천일염의 생산공정은 바닷물(나트륨 농도: 2~3%)을 저수지로 유입시킨 바닷물을 농축하는 1차 증발지(난치)와 2차 증발지(누태)로 보내 일반적으로 2주 정도 증발시켜 나트륨 농도 12~15% 소금물을 만든다. 온도가 낮은 겨울철에는 결정지를 거치거나 2차 증발지의 농축시켜 창고(해주)에서 보관 하는 동안 나트륨 농도 25~27%정도로 상승되어 소금 결정을 이루고 채염하여 창고로 운송한다. 보관창고에서 천일염에서 쓴맛을 내는 간수를 제거한 뒤 선별, 건조 및 포장하는 유통하는 단계로 이뤄진다. 천일염의 생산과정 중 해주는 함수를 저장하여 고농도의 함수를 저장하여 불용분 및 이물질을 자연 침전시켜 맑은 함수를 다음 공정으로 이송시켜 천일염 품질향상에 중요한 공정 중에 하나이다. 그러나 일반적인 염전의 해주는 지붕의 복사열로 인하여 저장중인 해수의 대류로 인하여 침전물이 상승되고 이물질이 부유함으로 인하여 품질저하의 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 해주 구조 및 해주 품질에 대한 자료는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 해주의 깊이에 따른 해수의 대류 방지 깊이 및 품질 변화를 측정하여 고품질 천일염 생산공정에 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 해주분석을 위한 염전은 결정지 채염공정을 공유하는 2개지역 3개 염전을 대상으로 하였으며, 무안, 운남 및 만품지역의 3개소를 선정하여 생산방식이 비교적 동일한 염전을 선정하여 조사 및 분석하였다. 해주의 깊이는 1.0, 3.0, 3.5m인 해주의 시료를 채취하여 Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphate, Chloride 의 함량 분석은 Arena 20 XT 자동흡광분석기 (Automated photometric analyzer)을 이용하여 분석을 하였다. 각 염전에서 채취한 해수의 평균 탁도 값은 해주의 깊이가 깊을수록 탁도 값이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 해수의 색상 "b" 값은 해주 깊이가 깊을수록 낮은 결과를 보였다. Mg 함량은 전반적으로 15,000~40,000 mg/L 범위의 값을 나타냈으며, Sulphate 함량은 약 30,000~65,000 mg/L 범위의 값을 나타났으며, 깊이가 깊을수록 Mg, Sulphate 함량이 낮아지는 결과를 보였으나 Chloride 함량은 뚜렷한 경향을 보이지 않았다. 실험 결과 해주 깊이에 따른 함수의 품질 차이가 발생하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 해주의 바닥 깊이가 깊을수록 함수의 불용분 침전, 분리에 효율적인 것으로 판단되었다.

This study infers the origin and production period of the , which is in the Onyang folk museum, through analysis and interpretation of the Haeju Palgyeong and exploration of the landscapes and traditions contained in the painting. The first collection of landscapes to Haeju was identified as Haeju Palgyeong by Ku Sa-meng (1531-1604). Yoo Man-ju, writing in 1782, referred to it as Go-palgyeong in 『Heumyeong』 while Haeju Palgyeong was defined as Geum-palgyeong (今八景), which is the Haeju Palgyeong in the earliest period confirmed by literature. is 'Boating on the Nam river (南江泛舟)', 'Lotus viewing at Buyongdang (芙蓉賞蓮)', 'Foot washing at Gwangseokcheon (廣石濯足)', 'Seokbyul at Haeunkyo (泣川送客)', 'Fishing at Haeunjeong (東亭釣魚)' and 'Sea view at Namsan( 南山望海)', and the final two contain a picture that contains 'Viewing the moon at Yeonghaeru (瀛海玩月)' and 'Writing contest and Archery at Baeklimjeong (栢林觀德)' The Suyang Chaemi(首陽採薇), Shingwang-jeoljeol (神光霽雪), and Jiseong falls (池城瀑布) of Gopalgyeong, which were excluded from Haeju Palgyeong, are all landscapes unfolding as a grand site of Suyangsan Mountain. is a result of the reorganization of Seunggyeong centered on Eupchi (邑治), away from the Suyangsan area. It has emerged as a seunggyeong of Haeju. The elaborateness of trying to contain the detailed prizes representing Haeju, such as the specialty sake of Haeju, is revealed. Most of the landscapes depicted in are historic and outstanding spots in Haemok, but the scenes of life related to daily life are properly arranged. In addition, Foot washing (濯足), Fishing(釣魚), Doing laundry (漂母), Lotus viewing (賞蓮), Sending guests (送客), Drinking (飮酒), sea viewing (望海), Moon viewing (玩月), Archery (射藝), Poetry (詩作), Drinking tea (飮茶), and Dancing (歌舞) are of various styles. Compared with the Gopalgyeongs, Haeju Palgyeong did not take into account the distribution of landscapes in the four seasons, and the small-sized view was also broken. When considering the time of the construction of Haeunjeong and the deterioration of Yeonghhoeru, it is believed that was produced in the early- to mid-18th century. is considered to be a painting that contributed to strengthening the sense of intimacy with the local people and promoting the pride of Haeju by showing the representative scenery of Haeju, such as scenic spots and customs, away from the ideal utopia.

This study was conducted to investigate the antioxidant activity, fibrinolytic activity and cytotoxic effect of Korean traditional noble rice wine made using different methods (A-C) and commercial rice wine (D-H) on various tumor cell lines. The antioxidant activity of rice wine was measured by DPPH (2,2-dipicryl-1-picrylhydrazyl), ABTS [2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)] and NO (nitric oxide) radical scavenging assay. In this study, Samhaeju showed the greatest fibrinolytic activity of 13-17U and exhibited the highest antioxidant activity. Among the different Samhaeju, the sample prepared using method C had the highest antioxidant activity. The cytotoxic effect of rice wine were also examined against the human cancer cell line (A549 cells and HeLa cells) based on the results of a WST-1 assay and morphological changes. Rice wine induced the inhibition of cell proliferation and morphological changes in tumor cell lines in a concentration-dependent manner, with Samhaeju diluted 10 fold having the strongest effect on these factors. These findings suggest that Korean rice wine has antioxidant activity and cytotoxic effect, and that these factors are influenced by the method of preparation.

표본조사에서는 실사의 비용의 줄어주고 추정치의 정도를 높여 주는 바람직한 표본이 추출되기를 기대한다. Goodman과, Kish(1950)는 기존의 추출방법의 성질을 변화하지 않으면서 바람직한 표본의 추출확률의 놓게 해주고 반면에 바람직하지 않은 표본의 추출확률을 작게 해주는 관리적 선정(controlled selection) 방법을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 관리적 선정방법이 갖고 있는 한계점과 실제조사에 이 방법을 적용할 때 발생하는 문제점을 파악하여, 향후 관리적 선정방법을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 연구 방향과 관제를 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyze the late 18th century Hanghae-Gamsa's(黃海監司; the provincial governor of Hanghae-Do) utilization of governing institutions in Haeju-Mok(海州牧) focused on his duties and ritual ceremonies. Haeyeong-Ilgi("海營日記") which is Hangha-Gamsa's official diary written by Mae-Su Seo(1731-1818) is closely investigated for that purpose. The arrival ceremonies were held at Geumcheon and the Gyogwui(交龜; the change-over ritual ceremonies) were held at Geumcheon and Baecheon. Especially the arrival ceremony held at Haeju-Mok is very spectacular compared with other cities. Through this study it was able to confirm the place of regular and irregular ritual ceremonies held and the aspects of governing institutions' utilization in Haeju-Mok.

웹에서 XML 데이터의 양이 많아짐에 따라 XML 질의 처리를 신속하게 해주는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 가능하게 해주는 것이 XML 질의 캐슁이다. 자주 제기되는 질의에 대하여 질의 결과를 캐쉬한 후 동일 질의에 재사용 함으로써 빠른 응답속도를 보장할 수 있다. 본 논문은 XML질의 캐슁 기법 중 캐쉬되는 데이터의 공간 부담을 줄일 수 있는 XML 뷰 인덱싱 기법에 관한 것으로, 뷰 인덱스의 생성 및 실체화 기법을 제안하고 구현 및 실험을 통한 성능 평가 결과를 기술한다.

전자지불 시스템은 여러 조건을 필요로 하지만, 그 중에서도 이중 사용의 방지는 전자현금의 구현을 위해 꼭 갖추어야 할 조건이다. 이러한 이중사용의 방지를 위해 안전한 하드웨어를 사용하거나, 중앙서버에서 확인을 해주는 방법이 제안되고 있다. 중앙서버에서 확인을 해주는 방법은 기반 시스템이 없어도 사용이 가능하고 더 안전하다고 여겨지고 있다. 그러나, 중앙서버에서의 병목현상이 문제가 되며, 중앙서버가 외부의 침입에 의해 사용할 수 없게 되면 전체 시스템을 사용할 수 없게 된다. 본 논문에서는 중앙서버와 상점의 사이에 Gateway 를 두어 이러한 문제를 줄일 수 있는 구조를 제안하고자 한다.
