  • 전 국토를 서비스 중인 DGPS(위성항법보정시스템)는 도서벽지 설치 운영에 따른 접근성, 낙뢰 등의 기상환경 조건이 열악함에 따라 유지보수가 매우 어려운 시스템이다. 따라서, 최근 수년간 현장 정비점검 결과를 통계 분석함으로서 보다 안정적이고 체계적으로 운영이 가능할 수 있도록 DGPS 장비운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 KRISS(한국표준과학연구원)에 구축 된 JCSAT-1B 위성과 PAS-8 위성 그리고 PAS-4 위성을 이용하여 KRISS와 NICT(일본의 정보통신연구기관)간의 양방향 시각비교를 통하여 그들의 안정도를 비교분석하고 향후 JCSAT-1B 위성의 백업시스템으로써 PAS-4 위성과 PAS-8 위성의 활용성을 검토하였다.

A Study on the Effects of Industry Types and Business Characteristics on Management Performance: For Japanese Logistics Companies (물류기업의 업종과 사업특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -일본 물류기업을 대상으로-)

  • This paper compares the differences in management performance in the logistics market and analyzes the differences in business characteristics depending on the industry types. In addition, the effects of industry types and business characteristics on management performance are examined. The analysis method used is ANOVA and K-means clustering. The implication of the study are as follows. First, in the logistics market in Japan, there was a difference in management performance among the types of industry. The warehousing service type had the highest profitability and stability among all the industry types. Second, differences in business characteristics by industry types were tested. It was found that offshore cargo transportation type was more capital intensive than the other types. In addition, warehousing service type had higher business leadership and credit transaction than others. Third, industry types and clusters based on business characteristics had a significant impact on management performance through interaction effects. For the profitability variables in detail, other clusters had a significant effect between transportation types(onshore and offshore cargo) and warehousing service type. On the other hand, in stability variables, one cluster was effective in all types, which is a characteristic that lowers both capital intensity and business leadership.

  • Numerical characteristics for the shallow water equation are analyzed with ADI, Hansen, Heaps, Richtmyer and MacCormack schemes. Stability, CPU time and accuracy are investigated for the linear model which has analytic solutions and circulation is simulated for the nonlinear model. The results show that ADI method has some defects in CPU time and accuracy for the computation of velocity. But ADI method simulates circulation well and has the largest stability region. Richtmyer scheme is the best among the other explicit schemes. Effective viscosity term is found to be essential for numerical experiments of the shallow water equation.

  • 선박의 운동특성은 선형과 밀접한 관계를 갖는다. 여러 가지 운동특성중에서 선박의 조종과 특별히 관계가 깊은 것은 침로안정성이다. 이 특성은 선박설계에 있어서 대단히 중요하지만 선박조종에서는 한 선박을 조선하는데 사전에 필히 알아두어야 할 사항이다. 본 논문의 목적은 조선자들에게 선형에 따라서 생기는 침로안정성을 명백히 알림으로써 선박의 안정운항을 도모하는데 있다. 최근 미국, 일본, 유럽등의 나라에서 많은 학자들이 이러한 운동특성을 많이 연구하여 오고 있으나 그들의 연구는 操船을 위한 것이 아니고 造船을 위한 경우가 대부분이다. 필자는 척형조형의 대표적인 model과 비대형선형의 대표적 model을 골라서 이들의 동적인 침로안정성을 계산하였다. 그 결과 비대형선박은 조형에서 유래하는 침로불안정성이 있음을 명백히 알 수 있었다.

Reliability Analyses of Breakwater Armor Blocks of Harbors in Korea (국내 항만의 방파제 피복 블록의 신뢰성 해석)

  • Most breakwater armor blocks are designed by using Hudson's or van der Meer's formula. The minimum weight of armor blocks is calculated by equating the resistance to the load in each formula. The larger value is then chosen as the design weight. In this study, we have performed reliability analyses for thus designed breakwater armor blocks of 12 trade harbors and 8 coastal harbors in Korea. The probability of failure calculated by the reliability analysis provides a criterion for evaluating the stability of armor blocks. The calculated probability of failure was almost same for all the breakwaters so that we were able to quantitatively evaluate the safety level of armor blocks of existing breakwaters. We also found that the safety factor used in the deterministic design method and the probability of failure in the reliability design method show a linear relationship. Therefore the probability of failure of existing breakwaters can be quantitatively calculated from the safety factors. The calculated probability of failure could also be used for determining the target probability of failure in the future.

A Study on the Revitalization of Yangsan ICD (양산 ICD 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • Yangsan ICD (Inland Container Depot) has played an important role for Busan Port and Korea's port & logistics industries, increasing international logistics competitiveness and containers' transportation competitiveness in Busan region dealing with 1330 thousand TEU in 2005, since its opening in March 2000. However, it is necessary to seek new measures to revitalize Yangsan ICD, since its cargo volume decreased rapidly owing to the opening of Busan New Port and hinterland in 2006. This study constructed an evaluation model using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and conducted a survey targeting local businesses and persons concerned in Yangsan ICD to seek measures for revitalization. The results suggest that Yangsan ICD needs to switch functions to logistics centers (terminal facilities, logistics warehouse) for revitalization considering its advantage of facility location. Moreover, by extending the utilization period and securing building-to-land ratio, existing and new businesses' stable activity should be guaranteed. Furthermore, utilizing facilities such as the railway station in ICD, an active railway revitalization policy may increase cargo volume. Yangsan ICD should perform its role as an inland logistics depot through the revitalization of railway freight transportation in the national logistics system focusing on road freight transportation.

  • 울산신항 북방파제(제3공구)축조공사에서는 국내 최초로 선박제조용 F/D(Floating Dock)선을 적용하여 케이슨 제작 및 거치공사를 실시하였으며, 공장형 슬립폼 제작장(IP-CCV)를 적용한 경우 보다 공기단축 및 원가절감의 효과가 있었다. F/D선 공법 순서는 작업부두에 F/D선 접안, 케이슨 제작, F/D선 진수장 이동, F/D선 및 케이슨 진수, 케이슨 예인 및 거치의 순서로 시행되었으며, 현재 턴키공사의 설계특화 내용으로 활용되어 시공안정성 향상 및 공기, 공사비 절감 방안으로 적용되고 있다. 향후 남북관계가 원만히 해결되어 동해안 항만개발이 가속화되면 국외특허공법(IP-CCV)에 의존없이 경쟁력있는 공법이라 판단된다.
