해체 데이터베이스 구조 설계를 위하여 입력과 출력 항목 및 평가 대상 항목을 선정하였다. 해체 활동으로부터 발생되는 수많은 해체 정보들을 코드화하였다. 데이터베이스 구축에 사용되는 설계 도구들을 검토한 후 20 여가지 설계 도구들 중 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 모델링 도구를 이용하여 사용자 요구사항으로부터 도출된 주요 해체 정보들간의 관계를 ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram)를 사용하여 규명하였으며, DFD(Data Flow Diagram)를 이용하여 해체 DB 시스템의 프로세스 흐름을 파악하였다. 해체 데이터베이스 구현의 원할한 진행을 위해 프로토타입을 설계하였다.

국내단행본 디지털화의 비용과 편익을 정량적, 정성적으로 분석하여 디지털화에 소요되는 비용과 편익을 구체화한다. 비용항목으로는 국내단행본 디지털화에 투입되는 정보시스템비, 인건비, 유지보수비, 디지타이징 비용을 측정하며, 편익항목으로는 도서관측면의 대출시간 절감편익, 운영비 절감편익 등으로 산출하며, 이용자측면은 접근편익, 대출시간 절감편익, 교통시간 절감편익 등을 분석하여 경제성을 도출한다.

정보산업이 발달함에 따라 유사한 제품이 많이 출시되어, 기업은 목적, 용도 및 비용 등을 고려해서 최적을 제품을 선택하기 위해, 여러 제품을 대상으로 BMT를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 기존 BMT는 소프트웨어 운영 중에 지속적으로 발생하는 비용을 고려하지 않고 기능과 성능을 위주로 하여 절반의 정보만을 제공하였다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 품질 특성을 바탕으로 운영 중 발생하는 운영비용을 고려한 BMT 항목 도출 방법을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 개방화, 탈규제화의추세와 함께 정보기술의 도입으로 인하여 큰 변화를 맞고 있는 이때 변화에 대응하기 위한 바람직한 경영조직의 설계방안을 실증적으로 제시해보고자한다. IT의 조직내 도입 및 확사과정에서 드러나는 조직간 차이를 분석함을 주안점으로 하고 있는 본 연구에서는 이 두가지 시각을 함께 수용하여1) IT의 푸쉬-풀 패러다임을 설정하여 이로부터 설문항목을 도출하고, 2) 각 항목에 대한 표준지표를 설정하고 설문을 작성·배포한 후, 3) 그 응답자료를 분석하여 우리나라 산업조직의 일반적 대응력을 분석함으로서 , 5) 이를 토대로 기업의 바람직한 조직 설계방향을 제시하는등 일련의 연구절차를 구체적으로 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 현재 국내에서 활발히 연구 개발되고 있는 전력선 통신 모뎀의 공인 시험을 위한 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전력선 통신 기술의 표준화 및 기술 개발 동향과 Homeplug 표준화 단체에서 제시하는 전력선 통신 모뎀의 실험실 테스트 규정을 분석하였으며, 국내 전력선 통신 모뎀의 공인 시험을 위해서는 국내 전력선 통신 환경에 적합한 공인 시험 항목의 도출과 각 시험 항목별 시험 절차서 개발, 그리고 시험 결과에 대한 인중 체계의 수립이 필요함을 제시하였다.

통합보안관리시스템(Enterprise Security Management)은 기업의 보안 정책을 기반으로 다수의 보안시스템을 중앙에서 통합관제, 운영, 관리를 지원하는 시스템이다. 국내의 경우 정보보호시스템에 대한 보안성 평가는 국제공통평가기준을 근거로 평가 및 인증이 이루어지고 있는 반면, SW 품질관점에서의 ESM에 대한 평가 방안에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 SW 품질관점에서 ESM에 대한 평가항목을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to revealed the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover of forest workers. Data had obtained through a questionnaire, in which 155 forest workers at three national forestry cooperative federation training centers are questioned. The data had been analyzed using the factor analysis and multiple regression method. The results of the factor analysis were found 'Relation with the boss', 'Wage & safety', 'relation with co-workers', 'Job specifications', and 'Working hours'. As the result of the regression, turnover was affected by only 'Job specification', however turnover was not affected by 'Relation of the boss', 'Wage & safety', 'relation of co-workers', and 'Working hours'.

Work delay is the one of facts that make the reliability of construction business decrease. Building a causal classification system of work delay and deducing the managemental item for it gives a great competition to the construction industry. It is, however, so rare to study about work delay so far. Therefore, this research analyzed a questionnaire, which is focussing on the public apartment construction, to look into the causal root factors and deduce the work delay factors. Finally, we suggest a major managing point to remove effectively the work delay factors.

The customer satisfaction of WAP service greatly relies on the usability of the service due to the limited display size of a mobile phone and limitation in realizing UI (User Interface) for function keys, browser, and OS (operating system) Currently, a number of contents providers develop and deliver varying services, and thus, it is critical to control quality level of UI in consistent standards and manner. This study suggests usability index evaluation system to achieve consistent UI quality control of various WAP services. The system adopts both top-down and bottom-up approaches. The former concerns deriving UI design components and evaluation checklists for the WAP, based on the usability attributes and UI principles. The latter concerns deriving usability-related evaluation checklists from the established UI design features, and then grouping them from the viewpoint of usability principles and attributes. This bidirectional approach has two outstanding advantages: it allows thorough examination of potential elements that can cause usability problems from the standpoint of usability attributes, and also derives specific evaluation elements from the perspective of UI design components that are relevant to the real service environment. The evaluation system constitutes a hierarchical structure by networking usability attributes, UI guideline which indicates usability principles for each attribute, and usability evaluation checklist for each UI component that enables specific evaluation. Especially, each evaluation checklist contains concrete contents and format so that it can be readily marked in O/X. The score is based on the ratio of number of items that received positive answer to the number of total items. This enables a quantitative evaluation of the usability of mobile WAP service. The validity of the proposed evaluation system has been proved through comparative analysis with the real usability problems based on the user test. A software was developed that provides guideline for evaluation objects, criteria and examples for each checklist, and automatically calculates a score. The software was applied to evaluating and improving the real mobile WAP service.
