As the globalization of business increases, roles of managers from other culteres assume greater importance, This is the survey of expatriate selection and training of korean firms. We assummed that selecting criteria should be different for each part ho has different purposal. We cartegolized three parts with comparative two sides. Our results shows that there are differences in selecting vs. selected parts, selected part who should work foreign market assummed spouse & family's conditions more important. As top anagers emphasize the managemant & skill factors, middle and low level managers are more intrested in personal factors. The part who expatriate developing country choose cross culture factor more important than expatriate advenced country. In korean firms, there's a little program about expatiate training, spouse & family education and no repatriation adjustment program.

This study was examined the impact of acculturation stress and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in UAE. Data were collected with a convenience sample of 107 from March 1 to August 30, 2016. Analysis was conducted using t-test, ANOVA, Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient and Hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that first, the lower the acculturation stress, the higher the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction was significant to predict the level of organizational commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in UAE. Therefore, it is important not only to enhance the job satisfaction but also to reduce the acculturation stress before dispatch in order to improve the organizational commitment of dispatched hospital-workers, and various programs need to be developed for such education.

The stress experienced by employees on international deployment has serious implications for their physical and mental health as well as their work performance. This study aimed to investigate the impact of resource-oriented music listening on work-related stress among employees on international deployment. The study recruited 10 participants of varying ages and occupations who had worked abroad for at least three years and conducted five personalized resource-oriented music listening sessions along with interviews. The Global Assessment of Recent Stress Scale (GARS) and Job Stress Scale (JSS) were used to measure stress levels before and after the intervention. Results showed that participants' work-related stress and perceived stress were significantly reduced following the music therapy intervention. The study also found that "awareness of own's life situation" and "self-acceptance of here and now emotional challenges" were factors that reduced regulatory stress among employees on international deployment. This study highlights the potential of resource-oriented music listening as a useful tool for managing workplace stress and promoting the well-being of expatriate employees.

대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 지난해 11월 29일부터 12월 1일까지 3일간에 걸쳐 문화체육관광부의 국고 지원을 받아 인쇄물 신규 해외시장 개척과 선진국의 고품질 고부가가치 인쇄시장을 파악하고 공략하기 위해 '2012 일본시장개척단'을 파견했다. 수출상담회는 도쿄 고탄다에 위치한 유포트호텔 세미나실에서 개최됐다.
