The standard and code of safety for diving systems include requirements in the area of diving plant, personnel qualification, diving medicine and operation. In this study the necessity of Korean standard and code of safety for diving system is suggested through the review and comparison of the diving system regulations of domestic as well as foreign governments and other private organizations. Furthermore, by reviewing the status of oversea's diving organizations the proposition was made which can lead the commercial diving sector to international cooperation.

OLED는 두 개의 전극 사이에 유기물층을 배열하고 전계를 가하여 주입된 전자와 정공이 유기물 내에서 재결합하여 형성되는 여기자가 기저상태로 떨어지면서 빛을 내는 소자이다. 최근 OSRAM, Philips, LG화학, Panasonic 등의 기업에서 매우 우수한 특성을 보이는 OLED 패널 광원을 발표하고 있어 가까운 장래에 예전에 볼 수 없던 디자인의 OLED 조명이 일반조명 시장에 나올 것으로 예상됨에 따라 표준화 활동도 활발해지고 있다. OLED 조명은 기존 조명과 형태 및 특성이 다르기 때문에 기존 조명의 규격 사항을 그대로 적용할 수 없으며, 새로운 OLED 조명 표준 제정은 필수이다. 또한 국제표준화기구의 인증 마크의 유무는 자사 제품의 우수성과 안전성을 홍보하는 수단이고 해외로 진출하기 위해서는 해외의 주요 인증 획득이 필수적인 요소이므로 올바른 OLED 조명 표준 제정과 시험 방법 정립을 통하여 OLED 조명 제품의 국내외 신뢰를 확보하는 데 노력해야 할 것이다.

A lot of fatigue tests on a material, JIS SM490A, with yielding strength of about 350 MPa and tensile strength of about 520 MPa were carried out. Various butt-welded specimens such as reinforcement removed, as-welded and weld toe ground, several types of fillet-welded specimens and full-size box type components were used. After having obtained S-N curves for the above- mentioned specimens, fatigue strengths were compared to those of foreign design codes, AWS, BS 7608 and ENV. It was found the fatigue strengths at low cycles are not in a good agreement with the foreign codes, but the fatigue limits are in a good agreement.

According to KGS FS551, the safety of an exposure pipe system should be calculated quantitatively by calculating the stress of exposed piping for thermal expansion. However, many pipe system designs and installation sites are not equipped for this. Therefore, KGS FS551 suggested the use of safe gas by presenting the recommended pipe shape. The shapes of various pipe systems have been derived. However, the recommended shape could not be an absolute evaluation standard. Furthermore, the ongoing debate over standards between a plumbing installer and an inspector is an obstacle to the efficient and safe use of gas. Therefore, the correct pipe system evaluation method is examined in this study, and the safety of the existing exposed pipe system is verified.

정보통신부는 정보화의 진전에 따라 증가하고 있는 전자문서 및 인터넷 전자상거래의 안정성.신뢰성 확보를 위하여 전자서명법(안)을 마련. 그동안 산.학.연등 관계전문가로 작업반을 구성, 7차에 걸친 작업회의를 통해 마련된 이 법(안)은 98년 정기국회 제출 목표로 5월부터 관계부처 및 PC통신을 이용한 전자공청회 등 여론수렴에 들어갔다. 그러나 구체적인 입법시기는 UN국제상거래법위원회의 전자서명 통일규격 제정작업 등 해외동향을 고려햐여 신중히 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

인터넷에 산재한 id와 개인정보들은 적절한 관리와 보호를 필요로 한다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스는 가입자의 id와 개인정보를 관리해 주는 서비스이다. 가입자는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스에 가입해 id와 개인정보를 등록하면, 이 id로 한번의 로그인 만으로 모든 가맹 웹사이트를 이용할 수 있고, 개인정보의 활용에 대한 통제도 할 수 있다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스가 도입되면 인터넷 이용이 편리해지고 id 도용을 크게 줄이며, 개인정보 보호를 강화할 수 있다. 해외에서도 ID 관리 분야에 대한 기술 개발과 표준화, 실환경 도입이 활발히 진행되고 있다. ETRI에서는 Liberty 규격을 준용한 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스 시스템을 개발 중에 있다.

LED교통신호등은 기존 전구식 신호등과 달리 필라맨트 발열부가 없고, 전구식에 사용하는 착색렌즈 사용이 없어 이에 따른 빛 손실이 매우 적으며, 전구식 신호등에 비해 90% 정도의 전력이 절약된다. 또 특정 파장대의 단색광을 발광하며, 소자의 특성상 전원 공급과 동시에 빛을 발광한다. 그러면서 긴 수명으로 인하여 유지보수비용의 절감이 이루어지고, 구조적으로 매우 견고한 특성을 가지고 있다. (중략)

급변하는 국내외 환경속에서 국가의 과학기술 발전은 기술정보가 판가름한다고 할 수 있다. 그 기술정보중에서 금속표면처리의 분야는 해외 정보 입수의 어려움, 국내의 번역 및 소개책자의 전무로 정보와 자료를 얻기가 힘들어 선진기술 정보를 알 길이 막혀있다. 관련 기술 정보를 확산, 대중화하는 출판물 등을 통해서 기술 인력의 저변확대와 신기술의 개발에 기대가 클 것은 말할 나위 조차 없다. 다른 산업에 비하여 특히 금속표면처리 관련의 기술 정보 분야는 뒤떨어져 있는 것이 우리나라의 실정이다.

Medical Gateway(MG), that integrates medical devices with its unique data format in various hospital information systems, provides effectiveness in the cost of the management unlike existing systems that uses PC as a gateway to hospital information systems because MG enables to interface medical devices with itself. However, in spite of using MG for integrating medical devices, we need additional programs or systems to interwork with EMR system of each hospital in accordance with the configuration of DB. In this paper, we design and implement the format of medical information and server system for interworking MG with EMR system. The proposed system makes easy exchanging medical data between MG and EMR system. Thus, the proposed system can contribute to a national project to export abroad advanced hospital setup converged with IT.
