동남아시아 지역의 해체대상 해양플랜트는 약 620기 이며 5년 이내에 반드시 해체되어야 할 물량은 400여기에 이르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해체시장의 블루오션으로 떠오르고 있는 태국과 말레이시아의 해양플랜트 해체현황과 국내 기업의 진출전략에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Recently the demand of demolition for the unnecessary cylindrical silo structure is increasing due to deterioration and unsatisfactory functional conditions and the issue of demolition is becoming a major highlight. This case study introduced the explosive demolition of the cylindrical silo structure by felling method. The results of explosive demolition conducted on cylindrical silo structure using the felling method show, A silo had collapsed precisely according to estimated direction but in case of B silo there was a minor difference. The lower colunms and ring girder support was designed to the hinge line but in reality the lower colunms of the silo did not do its structural support role and only the ring girder support did its role successfully. As for the impact vibration, most of the measurements were within the estimated range.

그동안 많은 논란이 있었던 석면문제가 또다시 도마 위에 올랐다. 최근 아기에게 바르는 파우더를 비롯하여 화장품 등에까지 석면공포가 확산됨에 따라 환경부는 석면이 주로 건축자재(80% 이상)에 사용된 만큼 국민건강 보호를 위해 건축물에 사용된 석면의 안전한 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다고 판단, 가이드라인을 제정, 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인의 주요 내용은 $\Delta$건축물에 사용된 석면함유 설비 또는 자재를 조사하여 석면지도 작성 및 6개월마다 훼손 여부 평가 관리 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거작업 과정에서 석면이 비산되지 않도록 주변 대기 중 석면농도 0.01개/cc(실내공기질 권고기준) 기준 설정 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거 작업 및 폐석면 처리 시 안전한 석면관리를 위한 준수사항 등이다. 이번 가이드라인은 건축물 사용단계부터 철거 폐기까지 전 생에에 걸친 석면 관리 방법 및 기준 등을 포함하고 있어 건축물 이용자, 철거지역 인근 주민의 석면 노출 차단에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 환경부는 가이드라인을 자치단체, 다중이용시설 관리자, 건축물 철거업체 등을 통해 널리 알리는 한편, 노동부 등 관계부처와 함께 관련제도 보완 등 건축물 석면관리 개선방안을 오는 6월까지 마련할 계획이다.

Safety management for building deconstruction works has been received extremely limited attention in the domestic construction society. Lack of systematic safety management practices and defective education system lead to the high level of fatality compared to that of advanced countries. Under the above domestic deconstruction environment, the authors intend to develope an integrated safety management guidelines that covers both mechanical and partial deconstruction works. Research outcome includes such specific educational materials as safety manual, checklists, pocket pamphlets, and e-manuals. Furthermore, to validate the applicability of the above materials, questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted. Detailed descriptions are provided for each research outcome.

1980년대 이후 석유 가스 개발을 위해 설치된 해양플랜트 해체가 본격화되면서 해체사업을 규율하고 있는 기존 규범에 대한 재고(再考)가 필요한 시점이다. 지역별 특성과 다양한 해양플랜트 종류를 고려하고 현재의 법제도하에서 발생되는 제반문제 해결을 위해 가이드라인 수준의 IMO규정을 넘어 구속력 있는 국제 법규제정이 필요하다.

자동차 폐차대수의 증가에 따른 폐차처리가 심각한 환경 유해 요인이 되고 있다. 국내 자동차 보유대수가 2003년 12월 현재 1,458만대에 이르렀고, 2003년 한해에 폐차되는 폐차대수는 55만대에 이르고 있어, 향후 몇 년 안에 매립지 부족, 환경위해 등의 문제가 심각하게 대두될 전망이다. 또한 EU에서는 2015년까지 재활용 95％를 목표로 단계적인 법제화를 실시하고 있으며 이러한 추세는 전 세계적으로 확산될 것으로 보여 이에 대한 대응이 필요하다.(중략)

기업의 해체 이후 등장한 인터넷 비즈니스 기업들은 기존의 오프라인 기업들과는 달리 비즈니스에 의한 수익을 올리지 못하고 있다. 아직도 임계점에 도달하지 못해서 그런 것일까\ulcorner 아니면 기존의 수익 구조로는 어떤 한계가 있는 것일까\ulcorner 많은 연구에서 인터넷 비즈니스는 선점의 효과를 강조하고 있다. 경쟁에서 먼저 임계점에 도달한 인터넷 기업들은 주가로 보상을 받고 있기도 하다. 그러나, 임계점에 도달한 기업이 아직도 비즈니스에 의한 수익의 창출에는 그다지 성과를 올리지 못하고 있는 것 같다. 본 연구에서 주장하는 것은 다음의 두 가지이다. 첫째는, 인터넷 비즈니스 기업들은 임계점을 중시한 나머지 수익 구조에 대한 전략의 수립에 실패하였다. 둘째는, 인터넷 비즈니스 기업들은 기존의 오프라인 기업들과는 달리 온라인 기업 중심으로 이루어 졌기 때문에 기존의 오프라인 기업들과는 근본적으로 다른 수익 구조를 가져야 할 것이다. 즉, 기존의 온라인 기업들의 사업 방식과는 달라야 한다. 누구나 흉내낼 수 있는, 그래서 경쟁상의 우위를 지속적으로 유지시키기가 어려운, 운영의 효율성 중심이 아닌, 어떤 차별화된 전략을 가져야 할 것이다.

In the last year, the number of registered vehicles in Korea surpassed the 14 million mark, and increase in number continuously. Nowdays, this tendency has raised some problems inevitably in the view of expansion of ELV and earth environment pollution resulted from it. Currently, the domestic recycle rate of ELV is about 75％. the reason of the row rate of it is due to that dismantling company can not obtain the needed recycling technology. State of art for recycling technology of ELV in domestic & foreign was introduced.

The recycling process of ELV consists of three phases: dismantling, shredding and ASR treatment. Dismantling is the collection of reusable parts and the most important phase. The types of dismantling system is diverse and each country has different characteristics. Therefore, the selection of a suitable ELV dismantling system for a target country is dependent on the characteristics of each country. But the characteristics of country data changes every year and is insufficient and ambiguous. In this study, fuzzy inference and modified QFD (Quality function deployment) methods are utilized to solve the problems. The fuzzification of characteristics data for each country, customized rules and decision of modified QFD matrix are developed, which is applied to sample countries.
