일본어로 구성된 일본어 웹 정보를 한국어로 자동 번역하여 주는 한.일 자동 번역 시스템으로서 다중 사용자를 지원하는 서버 형태로 구현되었으며, 일본어 어휘 분석, 일-한 변환, 한국어 생성을 수행하는 번역 엔진부와 일-한 자동 번역에 필요한 한.일 자동 번역용 사전(20만 단어), 번역 규칙 등으로 구성되어 있다.

한$\cdot$일 양국의 어촌어항어장의 발전을 위한 정보교환 및 기술교류와 양국 어항관계자의 우호증진 및 친선을 도모하기 위해 1997년부터 시작된 한$\cdot$일 어항기술교류회의가 이제 7회를 맞이하게 되었다. 지난 7월 6일 일본 가고시마(鹿兒島)현 가고시마시 시로야마(城山)관광호텔 국제회의장에서 제7회 한$\cdot$일 어항기술교류회의가 개최되었는데 이번 회의에는 급변해 가는 세계 수산업의 흐름속에서 한$\cdot$일 양국이 대처해 나아가야할 방향을 읽을 수 있는 자리가 되었다. 제7회 한$\cdot$일 어항기술교류회의를 일정별로 나누어 정리해 보았다.

To determine the optimum sowing time and nursery period in Perilla frutescens in the southern areas of Korea, perilla frutescens cv. red Perilla local cultivar was grown under three different sowing dates and nursery periods. The blooming period of the area which was sown on the seedbed in Apr.10 and carried out the growing seedling in 30days is Aug. 12 and it is two days earlier than that of the area, Aug.14, sown on the seedbed in Apr. 20 and carried out the growing seedling in 30days of the same month and it is also six days earlier than that of the area, Aug.18, sown on the seedbed in April 30 and conducted the growing seedling in the same date. The stem lengths are 135cm,131cm and 125cm respectively and the number of branches are 26.4, 25.3 and 23.6 respectively. The fresh weight of stem and leaf at the area sown on the seedbed in Apr.10 and conducted the growing seedling in 30days with the width of leaf over 5cm in the middle of Aug. and at the beginning of Sep. is 2,476kg/10a and it shows more increase of 172kg than that of fresh weight of stem and leaf with 2,304kg/10a which was sown on the seedbed in Apr.20 and earned out the growing seedling in 30days, and it also shows more increase of 411kg than that of fresh weight of stem and leaf with 2,065kg/10a at the area sown on the seedbed in April 30 and con­ducted the growing seedling in the same date, The fresh weight of seeds are 609.5kg/10a,509.3kg/10a and 463.2kg/10a respectively and $100.2{\sim}146.3kg$ is more increased. Therefore, the seedling period of the proper seedbed for high yield bumper crop of perilla frutescens for exporting to Japan is April 10 and the number of days for seedling is 30 days.

지난 5월 16일부터 17일까지 양일간 롯데호텔 신관 비즈니스센타 '프레스룸' 에서는 한.일 시멘트 업계의 사장단 등 총 19명이 참석한 가운데 "한.일 시멘트 업계 친선 교류회"가 열렸다. 이번 친선 교류회에서 양국은 자국의 시멘트 산업에 대한 현황을 발표하고 질의응답의 시간을 가졌으며 이외에도 시멘트 수급현황과 전망, 에너지 비용 급등에 대한 대책마련, 중국 시멘트 산업과 세계 시멘트 무역시장에 대한 논의, 환경문제와 지구온난화 대응방안 등 다양한 주제를 가지고 깊이있는 대화를 나눴으며 또한 양국간 시멘트 수출입 현황에 대해서도 의견을 개진하였다. 이번 "한일 시멘트 업계 친선 교류회" 에서 심도있게 논의된 양구 현안의 주요 내용을 요약, 정리하였다.

Considering the intensified ties between Korean service industry and the other industries in China and Japan, this study empirically analyzes the inter-industry network between the service industry in the Korean capital region and 10 industrial sectors in 20 city-regions of China, Japan, and Korea(CJK). Firstly, unit structures are constructed based on the estimated CJK interregional input-output tables to understand the production connection. Moreover, the reorganized unit structures are visualized as networks and examined from various angles. As the results of the analysis, the inter-industry network of the service industry in the Seoul Metropolitan Area is still mostly dependent on domestic industries, especially on manufacturing industry, while it shows the tendency to be weakly connected to the industries in Chinese and Japanese city-regions.

지난 50년간의 한-일 안보협력관계는 과거사와 관련한 원인으로 인해 깊이 있는 안보협력관계를 유지하기 곤란한 실정이었다. 그러나 변화하는 안보환경은 이제 보다 돈독한 한-일간의 안보협력관계를 요구하고 있다. 또한 한반도 통일 이후라는 미래 지향적 관점에서 살펴볼 때에도 이미 양국은 과거사에 얽매여 협력을 꺼리는 그런 관계로 머물러 있어서는 안 될 것이다. 이젠 보다 큰 틀 속에서'한-일' 안보협력을 추진해야 할 시기에 와 있다

건설교통부 건설선진화본부(본부장 정종균)는 지난 10월 26일 건설회관 소회의실에서 제12회 한∙일건설경제교류회의를 개최했다. 올해로 12회를 맞는 한∙일건설경제교류회에는 한국측의 정종균 건설교통부 건설선진화본부장을 단장으로한 건설교통부 건설선진화팀들과 김경회 대한설비건설협회 상임이사 및 대한건설협회, 대한전문건설협회 담당자가 참석하였고, 일본측은 Omori Masao 總合政策局官房審議官을 단장으로 관료들이 참석하였다. 올해로 12회를 맞는 한∙일건설경제교류회는 매년 한∙일 양국을 오가며 개최되며 양국의 건설과 관련한 이슈 내용을 주요 의제로 다루고 있는데, 이번 회의에는 지구 온난화 대책에 따른 교토의정서에 대한 의제발표 및 양국의 건설산업 현황과 선진화 방안에 대해 활발한 의견을 교환했다. 이날 발표된 내용으로는 제1주제인 한국측의「기후변화협약 대응 건설∙교통부문 주요대책」, 일본측의「사회자본정비분야에 있어서의 지구온난화 대책(교토의정서 대응)과 제2주제인 한국측의「건설산업 선진화방안」과 일본측의「건설업의 현황과 재생에의 노력」, 제3주제인 한국측의「설계관리 및 VE제도」와 일본측의「공공공사에 있어서의 품질의 확보」를 발표했다. 본지는 이날 발표된 내용 중 일본측의 발표내용을 발췌, 게재한다.

"또 한 해가 끝났구나". 한 장 남은 달력이 말해준다. 시간은 하루, 한 주, 한 달, 한 해로 나뉜다. 이런 시간의 흐름은 지구가 태양의 주위를 한 바퀴 도는 시간과 일치한다. 그리고 보통 사람은 일 년에 한 번, 한 해를 마무리하는 12월 31일에 인생을 좀 더 깊이 생각하면서 지난 시간을 회고한다.

Nutritional evaluation of nitrogen compounds of soybean and soybean sprout in various growth conditions various conditions was conducted by feeding Sprague-Dawley strain of albino rat and was correlated with chemical evaluation. food intake and PER also showed the same trend as weight gain. Average body fyeight gain showed significant positive correlation with essential amino acid index (EAAI) $(r=0.996^{**})$ and requirement index (RI) $(r=0.988^{**})$. According to EAAI and RI, quality of soybean sprout was in order of Soybean-heated, 4 days soybean sprout (S.S.) cotyledon, 4 days S.S heated, 8 days S.S heated and 4 days S.S axis heated. Process of soybean sprout (4 days growing at $25^{\circ}C$) caused quantitative loss of soybean protein by 4.5%, and quantitative loss of 11% (EAAI basis) in chemical evaluation while protein efficiency loss of 7% (PER basis) and overall nutritional loss of 18% (weight gain basis).
