The environmental changes in ports such as large size, high technology, and efficiency are greatly realized and advanced ports focus on the research and development for the port technology to be hub ports in each continent. It is necessary to continuously develop the port technology in order to confront those changes. The continuous development of the port technology leads to not only the growth of the domestic port industry but also the preoccupation of the world's industry and the increase of the export amount related to the port technology. This paper examines the state of the art in the domestic and foreign port technology and proposes the development policies and strategies of the domestic port technology.

This study predicted Port trade volume by considering Korea's export to China and import Com China separately using ARIMA model (Multiplicative Seasonal ARIMA Model). We predicted monthly Port trade volumes for 27 months from October 2008 to December 2010 using monthly data from September 2008 to January 2001 using monthly data. As a result of prediction, we found that the export volume decreased in January, February, August and September while the import volume decreased in February, March, August and September. As the decrease period was clearly differentiated, it was possible to predict export and import volumes. Therefore, it is believed that the results of this study will generate useful basic data for policy makers or those working for export and import enterprises when they set up policies and management plans. And to improve competitive power of Port trade, this study suggests privatization of Port, improvement of information capability, improvement of competitive power of Port management companies, support for Port distribution companies, plans for active encouragement of transshipment, and management of added value creation policy.

제주 강정항은 2015년까지 국부와 안보를 지키는 21세기 청해진을 수행하기 위한 해군기지로서의 기능과 세계자연유산을 보유하고 있는 제주도의 관광산업을 활성화고자 15만톤급 초대형 크루즈 선박이 이용 가능한 민군복합 항만으로 건설될 예정이다. 또한 정부 시책에 발맞춰 친환경적인 설계와 공법으로 신재생에너지 기술을 접목한 미래 지향적인 친환경 민군복항으로 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제주 민군복합항의 건설 개요를 바탕으로 항만시설의 규모와 현행 추진 현황 등에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

선용품공급업은 선박수리업, 유류공급업과 함께 항만 부가가치를 창출하는 대표적인 산업 중 하나이다. 2019년 기준 항만별 선용품 거래 건수를 살펴보면, 연평균 15.0%의 증가율을 보이고 있다. 특히 부산항의 비중이 49.6%로 가장 높게 나타나며 울산(12.7%), 인천(6.1%), 평택(4.7%) 순으로 높게 나타나고 있으며 지속적으로 성장하는 추세이다. 허나 선용품 수발주 체계를 분석해 보면····(중략)····

최근 전 세계적으로 수송수단과 산업시설에서의 배출로 인한 대기오염의 심각성을 강조하고 있다. 특히 항만과 공항에서도 대기오염의 중요성을 인지하고 있고 지역별 대기오염물질 배출 및 대기오염도 현황을 분석하여 각 시설에서의 종합관리방안을 도출하고 있다. 2020년부터 시행되는 국제해사기구(IMO)의 선박에서 배출되는 온실가스 즉, 황성분을 포함한 연소배기가스 중 CO2, SOX,NOX, PM2.5의 배출규제에의 대응과 배출규제해역(ECA)제도 도입에 따른 업계와 정부, 학회의 대비도 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 부산항에서도 항내계류선박과 하역장비에서의 오염물질 배출을 억제하기 위한 대체전력공급(AMP, Cold Ironing)에 대해 대응하고 있다. 본 연구는 도시주민의 건강을 위협하는 미세먼지(PM2.5)의 심각성과 배출가스의 저감을 위한 방안을 소개하고 오히려 이를 해운항만에서의 4차산업 발전의 계기로 대응하도록 하는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 산업화 과정에서 필연적인 대기오염을 저감시키는 방안이 새로운 해양산업으로 전환하기를 기대한다.

In order to promote e-business in port-logistics area, many studies have been conducted since then However, despite those studies related to e-business in this area, prominent achievements have not been presented, and moreover, research in academic side has been very rare, comparing to that cf practical side. In this paper, we focus on factors affecting adoption of e-business in the field of port-logistics industry. The purpose of this study is to find the factors which affect adoption of e-business in port logistics industry, and establish its structure, based on a cognitive modeling. To achieve the aim of this research, we framed a cognitive map with empirical data collected from port-logistics firms. And from the results of analysis, some critical points for successful adoption cf e-business in port-logistics industry were suggested.

항만은 국가 주요보안시설로 철저한 경비와 보안이 요구되며, 철저한 안전관리가 필요함. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로 드론의 범용성이 넓어짐에 따라, 드론을 활용한 항만 내 안전보안 체계 강화가 가능함. 본 발표를 통해 여수·광양항의 드론 활용 사례 및 향후 계획을 논의하고자 함.
