해양플랜트 구난기술은 상당 부분 선박구난과 동일하여 수중절단, 인양, 계류, 기름의 이송 및 예인 등은 공통적으로 적용이 가능하다. 그러나 구조물이 복잡하고 대형이며, 심해 설치 등의 특성이 있으므로 해양플랜트 구난작업에는 유형별 구조에 대한 정확한 이해가 필요하다. 해양플랜트 설치, 이송 및 해체 분야에 대한 기술은 구난 분야에도 적용이 가능하므로 해양플랜트 특성에 적합한 구난기술 개발 방향을 제안하였다.

21세기 지식기반사회에 더불어 문화예술의 중요성 한층 부각됨에 따라 해안경관이 수려한 등대를 이용 등대해양문화공간 운영 활성화을 위하여 국제항로표지협회(IALA) 등대 보존 매뉴얼과 외국 등대 관광 발전 계획을 비교 연구하여, 등대의 해양문화공간의 역할 기능적 분석 및 문화 관광적 유형 분석을 통하여 우리나라 실정에 맞는 등대해양문화공간 운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

선박으로부터 발생하는 해양사고는 귀중한 인명과 재산은 물론 사고 선박으로 부터 배출된 유류와 폐기물 등의 유해물질은 주변어장을 황폐화시킬 뿐만 아니라 해양생물을 멸종시키는 해양오염원이 되고 있다. 해상에서 발생하는 해양사고는 항행중 태풍이나 폭풍 등을 만나 선박이 침몰하거나 전복되는 불가항력적인 자연 재해와 선박의 구조와 설비 등의 선체 결함에 의한 요인도 있으나, 최근의 해양사고는 그 선박을 조종하고 관리하는 승무원의 항해 부주의나 직무태만, 항해정보의 부정확과 운항기술의 미숙등 인적과실에 의해 발생하는 선박해양사고가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구는 인지과학을 통해 해기사의 행동을 분석하였다. 인지과학은 인간의 판단이 논리적이지 않으며 모든 의사결정이 기억에 의존한다는 사실을 밝혀냈다. 그래서 본 연구는 해기사의 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 기억 유형을 확인했다. 본 연구는 해기사의 의사결정 과정을 분석하기 위한 과학적 접근과 MASS에 적용하기 위한 의사결정 모델 구축을 위한 공학적 접근을 취하였다.

본 논문에서는 스마트 항로표지를 위한 보안체계 연구를 위해 먼저, 항로표지 관련 다양한 국제표준 중 보안기술 분야에 집중하여 분석하였다. 또한, 스마트 항로표지 서비스별 운영환경 분석을 통해 데이터 유형별 보안 요구사항을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 보안 위협 시나리오를 구상하였다.

Aids to navigation, which provide information about a ship's position, direction, and the location of obstacles, are crucial for uninterrupted maritime services. This study aimed to analyze accidents involving aids to navigation that resulted in service disruptions and identify the key factors associated with these accidents. Aids to navigation accident data from 2000 to 2022 were utilized to achieve this. We categorized accidents by accident type, cause, region, season, and type of navigation aid and established a network through correlation analysis. Bayesian networks based on aids to navigation accidents were assigned prior probabilities, and the factors that increased the probability of accidents for different types of aids to navigation were identified. The findings can be used to infer the causes of unreported aids to navigation accidents and serve as foundational data for the prevention of such accidents.

If we think about the form of housing architecture, we can find a general or typical type has been through the architectural history. because the formal transformation in housing architecture is very difficult. Recently, there are many housing works in powerful ocean state, netherlands that was different from the typical type in the form of housing architecture. This study focusing on the formal characteristics in such works. Such distinctive works in netherlands is the result from an attempt to fulfill the diverse needs of our contemporary society and in an effort to refuse the typical type of the modern architecture. The main purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning of typological transformation in the contemporary' housing architecture.

2010년부터 최근 5년간 해양안전심판원의 충돌사고 통계분석 결과에 따르면 98%가 인적과실이 원인이 될 정도로 경계소홀 등 해기사에 의한 운항과실이 해양사고의 대부분을 차지하고 있으나 그동안 외국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 이에 대한 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 항해중인 선박이 타 선박과 6가지 유형(Head-on, $045^{\circ}$, $090^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$, Overtaking, Overtaken)의 다른 방위각으로 조우 상황시 양 선박의 거리가 가까워지면서 거리별 항해당직사관인 해기사가 느끼는 스트레스(주관적 위험도)를 실제 항해중인 선박에 승선하여 실험하였고 획득한 데이터를 통계적으로 분석 및 처리하였다. 데이터를 곡선적합(Curve fitting) 적용 결과 6가지 조우각도별 거리에 따른 연속 데이터 획득이 가능 하였고 인적과실의 주요 원인 중의 하나인 타 선박 조우 상황시 해기사가 느끼는 스트레스 일반화 모델을 위한 기초 식을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과는 향후 해기사의 인적과실을 줄여 해양사고 예방을 위한 기초 자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

울산항처럼 정박지가 외해에 위치한 항만의 경우 기상예보도 없이 갑작스런 돌풍이 불게 되면 정박선들의 닻 끌림으로 인한 위험은 물론 정박지를 항해하는 선박들과의 충돌위험에 노출되게 된다. 본 논문에서는 돌발적인 기상악화로 정박지에서 발생하는 위험의 유형에 대해 살펴보고, 기상악화에 대한 사전 대비가 왜 어려운지에 대해 고찰하였다. 그에 대한 해결 방안으로 정박지에서의 선박들의 안전을 위한 해상교통관제센터의 돌풍 대비 운영 매뉴얼을 개정하는 방법을 제시하였다.

This study aims at searching the global strategy which can raise the competitive power of IEC(International Express Companies) in Korea analyzing and coping with the international express companies and global factor of promotion. The global strategy varialbe for IEC- invigorating in korea is composed with nine variables which is M&A strategy, Intergrated logistics enterprise strategy, Globalized alliance strategy, SCM stratege, the third party operating strategy, Total logistic operating system strategy, Differentiated service providing strategy, Phased market entry strategy, Core capability strengthen strategy. According to the result of study, the global strategy influence for the nature of international express company's and increasing competitiveness is depend on specialization strategy and using scale of economy for globalization strategy.
