As ICT industrial paradigm changes and wireless communication services evolve, demands on spectrum information are soaring. We conducted demand survey of experts and public in general on spectrum information and prioritized what we should disclose. And we looked into overseas cases and analyzed their policy, the current status, exceptions for opening spectrum information. In this paper, we suggested a direction on how to make spectrum information public in Korea. Also, we made a proposal to establish management system and legislation for opening spectrum information.

과총 창립 30주년 기념으로 서울에서 열린 '96세계한민족과학 기술자종합학술대회는 미국을 비롯한 14개국의 해외동포과학 기술자 5백여명과 3천여명의 국내 과학기술자들이 참가한 대규모 국제학술대회였다. 정보통신 등 7개 분야에 걸쳐 3백80여편의 최신 논문이 발표된 이번 학술대회는 정부 학계 산업계 및 해외 과학두뇌들이 한자리에 모여 세계 첨단 과학기술의 최신 동향을 우리나라 과학기술계에 전파시키는 새로운 전기를 이뤘다.

해외 시장에서 국내 3D 애니메이션 제작 업체들의 선전이 이어지고 있다. 전통적인 2D 애니메이션 시장에서는 하청 국가에 머물렀던 우리나라가 3D 애니메이션 분야에서는우수한IT 기술과 참신한 기획력이 접목돼 세계시장에서 주목받고 있는 것. 뉴미디어 시대를 대표하는 문화콘텐츠로 부상하고 있는 3D 애니메이션이 새로운 한류문화를 전파하기 시작했다.

Recently, ISM(Industrial, Scientific and Medical) equipments that exceed 50 watts were expended at home, medical institutions and industrial sites. Therefore, the equipments that are subject to permission have been significantly increased. So, the present permission system that individually permits each equipment and inspects all equipments has a limitation. Thus, it is also difficult to reflect the environmental changes. In this paper, we reviewed the ISM management system in major foreign countries and domestic, and then proposed an improvement scheme of ISM management system for domestic environment. These results will be useful for revitalization of domestic industry related to ISM equipment and an efficient management of ISM equipments in the future.

미국, 유럽에서는 315MHz, 433.92MHz를 아마추어 무선국과 공유하여 차량용 주파수로 활용하고 있다. 참고로, 미국 고속도로 안전위원회는 TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System)를 2003${\sim}$2006년 까지 미국 내 생산 차량 및 수입차량에 대해 TPMS 센서 장착을 100% 의무 적용하고 있다. 433.92MHz는 국내에서 이미 아마추어 무선 업무용 주파수로 할당되어 사용되고 있으며, 현재 TPMS 수입차량의 국내 도입을 위한 주파수 분배 및 기술 기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 상황이다. 향후 해외 수입차량의 국내 도입 및 국내 차량의 해외 수출을 고려할 경우 국제 기준에 부합하면서 국내 전파환경에 적합한 주파수 분배 및 기술 기준의 마련이 필요하다.

일본이 참가를 표명하고 있는 차세대 초대형 광적외선망원경 TMT는 무엇인가. TMT는 국제협력으로 하나의 초대형망원경을 건설하는 프로젝터이고, 각국 각 파트너가 주요 구성품을 제조해서 하나의 큰 망원경시스템을 구축한다. 따라서 이들 구성품을 통합해서 종합성능을 달성하는 프로젝트관리가 매우 중요하게 된다. 기술적 요소뿐만 아니라 시스템설계와 구성품 간의 인터페이스 정의 관리에도 큰 도전이 필요한 프로젝트이다. 마찬가지로 국립천문대가 참가하고 있는 국제적인 거대천문시설인 ALMA 전파망원경도 3개의 주요 파트너가 구성품을 제조해 완성하고 있다. 본고는 자연과학연구기구 국립천문대 TMT프로젝터실 야마시타 타쿠야 연구원이 월간 광기술 컨텍트 2012년 2월에 기고한 내용으로서 그린광학의 유정훈 팀장이 번역에 도움을 주었다.

지난 13일까지 총 4차례(1차 전남 영암 육용오리, 2차 전남 영암 육용오리, 3차 전북 김제 종오리, 4차 전남 보성 토종닭) 고병원성 AI신고 검사 결과 확진 판정을 받았다. 최근 일본, 러시아, 독일, 네덜란드, 영국 등 고병원성 AI 발생이 보고됨에 따라 해외여행 시 각별한 주의가 필요하다. 또한, AI 발생 국가에 머물던 철새가 국내로의 유입이 확인 되었으며 철새도래지 야생조류 분변 검사 결과 AI 바이러스가 검출되었다. 이에 따라 철새도래지 방문을 자제하고 야생조류 차단방역에 힘써야겠다. 따라서 AI 확산 및 전파를 막기 위해 농가에서 자율적으로 할 수 있는 방역활동 내용을 요약 정리하였다.

Up to date several mycoviruses including Lentinula edodes Spherical Virus (LeSV) have been reported. As fungal virus was spreaded by infested hypae and spores it could be important to use virus-free spawns to eradicate the mushroom virus disease in the culture farm. We tested the imported spawns of Lentinula edodes by PCR whether LeSV was infested them or not. The primer set targeting the RdRp gene of LeSV was prepared based on partial sequence of the LeSV genome. The RT-PCR analysis showed that 87 among 88 imported spawns of L. edodes were infested by LeSV.

In solar system, Mars which has the most similar environment with the Earth has been steadily studied for the purpose of habitable environment for the future manned exploration and settlement. During the daytime, Martian ionosphere can be used for the ground-ground communications between lander and rover through the reflection of the radio wave from ionosphere. In addition, researches about Martian ionosphere provide the link of revolution of water and atmosphere. Martian ionospheric observations were performed by the occultation experiments onboard Mariner, Mars, Viking series during early Martian explorations as well as recent Mars Global Surveyor. Low frequency radar and plasma analyzer are on board Mars Express and Viking-1, 2 lander obtained the only vertical plasma density profile during their entry phase. In this paper, we studied the characteristics of scientific payloads observing Martian ionosphere and then analyzed the usability of ionospheric research according to the communication and climate on Mars.
