The effectiveness of joint operations depends on Jointness based on interoperable elements of participating forces. Many specialists have actively done research studies on interoperability measurement models with the goal of straightforward way of measuring and then have improved the interoperability of elements based on DOTMLPF-p (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities, Policy) in the forces. After the survey of 16 interoperability measurement models, we have concluded that most of them applied only a small portion of DOTMLPF-p elements explicitly or all portions of DOTMLPF-p elements implicitly. In this study, we propose a conceptual interoperability measurement model for applying all DOTMLPF-p elements explicitly. And it can evaluate not only the level of interoperability among forces but also level of jointness for joint operations.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to enhancing spiritual combat power as the core of intangible combat power in Korean armed forces through analyses and suggestions on Admiral Yi Sun-sin's leadership for four major sweeping victories based upon jointness which effectively integrates tangible and intangible combat power in armed forces to maximize the synergy of fighting power. As our armed forces has improved their military structure in the dimension of hardwares so as to enhance their efficiency, according to the results of analyzing the process to promote the jointness between our armed forces and our allied powers in the dimension of softwares supporting such hardware dimensions, it was necessary to innovate the system for reinforcing future-oriented spiritual combat power as well as all the tasks related to leadership as the core of intangible combat power jointly and harmoniously. In order to derive tasks about the leadership of Korean armed forces in the dimension of softwares which should be combined with military structural reform for strengthening spiritual combat power for national defense, this study selected research questions linked with jointness. That is, (1) what is the core of military leadership in Western advanced countries in the age of jointness? (2) What are the contemporary illuminations or implications of Korean leaderships through Admiral Yi Sun-sin's war history? Then, this study analyzed literature reviews, this author's field interviews in the time of war participation, and leadership war history focusing on Admiral Yi Sun-sin's leadership for four major sweeping victories. According to the results of these analyses, this study extracted (1) the strategic leadership to predict and prepare the future, (2) the leadership of integration to create synergy effects, and (3) the leadership of knowledge to be practiced focusing on combats. In addition, in order to reinforce spiritual combat power based upon jointness, (1) it is necessary to precede in-depth and substantial leadership diagnosis for enhancing jointness. (2) It is necessary to embody national defense reform as well as integration for jointness improvement after scientifically comparing and analyzing the differentiation and integration between the Ministry of National Defense, army-navy-air force leadership centers, and PKO centers. (3) It is necessary to promote the merger and abolition between institutions related to intangibale combat power under the Ministry of National Defense.

In order to performing the joint operation of Korean army efficiently, informations about surveillance, reconnaissance, and situation awareness need to be possessed jointly. In the first development phase (basis type) of the Korean joint tactical data link system (JTDLS-K), essential tactical information and recognized situation are owned among platforms in common by using existing wireless terminals. In the second development phase (completion type) of the JTDLS-K, a JTDLS which can perform network centric warfare (NCW) will be developed in due consideration of technology development of the basis type and common technology maturity degree. This is a joint battlefield system that can show fighting power simultaneous and polysynthetically through providing command and control messages effectively to each platform, which is participating in the joint and combined operations. In this paper, the development of JTDLS-K with a common data processor based on common link integration processing (CLIP) is described. From the test results of the system presented in this paper, it is demonstrated that quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) signals can be applied to the system.

The primary purpose of this treatise is to suggest the solutions as follows for the errors concerning the triangle determination and congruence in every Korean mathematics textbook for 7th graders: showing that SsA, along with SSS, SAS, ASA, should also be included as the condition for triangle determination, congruence and similarity; proving that contrary to what has been believed, minimality applies only to congruence and similarity but not to determination; examining related Euclidean propositions; discussing the confusion about the characteristics of determination and congruence; and considering the negative effects of giving definite figures in construction education. The secondary purpose is to analyze the significance of triangle determinant that is not dealt with in either Euclid's Elements or the text books in the U.S. or Japan, and suggest a way to effectively deal with triangle determination and congruence in education.

This study presents the method for integrating the software assets acquired before the weapon system software reliability test was not formed in the weapon system software development and management manual through JTDLS Batch II case. JSF 사업은 미 국방부의 무기획득 간소화와 개혁, 문서 비사용 면에서 계속 선구자적 역할을 수행할 것인데, 이 사업은 표준 통신수단으로 전자 통신절차를 강조하고, 사업획득요청과 관련된 정보를 포함한 효율적이고 실시간의 사업정보 배포를 위해 인터넷을 사용한다. 또한 미 국방부는 차세기의 위협 및 예산감축에 대처하려면 공통성과 합동성에 중점을 두어 전술 공군을 축소시켜야 한다고 생각하고 있는데, JSF는 이러한 목표를 달성시켜 줄 것이다

금융회사들은 자사와 제휴 또는 외부 주문하고 있는 사업자들에 대해 전자금융 침해사고 예방을 위한 안전성 점검을 개별적으로 실시하고 있다. 이러한 개별점검 방식은 금융회사와 제휴사업자 모두에게 인력 및 비용, 시간 면에서 비효율적이며 금융회사마다 점검기준이 서로 달라 제휴사업자 측면에서 대응하기가 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 금융회사와 제휴 또는 외부 주문하는 사업자들에 대한 개별점검방식의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 합동점검 프레임워크 구축 개발을 통해 합동점검의 효율성을 기술한다.

This study intends to analyze didactically on triangle-determining conditions and triangle-congruence conditions. The result of this study revealed the followings: Firstly, many pre-service mathematics teachers and secondary school students have insufficient understanding or misunderstanding on triangle-determining conditions and triangle-congruence conditions. Secondly, the term segment instead of edge may show well the concern of triangle-determining conditions. Thirdly, when students learn the method of finding six elements of triangle using the law of sines and cosines in high school, they should be given the opportunity to reflect the relation and the difference between triangle-determining situation and the situation of finding six elements of triangle. Fourthly, accepting some conditions like SSA-obtuse as a triangle-determining condition or not is not just a logical problem. It depends on the specific contexts investigating triangle-determining conditions. Fifthly, textbooks and classroom teaching need to guide students to discover triangle-deter-mining conditions in the process of inquiry from SSS, SSA, SAS, SAA, ASS, ASA, AAS, AAA to SSS, SAS, ASA, SAA. Sixthly, it is necessary to have students know the significance of 'correspondence' in congruence conditions. Finally, there are some problems of using the term 'correspondent' in describing triangle-congruence conditions.

Cyberspace has emerged as the fifth domain of warfare, alongside land, sea, air, and space. It has become a crucial focus for offensive and defensive military operations. Governments worldwide have demonstrated their intent to engage in offensive cyber operations within this domain. This paper proposes an innovative offensive cyber kill chain model that integrates the existing defensive strategy, the cyber kill chain model, with the joint air tasking order (ATO) mission execution cycle and joint target processing procedure. By combining physical and cyber operations within a joint framework, this model aims to enhance national cyber operations capabilities at a strategic level. The integration of these elements seeks to address the evolving challenges in cyberspace and contribute to more effective jointness in conducting cyber operations.
