have to manage their performance systematically. However, domestic small and medium-sized companies which are holding a large majority don't have their own Performance Management System(PMS) yet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing PMS and to extract key drivers for developing PMS. Through case studies of KPI(UK), NBS(Chile), CII BM&M(USA) and SISIND-NET Project(Brazil), the key drivers are derived. Having these key drivers, this study suggested the conceptual model of PMS using benchmarking for small and medium-sized construction companies.

In construction sites, effective preventive safety management is required beyond post-processing safety management. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a model and analyze the relationship between safety management activities, safety culture key elements, safety, unsafe behavior management, and safety for autonomous and preventive safety management. Method: The relationship was analyzed by applying the survey data to the structural equation, and the path to safety outcomes from exogenous variables was explored and major issues were presented by interpreting the part suggested by the hypothesis verified by the analysis results. Result: As a result of analyzing the preliminary model and the path model, the appropriate model fit was confirmed, and the significant effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables was confirmed. Conclusion: It is judged that it can contribute to continuously improving safety performance before safety accidents occur through safety management activities, safety and unsafe behavior management, and management of key elements of safety culture.

In the digital information environment records have an even closer relationship with business processes and become a core element of organizations' managerial activities. In practice, management is represented as congregation of business outcomes. The importance of records management is increasingly emphasized in terms of organizations' compliance, knowledge-management and risk management. However, there is currently no academic discussion on a between records management and managerial activities. In this context, the study has the notion that this should be defined and acknowledged for public institutions' effective records management. Based on the Malcolm Baldrige Model and ISO 15489, the study discusses a close between records management and management quality. The records management elements of the Malcolm Baldrige model and the managerial quality elements of ISO 15489 were analyzed. Based on the analysis, both common and neglected elements were explored in terms of records management.
