항만분야의 갈등은 항만정책의 추진에 차질을 초래하고 있으며, 이에 항만 분야에서의 갈등관리 중요성이 커지고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 체계적인 갈등 관리방안은 부재한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 항만 분야의 정책 담당자, 갈등관리 전문가들의 의견 수렴을 통해 항만 분야 갈등의 사전·사후적 관리방안을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The Korean Ocean Science and Fisheries Information Center, established with the supports of Korea Science and Engineering Foundation(KOSEF) and Yosu National University, is to construct the remote data information management system based on the databases of research data, references, recent trends, equipments of ocean science and fisheries. This center supplies research informations through Web GIS to the research institutions, universities, fishermen, and government authorities, and contributes to the development of ocean science and fisheries of Korea. This paper describes role and function of Korean Ocean Science and Fisheries Information Center.

미래 사회는 사이버 교육 시스템 발전과 수요 증대로 대학 및 전문 교육과정이 오프라인 환경에서 온라인 교육과정으로 환경 변화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 반면에 해상분야는 통신시스템 제약으로 온라인 교육시스템 도입에 어려움이 많다. 사이버 대학 교육시스템 제도를 해양계열에 도입하고자 하는 취지는 승선하면서 즉 경력을 쌓으면서 학위나 자격증을 더 취득함으로써 업무 효율을 증대하고 경쟁력을 강화코자 함이다. 평생교육원과 사이버 해양수산대학 설립 필요성을 조사한 결과에서도 선원을 비롯 해양수산 및 조선분야 관계자를 위해 사이버 학위과정은 단계적으로 도입 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

해양수산분야의 웹 자원을 포함한 전자정보자원의 효율적인 메타데이터시스템 구축방안을 수립하기 위하여 국내외의 전문분야 메타DB를 조사하였다. 해양연구문헌은 IAMSLIC의 해양웹자원리스트 정보를 주요 컨텐츠로하여 메타데이터 시스템을 구상하며, 해양조사자료는 자료종류 및 특성에 부합하는 메타데이터항목 및 양식을 설정하여 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

Today, satellite remote sensing and geographic information systems plays an important role as a advanced science and technology, and becomes a superpower tool of the study and research in various fields of Earth Science. This study reviews the application of satellite remote sensing and geographic information systems for many specialists in the fields of the fishery and ocean science. In future, satellite remote sensing and geographic information systems will be greatly used to observed, monitor and predict various phenomena associated with the fisheries and oceans, in order to seek safety in a natural disaster, and menage and conserve the fisheries and resources and the oceanic environments.

최근 3년간 위성항법 보유 및 활용이 가능한 주요 국가들은 DGNSS 중파서비스를 중단하고 위성기반의 보정 서비스(SBAS) 제공 추세이다. 한국형 SBAS 서비스인 KASS가 개발 중에 따라 우리나라 해양분야 활용 가능성 검토 및 중파서비스에 대한 정책방향 연구가 필요하다.

해사산업분야에서 양성평등 정책과 여성참여확대는 국제적으로 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 전세계 다양한 국가에서 선박운항, 해운 및 해양 보안등의 분야에서 여성역할을 강조하고 있으며 이를 위한 정책 및 프로그램은 확대되고 있다. UN의 지속가능한발전 목표(SDG) 5번은 양성평등으로써 UN 산하 국제기구인 (IMO)에서도 이를 구현하기 위한 활발한 여성참여 국제정책을 확대하고 장려하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 국제적으로 인정을 받고 있는 여성단체(WIMA, WISTA)의 활동과 IMO에서 운영하는 해사분야 여성 참여 정책에 대한 동향을 제시한다.
