Study on the energy-saving constant temperature and humidity machine operating characteristics (에너지 절감형 항온항습기 운전 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The heat recovery system that was applied in this study, is the energy-saving type that can produce the maximum cooling capacity less power in use. In order to have a more precise control function the temperature and humidity of the constant temperature and humidity machine, control algorithm is applied to designed a fuzzy PID controller, and the outside air compensation device (air-cooled) demonstrated excellent ability to dehumidify the moisture, $-20^{\circ}C$ in winter. High efficiency and the low-noise type sirocco fan operate quitely and designed to fit the bottom-up and top-down in accordance with the characteristics of equipment. as a result of experiment data, the conversion efficiency is 95% or more, power recovery time is within 5sec, stop delay time is within 30sec, pump down time is 10sec, pump delay time is 5sec, heating delay time is 5sec, temperature deviation is ${\pm}2^{\circ}C$ (cooling deviation: $2^{\circ}C$, Heating deviation : $2^{\circ}C$), humidity deviation is a ${\pm}5%$ (humidification deviation 3.0%, dehumidification deviation 3.0%). Recently, ubiquitous technology is important. so, the constant temperature and humidity machine designed to be able to remotely control to via the mobile phone, and more scalable to support MMI software and automatic interface. Further, the life of the parts and equipment is extended by the failure.

  • When thermal conductivity of rock is measured with PEDB (Portable Electronic Divided Bar) in a laboratory, it can be greatly influenced by the change of room temperature. Therefore, measuring the thermal conductivity in a thermo-hygrostat is necessary, where it can remain in its constant temperature and humidity condition. In this study, a system for thermal conductivity measurement in a thermo-hygrostat has been set up and the thermal conductivities for the 45 samples collected from GH3 and GH4 boreholes in Ulleung Island have been measured both in dry and saturated conditions. Also, the correlations between those thermal conductivities, density, and effective porosity have been discussed. As a result of correlation analysis among the thermal conductivity, density, and effective porosity, it showed higher correlation with dry samples than saturated samples. Especially, thermal conductivity ratio between saturated and dry conditions shows very high correlation ($R^2=0.90$) with effective porosity.

  • Enclosures for CCTV internal short circuit are prevented due to wetting to maintain a constant humidity and temperature, to avoid condensation due to temperature difference, a constant temperature and humidity requirements of the equipment, such as high-temperature resistant and a constant temperature of the structure, degree of energy utilization is optimized for developing this corresponding housing automatic control system and humidity is required. Device being an expensive imaging equipment in side of the enclosure according to the temperature conversion from a hazard protection, there is a need for a constant temperature and humidity control apparatus that can prevent a short-circuit failure. This is a system in which the accessory device is absolutely required for the storage and transmission of an image in recording reliability and field conditions.

Evaluation of Temperature and Humidity of a Thermo-Hygrostat of PET/CT Equipment using a Temperature and Humidity Sensor(BME 280) (온·습도센서(BME 280 센서)를 이용한 PET/CT 장비의 항온 항습기 온·습도 평가)

  • PET(Positron Emission Tomography) devices are used as PET/CT or PET/MRI devices fused with the devices of CT or MRI for obtaining anatomical information. Therefore, the devices are constructed in circular ring-type structure whose length of gantry(the main part of filming) becomes wider and the interior depth becomes longer in comparison to other common medical equipments. scintillator, one of the components in PET devices, is inside the gantry, and as it is consisted of crystal which is sensitive to the change of temperature and humidity, large temperature change can cause the scintillator to be damaged. Though scintillator located inside the gantry maintains temperature and humidity with a thermo-hygrostat, changes in temperature and humidity are expected due to structural reasons. The output value was measured by dividing the inside of the gantry of the PET/CT device into six zones, each of which an Adafruit BME 280 temperature and humidity sensor was placed at. A thermo-hygrostat keeps the temperature and humidity constant in the PET/CT room. As the measured value of temperature and humidity of the sensor was obtained, the measured value of temperature and humidity appeared in the thermohygrostat was taken at the same time. Comparing the average measured values of temperature and humidity measured at each six zones with the average values of the thermo-hygrostat results in a difference of 2.71℃ in temperature and 21.5% in humidity. The measured temperature and humidity of PET Gantry is out of domestic quality control range. According to the results of the study, if there is continuous change in temperature and humidity in the future, the aging of the scintillator mounted in the PET Gantry is expected to be aging, so it is necessary to find a way to properly maintain the temperature and humidity inside the Gantry structure.

  • The damage of important equipments for the nuclear power plant by the earthquake brings the loss of human lives and economic losses. Therefore safety-related equipment of nuclear power plant must be proved that function must be designed and structural integrity so that it can be maintained also from accident condition of various kinds. In this study, the computer room air conditioner to be delivered at the nuclear power plant applied to this qualification, try to develop an optimum model. This model ended up with good results which were under suitably allowable conditions about structurally safe earthquake.

  • 본 논문은 전산센터에서 발생하는 비화재보를 분석하여 전산센터에 미치는 장애요소를 개선하고자 한 것이다. 전산센터의 중요성에 의해 설치된 감지기의 감도는 모두 예민하게 되어 있어 비화재보 발생이 많았으며 노이즈발생, 미세먼지, 항온항습기의 바람, 온도 등이 비화재보의 주원인 이었으나 이외에 11가지가 발생되었다. 이들 비화재보는 소화약제 방출에 따른 충전비용 발생, 시스템 정치에 따른 전 시스템이나 시설의 정지등으로 파급되어 생산성 저하, 신뢰성 저하등을 초래하는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Chamber Design for the Efficient Preservation of a Small Amount of Archives (소량 기록물의 효율적 보존을 위한 보존챔버 설계에 관한 연구)

  • The archives preservation chamber is an equipment that is able to store important archives with air-cleaning and isothermal-isohumidity control functions to permanently store archives in a highly safe environment. The chamber can only store small amounts of archives but it is crucial for organizations preserving archives to economically store a variety of archives, be it a medium or a small amount of documents. An arm of this study researches the current preservation status of the local record center to determine the need for such a chamber. In addition, in order to improve the air-cleaning and isothermal-isohumidity functions, the researchers of this study have conducted analyses to design the core parts. The preservation chamber that had been designed includes an archives preservation area, air-cleaning equipment, and environment measurement equipment. A preservation chamber is used to preserve small amounts of important archives safely. Thus, when a local record center is preserving various types of archives in small or medium quantities in a stack room, the preservation chamber can be used to aid their long-term preservation.

  • 정상적인 부화 여부를 판별하기 위한 1차 검란은 일반적으로 5일~7일 이후에 시행된다. 미부화란을 이보다 더 빠른 시간 안에 검출할 경우 부화에 소요되는 에너지의 감소 효과 및 미부화란을 다른 용도로 활용하는 것을 기대할 수 있다. 시중에서 쉽게 구입할 수 있는 산란계인 하이라인 브라운 품종의 유정란 29개와 인위적인 미부화란을 만들기 위한 동일 품종의 무정란 11개를 사용하였으며 $38^{\circ}C$, 70% 조건의 항온항습기에서 96시간 동안 부화하였다. 스펙트럼 획득 장치의 광원은 녹색영역을 발광하는 LED램프와 일반 할로겐 광원을 별도로 사용하였으며 스펙트로미터는 VIS/NIR 영역인 520~1,180nm영역과 NIR영역인 900~1,700nm영역의 것을 사용하였다. 부화 시작 전과 부화 시작 후 1일 간격으로 각각 1개의 샘플에 대한 1개의 스펙트럼을 측정하였다. 측정 영역은 LED광원을 이용한 경우는 520~1,1800nm, 할로겐광원을 이용한 경우에는 520~1,180nm와 900~1,700nm이었다. 정상 부화여부는 4일차에서 할란하여 확인하였고, 측정 일자별로 PLS-DA분석법을 이용한 판별 모델을 개발하였다. 4일차에서 유정란 29개 중 11개가 정상 부화하였고, 18개는 미부화하였다. 3일차에서 판별 모델의 정확도는 LED광원의 VIS/NIR 영역 스펙트럼을 이용한 경우는 100%, 할로겐 광원의 VIS/NIR 영역 스펙트럼을 이용한 경우는 70%, 할로겐 광원의 NIR영역 스펙트럼을 이용한 경우는 70%였다. 4일차에서 판별 모델의 정확도는 LED광원의 VIS/NIR 영역 스펙트럼을 이용한 경우는 100%, 할로겐 광원의 VIS/NIR 영역 스펙트럼을 이용한 경우는 90%, 할로겐 광원의 NIR영역 스펙트럼을 이용한 경우는 100%였다. 부화 3일차는 정상 부화할 경우 피가 생성되는 시기이다. 피가 형성된 이후의 부화 여부를 판단하는 광원으로는 할로겐램프보다 LED램프를 사용하는 것이 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다.
