  • 본 자료는 2004.10.21$\~$22 일본 도교에서 개최된 제3차 한중일 비즈니스 포럼 물류분과회의에서 발표된 자료를 발췌한 것입니다. 2002년 제1차 서울포럼을 시작으로 2003년 제2차 북경포럼에 이어 개최된 제3차 동경포럼에는 한중일 기업인 400여명이 참석한 가운데 개최되었으며, 동 포럼은 동아시아 경제협력 가능성에 대해 산업별, 분야별로 모색, 다양한 방안을 제시하는 자리이며, 섬유, 전자, 자동차, 철강, 석유화학, 물류, 가스분과의 7개 분과회의가 개최되었다.

The Empirical Study on the Effect of Technology Exchanges in the Fourth Industrial Revolution between Korea and China: Focused on the Firm Social Network Analysis (한중 4차산업혁명 기술교류 및 효과에 대한 실증연구: 기업 소셜 네트워크 분석 중심으로)

  • China's rapid development and commercialization of high-tech technologies in the fourth industrial revolution has led to effective technology exchanges between Korean and Chinese firms becoming more important to Korea's mid-term and long-term industrial development. However, there is still a lack of empirical research on how technology exchanges between Korean and Chinese firms proceed and their effectiveness. In response, this study conducted a social network analysis based on text mining data of Korea-China business technology exchange and cooperation articles introduced in the news from 2018 to March 2020 on the current status and effects of Korea-China technology exchanges related to the fourth industrial revolution, and conducted a regression analysis how network centrality effect on the firm performance. According to the results, most of the Korean major electronic firms are actively networking with Chinese firms and institutions, showing high centrality in the centrality index. Korean telecommunication firms showed high betweenness centrality and subgraph centrality, and Korean Internet service providers and broadcasting contents firms showed high eigenvector centrality. In addition, Chinese firms showed higher betweenness centrality than Korean firms, and Chinese service firms showed higher closeness centrality than manufacturing firms. As a result of regression analysis, this network centrality had a positive effect on firm performance. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first to analyze the impact of the technical cooperation between Korean and Chinese firms under the fourth industrial revolution context. This study has theoretical implications that suggested the direction of social network analysis-based empirical research in global firm cooperation. Also, this study has practical implications that the guidelines for network analysis in setting the direction of technical cooperation between Korea and China by firms or governments.

  • 아시아 파렛트 표준기구(상설국제기구) 설립 및 운영계획(안)은 2003년 아시아 파렛트 표준화 회의(2003.10.16, 서울) 합의서와, 제2차 동북아 산업표준 협력회의(2003.10.31, 북경) 비망록에 의거 합의된 사안으로, 지난 2004년 9월 22일$\~$23일 서울에서 개최된 한중일 파렛트 전문가 회의를 통하여 기본안이 확정 되었으며, 제2차 한중일 파렛트전문가 회의(2005. 04 예정, 중국 북경)를 통하여 세부내용 확정 및 준비위원회 구성 예정이다. 아시아 파렛트 표준기구(상설국제기구)는 동북아 표준파렛트 규격 제정을 위한 한중일 3개국 파렛트 전문가들의 실무작업 사업전개를 위한 상설국제기구이며 2006년 3월 창립을 목표로 하고 있다.

  • Korea, China and Japan are in great demand for each other’s science and technology information since they geographically lie adjacent and have common interest in a variety of science and technology fields. Yet, they have difficulties in obtaining the other two countries’ information due to the lack of an appropriate system to access the information and also to restrictions such as a language barrier. The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways of sharing science and technology information among Korea, Japan and China. It surveys the national science and technology information systems and policies of each country and proposes four stages of resource sharing.

  • Creating more efficient and effective intermodal transportation service in Northeast range is a critical issue because of more increased trade volume & demand for intermodal service in the world market and geographical barriers associated with goods transportation, especially in Korea, China and Japan. This study examines the possibility of Rail-ferry in Northest area which can provide each countries mutual economical and logistical satisfaction.

  • The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.

  • Northeast Asia is one of the regions which have been developing so rapidly. Yellow sea, located between Korea and China, became a very important logistical zone because of its huge volume of cargo and big passenger traffic. These two countries continuously are enlarging their port facilities such as berths, container yards, storage capacity and their information system in this the Pan Yellow sea area. Two countries also introduce many new liner routes and car-ferry shipping services. Therefore there must be a severe competitions and conflicts among the countries and their companies and ports as well. Some experts worry about the over capacity of port and logistics facilities. This paper investigated the current conditions of Korea-China shipping route, container and car-ferry route, and found out the problems and tasks, with the support of many experts. There are so many alternatives and strategies to solve and rationalize the shipping route and the problems of ports of two countries. This paper suggest many strategies connecting with marketing 4Ps. As port service is also a kind of service product, we can categorize the strategies into 4Ps suggested by McCarthy. And this paper classify all these alternatives into 3 dimensions. There are competitive strategies, cooperative strategies and coopetition strategies. This paper propose some directions and ideas for adopting the strategy in the port and logistical topics between Korea and China, suggesting 3 dimensions of strategies. After this paper, many diagnoses and practical investigations should be executed to introduce optimal solutions and minimize the additional cost.

  • 참여정무가 동북아 물류중심국가 건설을 위해 노력해 온지도 2년이 지났다. 그동안 수많은 산학연관 물류관계자들의 의견을 수렴하고 정책을 추진한 결과 물류업계도 눈부신 발전을 거듭하여 글로벌 기업화 되어 가고 있다. 정부부처 중 특히 강동석 건설교통부 장관은 물류분야의 전문가로서 종합물류기업 인증제도 실시, 한중 물류협력회의 창설 등 동북아 물류중심국가로의 도약을 위한 그 역할을 충실히 수행해 온 인물 중의 한사람이다. 건설교통부 수장으로서의 지난 한해 그에 대한 평가와 2005년 새해 계획에 대해 어떠한 구상을 가지고 있는지 들어보았다.
