In recent years, Project Management Consultant(PMC) project has been emerging as a high-value-added engineering project. However, domestic engineering firms have difficulties in entering the overseas PMC market because of poor project performance and lack of PMC capabilities. To overcome these limitations, this study analyzes the key competitiveness factors for successfully performing the global PMC projects. PMC competency factors based on Porter's double diamond theory were extracted, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on domestic and overseas engineering firms. In addition, the important PMC competency factors were derived through paired t-test and IPA matrix analysis. As a result, the PMC competitiveness of domestic engineering firms was analyzed as around 60% compared to that of global engineering firms. Furthermore, 'PMC track records' and 'project management/owner response skills' were identified as top priority competency factors which are the most necessary factors for present domestic engineering firms. This study is expected to support to establish the international PMC market entry strategies by providing priorities of key competitiveness factors.

This study first analyzes economical environment change (factor) of investment nation Japan and Japanese enterprise at the analysis of Japanese enterprise's over-seas expansion factor and influence. As a result of an analysis of the factor about Japanese enterprise's overseas expansion from 1990 to 1996 and from 1998 to 2006, commonly applied factors were Yen exchange rate, interest rates, wage, enterprise profit, facility investment, and consumption expenditure. Especially, as a result of regression analysis, a sudden change of "low interest rate" was main factor at Japanese enterprise's overseas expansion from 1990 to 1996, and Japan's "Yen ex-change rate" was drawn as an important factor from 1998 to 2006. That is, from 1990 to 1996, a shock by a sudden rise in Yen value could be viewed gradually accumulated and absorbed inside Japanese economy from 1998 to 2006. Whereas it could be said that Japanese enterprise's overseas expansion was accelerated under Japanese government's overseas supporting policy and "low interest rate" together with the factor in the rise of Yen value from 1998 to 2006.

The total amount of overseas plant orders obtained by Korean construction companies in 2015 decreased by approximately 51% from the previous year. While a chemical plant sector has the highest portion of the plant orders by accounting for 63% of the plant industry, its orders also decreased by approximately 43% in the same year. Recently, plant construction companies in overseas projects have been dominating the engineering sector owing to their advanced technology, experience, and accumulated knowledge. Therefore, measures must be taken to secure the competitiveness of domestic companies in the global plant industry. Especially, productivity management is an important issue to strengthen the national competitiveness with the development of construction technology. As the productivity influences long term growth, we analyze productivity obstacle factors by using the revised IPA, a technique to measure attribute importance and performance. With the identified factors, we suggest improvement plans and measures to enhance productivity of overseas chemical plant projects. This study will help the companies to come up with medium and long term measures by discussing results and implications it provides.

This study was examined the impact of acculturation stress and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in UAE. Data were collected with a convenience sample of 107 from March 1 to August 30, 2016. Analysis was conducted using t-test, ANOVA, Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient and Hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that first, the lower the acculturation stress, the higher the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction was significant to predict the level of organizational commitment among dispatched hospital-workers in UAE. Therefore, it is important not only to enhance the job satisfaction but also to reduce the acculturation stress before dispatch in order to improve the organizational commitment of dispatched hospital-workers, and various programs need to be developed for such education.

The information security (information security knowledge) industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. In order to export it is necessary to develop for the Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu for products, services and technologies of the domestic information security industry. Buyer Menu as well as foreign and domestic Seller, companies and governments know the details of the assets and product information security industry and is a prerequisite to sell. In this paper, I study the Korean Cybersecurity Goods Menu development.

본 연구에서는 Mehrabian과 Russell (1974)의 S-O-R모델을 바탕으로 연구범위를 확장하여 점포이미지와 쇼핑가치를 포함한 연구모형을 설계하였다. 연구모형을 토대로 대형유통시설의 점포 관련 다양한 이미지를 선행자극요인으로 선정하고, 소비자들이 쇼핑하면서 경험하는 감정요인을 반응요인으로 설정하여 이들 변수들이 소비자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 또한 이들 자극-반응 변수간의 관계에 쇼핑가치를 도입하여 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 연구범위를 확장하여 국가 간 비교 및 선행연구들이 간과하고 있는 부분에 대한 이론적, 실증적 접근을 시도하고 있다는데서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 이론적인 측면은 물론 실무적인 측면에서도 본격적인 해외시장개척을 하는 한국유통기업의 해외마케팅전략 수립에 활용할 수 있는 유익한 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

한국건설생활환경시험연구원(이하 KCL)은 건축자재, 토목 관련 제품, 생활환경, 물류, 의료기기 등에 대한 시험 평가 인증과 교육 컨설팅, 연구개발 등을 효율적으로 수행하고 있으며, 국내 산업의 기술 고도화와 소비자 보호, 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 설립된 시험인증 기관이다. KCL은 특히 2010년 7월 8일 한국건자재시험연구원과 한국생활환경시험연구원이 통합 출범한 이후 더욱 풍부한 경험과 노하우를 축적하게 되었고 전문인력과 첨단 인프라를 갖추게 되었다. 현재 약 500여 명의 전문요원이 국내외 20개 사업장에서 일하고 있다. KCL은 지식경제부, 국토해양부, 환경부 식약청 등 주요 12개 부처에서 40여 개 기관지정을 받은 전문시험연구기관이며, TUV, MTS, Eurofins 등 해외 유수의 기관들과 MOU를 체결하여 해외로의 진출에도 적극 앞장서고 있다.

본(本) 연구(硏究)는 Tobin의 q-이론(理論)에 입각하여 투자(投資)를 결정하고 동태적(動態的) 예산제약하(豫算制約下)에서의 외채지불능력(外債支拂能力)만을 감안한 적정소비결정(滴定消費決定)의 문제점을 논의하는 동시에 우리나라에 있어서 자본(資本)의 시장가치(市場價値), 자본(資本)의 한계생산력(限界生産力) 및 이자율간(利資率間)의 관계를 살펴보고자 함에 목적(目的)이 있다. Balassa and Williamson(1987)은 우리나라의 자본수익률(資本收益率)이 해외차입금리(海外借入金利)보다 높으므로 투자(投資)를 확대시키는 한편, 지금과 같이 호전(好轉)된 해외여건(海外與件)이 상당기간 지속(持續)될 것이며 우리나라의 신인도(信認度)가 높다는 점을 들어 소비(消費)를 확대하고 장기적으로 10억(億)~20억(億)달러의 경상수지적자(經常收支赤子)를 유지하는 것이 바람직하다고 주장하였다. 본고(本稿)는 그들의 주장(主張)을 수용(受容)하는 소비(消費)와 투자(投資)의 동태적(動態的) 최적배분(最適配分)에 관한 단순모형(單純模型)을 구축하여 그들의 주장(主張)을 계량적(計量的)으로 보다 엄밀하게 점검하는 한편, 1990년대 초에 순채권국(純債權國)이 되려는 6차계획(次計劃)의 기본방향(基本方向)이 우리나라의 과거경험(過去經驗) 및 대내외여건전망(對內外與件展望)에 비추어 타당함을 보이려고 하였다.

Decontamination is one of the most important technologies for the decommissioning of NPP. The purpose of decontamination is to reduce the Risk of exposure of the decommissioning workers, and to recycle parts of the plant components. Currently, there is a lack of data on the efficiency of the decontamination technologies for decommissioning. In most cases, the local radiation level can be lowered below a regulatory limitation by decontamination. Therefore, more efficient decontamination technology must be continuously developed. This work describes the practical experiences in the United States and the European countries for NPP decommissioning using these decontamination technologies. When the decommissioning of domestic nuclear power plant is planned and implemented, this work will be helpful as a reference of previous cases.

본 논문에서는 국내에서는 처음으로 이용 고객의 변화를 3년간 추적하여 이용행태를 인지하고 대비하기 위해 적용한 방법으로서, 순고객추천지수(NPS : Net Promoter Score) 실사를 통한 고개의 심층 VOC(Voice of Customer)를 기반으로 분석한 방식이다. KISTI의 해외과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN : The Global Network of Korean Scientists & Engineers)의 서비스에 대한 고객만족도를 기반으로 하여 충성고객을 예측할 수 있는 프레임워크를 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 500여명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 해외과학기술자네트워크 서비스에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 충성고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.
