A high frequency resonant inverter consisting of iliree unit Half-Bridge serial resommt inverter used as power source of induction heatmg at high frequency is presented in this paper. As a output [Dwer control strategy, sequencial time-sharing gate contml methcd is applied. This methcd is TDM(Time Division Multiplexing), which is broadly used with digital and analog signals transmission in communication system 1be analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized pararmenters. Also, the principle of basic operating and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters such as switching frequency, load resistance. Also, according to the calculated characteristics value, a method of the circuit design and operating characteristics of the inverter is proposed. This paper proves the validity of theoretical analysis through the Pspice. This proposed inverter show that it can be practically used in future as power source system for induction heating application, DC-DC converter etc. r etc.

On July 8, 1977, 432mm of precipitation which is the largest daily storm in Korea fell on the city of Anyang where a nearby suburban community of Seoul. Average storm intensities of 90mm per hour were recorded during the period from 1900~2200 hours on this date. Area of landslides triggered by this storm is about 96 hectares resulting from 1,876 places within about 12,600 hectares of the watershed studied. These hazards injured hundreds of human lives and took 122 human lives. Rail and highway systems were disrupted and about 30 hectares of rice paddies were washed away and hundreds of hectares were inundated. About 500 houses were destroyed. The objectives of this study are (a) to describe the problem areas, identifying critical factors causing the landslide hazards including earth and stone-debris avalanches, (b) suggest measures which might enhance the effectiveness of stabilization measures, and (c) also suggest the landslide and flood damage prevention methods from the point view of the upper-watershed conservation techniques in Anyang hollow-basin.

이 글에서 필자는 결정론적 인과를 토대로 속성 수준의 인과와 사건 수준의 인과의 연관성을 주장하는 하우스만(Hausman 1998)의 이론을 비판하고 두 수준의 인과의 관계를 바르게 이해하는 데 무엇이 필요한지를 제시한다. 하우스만은 결정론과 배경 조건의 다양성을 토대로 그리고 비결정적 상황에서는 확률에 대한 결정론적 인과를 토대로, 속성 수준의 인과는 사건 수준의 인과에서 도출된다는 의미에서 속성 수준의 인과는 사건 수준의 인과의 일반화라고 주장한다. 필자는 그 관계에 대한 문제를 제기하고 이 문제는 사건 수준의 인과에 본질적인 인과 연결을 주목하지 않은 채 변수들 간의 의존 관계만으로 두 수준의 인과의 관계를 단순히 해명하는 데에 있다고 지적한다. 필자는 두 수준의 인과의 관계는 단순히 한 가지 관점이나 방식으로 파악될 수 없고 해명, 설명, 예측 둥 다양한 관점에서 복합적으로 파악되어야 한다고 주장한다. 특히 사건 수준의 인과는 속성 수준의 인과에 개념적으로 의존하는 관계를 주목한다.

A simple and effective procedure is described for semi-purification of viable Myco. leprae from biopsied lepromatous nodules by trypsinization and high-speed centrifugation. An unique characteristic of this method is a complete omission of conventional grinding or homogenization of minced lepromatous tissues prior to purification. Inoculation of trypsin-purified preparation of Myco. leprae into foot pads and ear lobes of Korean chipmunk(Tamias sibiricus asiaticus, Gmelin) resulted in apparent increases in total number of acid-fast bacilli per inoculated tissue 8 and 12 months after inoculation.

인도는 나라가 아닌 대륙이라 한다. 그러나 우리의 관심영역은 불교를 중심으로 한 종교.철학에 국한됐었다. 80년대 들어서야 제3세계라는 동병상련의 연대감에 의해 근대사 및 리얼리즘 문학작품이 소개됐다. 다소 '장님 코끼리 만지기'였지만, 올해들어 "마하바라타" "라마야나"의 번역 등을 계기로 인도문화에 대한 소개가 본격화될 조짐을 보이고 있다.
