관상어 수족관용 저온 플라즈마방식 녹조억제장치의 성능 평가 (Performance assessment of apparatus for controlling algae bloom in aqua pet pank using by a cold plasma)

  • This study was performed to have an effect on control the growth of algae such as "Actinastrum fluviatile" which occurs frequently in the aquaculture tank using by a cold plasma, and it also would be expected to promote the growth of water plants due to active element causing OH radicals in the water. In addition, it was verified on the death rate as 99.9% on the scale protrusion of "Aeromonas hydrophila" as well as E. coli, especially, under extreme conditions more than 100 million pathogenic bacterium in the aqua pet tank, the ornamental fish had to act in a safe and healthy environment at over 98% death rate within 48 hours. It has been proven to give no affect on aerobic bacteria that exist in the filter or soil because there was no residual toxicity in the water tank. As the results, it will help to develop and apply on the sterilization device in other industries as well as aquarium organisms due to adopted energy-saving algorithm and reliability in use.

강원도 연안 대문어의 성숙과 산란 (Maturity and spawning of the giant Pacific octopus, Octopus dofleini in the coast of Gangwondo, East Sea)

  • Maturity and spawning of the giant Pacific octopus, Octopus dofleini was investigated based on the samples collected in the coast of Gangwondo, East Sea, from January to December in 2009. Individuals of mature stage had a higher occurrence rate from February to May, and gonadosomatic index (GSI) also showed a higher value from February to May than the other months. For that reason, the spawning period was estimated from February to May with the main spawning period from March to May. The total number of eggs in the fecundity (F) ranged from 9,045 in 11.0 kg (TW) to 148,682 in 16.5 kg (TW), which was proportional to total weight (TW), and the relationship between total weight and fecundity was $F=0.185{\times}TW^{2.238}$ ($R^2=0.389$). The total weight at 50% group maturity (TW0.5) of female was estimated to be 12.2 kg.

어유의 효소적 에탄올화 반응 특성 (Fish Oil Variation during Enzymatic Ethanolysis)

  • Enzymatic ethanolysis of fish oil with immobilized lipase was investigated for reducing the free fatty acid contents and enhancing the function of fish oil. Ethanolysis reactions were carried out in erlenmeyer flask (25ml) containing a mixture of squid viscera oil and 99.9% ethanol using 1% (based on w/w squid viscera oil) immobilized lipase. The reaction mixtures were incubated at $50^{\circ}C$ and shaken at 100rpm. Ethanol was added into the mixture by stepwise addition method of Shinmada[9]. Measurement of free fatty acid molar amounts was studied by Acid Value. Tendency of oil variation during transesterification was studied by TLC method. Enzymatic ethanolysis composed diglyceride, monoglyceride and fatty acid ethyl ester with reducing free fatty acid contents. Also, selective ethanolysis by Lipozyme TL-IM and Lipozyme RM-IM mostly did not react at the sn-2 position of squid viscera oil. Lipozyme RM-IM was more suitable enzyme to reduce the free fatty acid contents by ethanolysis than Lipozyme TL-IM. Squid viscera oil was transformed into suitable properties (5 in Acid Value) for functional fish oil production.

  • 최근 여러 가지 정보들이 WWW를 경유하여 제공되고 있기 때문에 검색엔진의 필요성은 점점 커지고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 검색엔진은 정보의 추출을 위해 웹 문서와 사용자 질의를 단순 패턴비교 방법을 사용함으로써 검색엔진의 효율은 비교적 낮은 편이다. 일반적으로 사용자의 검색 목적에 따라 다른 검색 엔진이 사용되기 때문에 여러 전문검색엔진을 개발하고 있지만 대부분의 검색엔진들이 사용자의 요구를 제대로 반영하고 있지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 데이터마이닝의 연관규칙을 이용하여 사용자 질의를 처리하는 해양전문검색엔진을 제안한다. 데이터 마이닝 분야에서 주로 연구되어온 연관규칙탐사 기법은 지지도와 신뢰도에 따라 연관자료의 확신도를 측정할 수 있기 때문에 웹 문서 사이의 관련성을 입증하는데 이 규칙을 적용하여 기존의 검색 방법에서 자료의 재현률과 정확률을 개선하였다.

완도지역 전복 양식어가 생산의 경영효율성 분석 (Analysis of Management Production Efficiency for Abalone Aquaculture in Wando Area)

  • This study is to estimate the production efficiency of abalone aquaculture and to find its determinants utilizing the survey data of operating expenses in 2015. The first part of the analysis applied both DEA and Super-DEA for the estimation of efficiency of each aquaculture household as DMU. We used wages, feeding costs and area as inputs and annual profits and sales as outputs of the model. The second part of the study applied both Tobit and OLS for the identification of determinants of the efficiency. We investigated cost-ratio, depreciation costs, careers, value of living seeds, cleaning costs of farming ground and a ratio of 1 and 2 year-old abalone at shipment as potential determinants. The estimation results show us that the average technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency score turn out to be 72%, 81% and 85% respectively. The Super-BCC and Super-CCR models reveal their average efficiency scores as 81% and 80%. All of the variables used to identify the determinants of the efficiency. The study results suggests that the production efficiency can be improved by cleaning farming ground and hence lowering the death rate of seeds.

연안다목적 소형어선 선형개발 방안 연구 (A Study on The Hull Form Development Plan of Multi-purpose Costal Small Ship)

  • 최근 우리나라 연안어업은 한 일, 한 중어업협정, WTO 가입 등으로 주변 환경이 급격하게 변화되는 한편, 연근해 어자원의 감소와 근해어업과의 경쟁조업 등으로 인해 경영수지가 극도로 악화되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 연안어업의 경영수지 개선을 목적으로 1척의 선박으로 3개 이하의 업종을 허가하여 여기에 맞추어 선택조업이 가긍하도록 하였다. 하지만 기존선박은 단일업종을 대상으로 한 전용선반으로 건조되어 업종변경시 개조비용 발생은 물론 이거니와 개조에 따른 조업중단 또는 차질로 제 효과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그리고, 조선공학적 제 성능에 관한 면밀한 검토가 부족한 가운데 개조 사용함으로써 안정성을 저해하거나 조업효율이 오히려 떨어져 복수조업요건을 모두 수용할 수 있는 새로운 선형개발이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 동해역 2톤급 다목적어선을 대상으로 하여 어선세력, 어민요구사항 및 어로시스템 분석 등을 통해 다목적어선 대상업종을 선정하고, 선정된 업종의 어로장비를 동시탑재 또는 부분 교체하여 조업할 수 있는 선형을 개발함으로써 연안 어민의 선박건조비 절감, 업종 교체에 따른 부대 경비경감과 안전도 저해요인 해소에 기여하고자 한다.

  • Demersal fishes as second study for the protection-nourishment of fisheries resources in Chinhae Bay were analysed using fish samples collected by a small otter trawler at bimonthly-interval from August, 1997 to June, 1998. Of the 55 species identified, Hexagrammos otakii, Pleuronichthys cornutus, Leiognathus nuchalis, Thrissa koreana, Callionymous lunatus, Acanthogobius flavimanus and Trachurus japonicus predominated in abundance. Especially, Hexagrammos otakii, Pleuronichthys cornutus and Leiognathus nuchalis were always collected at anywhere around a year in the bay. The seasonal fluctuation of number of species is very large as the ranging from 14 species in August to 25, December. The diversity index of individual number and biomass by month and station is 0.68(February)~1.13(October), 0.38(February)~1.06(October) respectively. The indices above mean that the number of species were not distributed broadly over the bay and also concentrated in several species only owing to the local pollutant extent.

사할린가자미(Limanda sakhalinensis) 자치어의 골격발달 (Osteological Development of the Larvae and Juvenile in Sakhalin Sole Limanda sakhalinensis)

  • This study is designed to observe the development of skeleton of Sakhalin sole Limanda sakhalinensis in order to use the findings as the basic data for the taxonomic research. As for the development of skeleton, on 20 days of the hatch when its average total length was 5.86 mm, the clavicle and the paraspenoid in the cranium were ossified. As for the jaw bone, the premaxillary and the dentary were ossified. On 28 days of hatch when its total length was 7.05 mm, 25 neural spines and 22 hemal spines were ossified and 5 fin rays appeared. On 34 days of hatch when its average total length was 8.40 mm, the end of tail was twisted by $45^{\circ}$ and 3 hypural bones were ossified. On 48 days of hatch when its average total length was 10.1 mm, 2 actinosts below the postcleithrum were ossified. On 54 days of hatch, when the average total length was 10.4 mm, the ethmoid, prootic and exoccipital were ossified, thus completing the ossification of skeleton.

당진 난지도 주변해역에서 분포하는 부유성 난 및 자치어의 종조성 (Distribution of Ichthyoplankton in coastal waters of Nanji Island)

  • The ichthyoplanktons were sampled to study distribution of the ichthyoplankton in coastal waters of Nanji-Island in August and November 2015 and January and May 2016. During the study, fish eggs of eight different species were collected. Engraulis japonicus was the most dominant species which accounted 44.80%. Sebastes schlegeli comprised 31.39% of the total larvae and juveniles. The diversity index of species per month of the collected juveniles at Nanji Island from 2015 to 2016 was 0.598-1.770 and the evenness index was 0.432-0.761. In case of dominance index was 0.619-0.897 against the evenness index. The analyzed species diversity index by the each station was 0.818-1.945 and the dominance index was 0.492-0.897 against the species diversity index. The months of August and May exhibited similar results. In addition, the community structure was very similar in state 2 and state 3.

광양만 연안에 분포하는 부유성 난 및 자치어의 종조성과 양적변동 (Quantitative fluctuation and species composition of ichthyoplankton in Gwangyang Bay, Korea)

  • Species composition and yearly variation of fish eggs and larval fishes were investigated from 2014 to 2016. During the study period, the fish eggs were identified as belonging to 14 taxa. The dominant species of fish eggs were Leiognathus nuchalis, Engraulis japonicus, and Konosirus punctatus. These three species accounted for 97.4% of the total number of individuals collected. The collected larval fishes were identified into 37 taxa, 22 families, and seven orders. The dominant species of larval fish were Leiognathus nuchalis, and Gobiidae fishes. These three species accounted for 85.4% of the total number of individuals collected. The diversity index of the larval fishes was the highest in 2014 (H' = 1.60) and the lowest in 2015 (H' = 1.15). The evenness index was the highest in 2016 (J = 0.51) and the lowest in 2015 (J = 0.39). The dominance index was the highest in 2015 (D = 83.5%) and the lowest in 2016 (D = 70.9%). In addition, the economically important species in this area were Engraulis japonicus, Konosirus punctatus, Hippocampus coronatus, Sebastes schlegelii, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, and Cynoglossus joyneri.
