Confucius said, "I do not murmur against Heaven. I do not grumble against men. My studies lie low, and my penetration rises high. But there is Heaven;-- that knows me!" and said, "Does Heaven speak? The four seasons pursue their courses, and all things are continually being produced, but does Heaven say anything?" The only key Jen仁-concept of confucianism is based on Tien(天). This articles intend to articulate Dasan's commentary of Tien(天)-concept in Confucian analects("論語"). Dasan was to contrast Chu-Hsi's a commentary in assembled commentary of Confucian analects("論語集註") with 2) old commentary of Confucian analects("論語注疏"), and reestablished Tien(天))-concept on old & contemporary commentary of Confucian analects("論語古今註"). He analyzed, deconstructed, and re-interpretations Tien(天)-paragraph of in Confucian analects. Dasan collected, complied, and re-interpretation dispersed original meaning of Tien(天)-paragraph of Confucian analects. Cheong Yagyong tried to recover the original meaning of Tien(天)-concept in Confucian analects.

Happiness research has primarily been conducted based on the American model of happiness. The agentic concept of happiness in the West emphasizes the positive feeling state stemming from individual achievement and positive interpersonal relationships. However, previous studies on lay theories of happiness in other East Asian countries, such as China and Japan, have suggested that these meanings of happiness differ from those of the Western cultural context. The present study examined the lay theory of happiness among Koreans using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Furthermore, the authors compared the Korean model of happiness with that of the Japanese and Americans from Uchida and Kitayama (2009). The findings from the present research indicate that the Korean model of happiness involves both positive and negative states and consequences of happiness, unlike the uniformly positively connoted happiness in Western cultural contexts. The paper concludes with a discussion of the implications of the current findings on happiness research in the Korean culture.

보병화기의 전투효율성 향상을 위해 세계 각국은 소총에서 구경축소, 경량화, 체계화 등 꾸준한 개량발전을 시도하여 왔으나 실제 전투상황하에서의 명중률 증대측면에서는 결정적인 개선을 가져오지 못했다고 평가하고, 소총의 기본 설계개념과 세계 각국의 차기소총 개발현황 및 발전추세에 대하여 개괄적으로 고찰해 보았다. 따라서 이와 함께 현용 K-1A 기관단총, K-2 소총의 Life Cycle(20-30년)을 고려할 때 2000년대 초에는 차기소총의 대체 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 공기의 쾌적을 나타내는 항온, 항습의 개념인 공기의 측정 지수를 사람이 체감할 수 있는 단일 항목인 쾌적도라는 항목으로 나타낼 수 있는가를 측정하고 측정지수를 통해 실제 수치로써 쾌적도를 나타내어 보았다. 이는 이제 공기의 습도와 온도를 통해 구체적이지 못한 수치로써 만 나타내어 보이지 않고 함께 작용하는 두 가지 기능을 한가지인 쾌적도라는 지수를 실제 탄생시키고 이를 측정해 보일 수 있는 요소를 퍼지 측도라는 개념을 통해 실현하여 보았다.

정부의 대민 서비스의 대부분을 차지하는 민원행정조직의 근본적인 문제점을 지적하고, 민원행정프로세스를 재구축하기 위한 전략을 제시함으로서 작금 정부가 추구하는 전자정부의 구현에 일조 하고자 함에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 소고에서는 민원행정의 중요성 및 우리나라 민원행정의 문제점을 살펴보고, 정보기술(IT)을 기반으로 한 프로세스 재설계 방안에 관해 개념적인 차원에서 제시한다. 아울러 민원창구의 혁신을 위한 방안으로 케이스 관리(Case Management) 개념을 제안하고, 궁극적으로 민원행정이 지향하는 원-스톱, 논-스톱 서비스를 실현하기 위한 요건을 언급한다.

초창기 Blues음악에서의 Bluenote는 단지 b3rd와 b7th음만을 상징하는 국한된 의미로서 사용되어졌다. 하지만 이후 Jazz Blues라는 장르를 통해 복잡한 구조의 화성진행과 더불어 다양한 코드스케일들이 사용되면서 Bluenote에 대한 새로운 개념정리의 필요성이 요구되기 시작했다. 따라서 본 논문은 Bluenote의 본질과 변천과정에 대한 재조명과 함께 Bluenote의 Modern Concept을 중심으로 연구되어 질 것이다.

본 연구는 실시간 개인 방송에서 이뤄지는 담화의 상황을 통접, 이접, 연접이라는 질 들뢰즈의 개념으로 분석하고, 실시간 개인 방송에서 나타나는 시청자의 개입 행위와 그로 인해 끊임없이 변화를 거듭하는 방송의 진행 양상을 '특이점(point singulier)'과 '사건(${\acute{e}}v{\acute{e}}nement$)' 개념을 통해 분석했다. 구체적인 연구 대상으로는 아프리카TV의 <대도서관TV> 채널의 '24시간 연속 생방송'편을 선정했다. 본 연구는 국 내외적으로 산업적 규모가 확장되고 있으며, '방송의 개인화'를 불러오고 있는 MCN 방송 콘텐츠 중 실시간 개인 방송의 진행 원리와 그 미학적 함의를 도출했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.
