본 논문은 한옥에 대해 건축정보모델링 기반의 설계를 지원하기 위한 부재 생성방식을 제안한다. 한옥 건축 산업화를 위한 노력은 관련 법령 개정에서부터 시공에 이루기까지 전반적으로 확대되어 시행되고 있다. 이에 따라 디지털 설계방식에서도 근본적인 한옥건축 목구조 방식에 적합한 설계방식이 지원될 필요성이 있다. 이러한 시장의 변화와 요구분석을 기반으로 건축정보모델링에 적합한 한옥부재를 개발한다. 이를 위해 한옥건축물의 구성요소를 체계적으로 파악하고 건축정보모델링 기반 설계방식을 고려한 한옥 부재의 새로운 설계 방식을 제안한다. 최종적으로 구현한 부재를 활용하여 한옥을 설계함으로써 활용도와 실효성을 검증한다.

수천 년간 우리 민족의 영안을 위해 애써온 공존의 주거 문화 한옥. 온 가족이 오순도순 사는 삶의 터전인 한옥이 콘크리트 벽에 가로막혀 그 기운을 잃어가고 있다. 우리 고유의 문화를 고스란히 간직한 현대 한옥을 테마로 한옥 문화를 재해석하고자 한다. 안동 하회마을의 심원정사를 시작으로 양평의 상곡당 등 순차적으로 엮어낸다.

Recently, Korean Traditional House is being reconsidered as a alternative and eco-friendly residential housing. With these flows, government and industry actively studies the modernization and industrialization of Korean Traditional House. Apply for BIM as a way of modernization and industrialization of Korean Traditional House, research has been actively conducted. Korean Traditional House is building that is assembled by individual Component Therefore it is very useful for modernization of the Korean Traditional House to design Korean Traditional House With BIM. Which is the management technology that produces and distributes information of the architecture. But compared with the effect, the use of BIM is sluggish in the construction. Therefore, In this study after surveying about lowly using BIM on point of AEC(Architect-Engineer-Contract), the result is analyzed with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). So the aim of this study is to offer the base to find the solution of the Affecting factors about lowly using BIM.

Currently, technologies for industrialization and dissemination for Han-Ok are developed actively. Also BIM technologies are actively developed. However, it is difficult to find the research and study cases for construction method and process for Han-Ok. BIM is the technology for managing information with element as a unit for building design, construction and management, and it is closely related to Han-Ok using assembling method for building construction. We analyzed the basic construction processes for IK-Gong and MinDoRi house, typical types of Han-Ok. Also we developed the Work Breakdown Structure of construction process for Han-Ok and suggested the method for construction simulation using BIM. Simple BIM model of Han-Ok which is Ik-Gong type is used for case study. It was possible to link automatically between 3D elements objects and construction activities about 95% in the case study. More studies of construction method for various type of Han-Ok and rules for link between elements and construction activities are required for Industrialization and dissemination of Han-Ok.

As interest in eco-friendly architecture and Korean traditional culture is increasing, interest in contemporary han-ok is steadily increasing. Recently, many people experienced the han-ok directly and indirectly with the attention of a commercial contemporary han-ok such as restaurants, coffee shops, and lodging facilities, and as a result, the house has a preference for the residence of the contemporary han-ok. Compared to modern residential houses, however, han-ok is lack the convenience of heating and cooling, energy management, security, and maintenance. For this reason, the increased interest and preference for han-ok does not lead to living in contemporary han-ok. This study was conducted in the following ways to improve inconvenience by applying smart home services to contemporary han-ok. Recent technology trends in smart home services and technologies developed and marketed to date have been identified in previous research cases and literature studies. Based on this, a list of smart home services and their application methods were derived that would relieve the inconvenience of contemporary han-ok for smart home services. We hope that this research will serve as a reference for subsequent researchers studying contemporary han-ok.

Nowadays numbers of non-residential Korean traditional house (Han-ok) like Caf$\acute{e}$ and restaurants within the cultural property preservation area. So the purpose of this study is suggesting the necessity of governmental support about non-residential Han-ok. The research started to analyze influential factors toward them and estimate the value of non-residential Han-ok. After then it investigated what kind of value factors are important when it is agreed to the necessity of governmental support using logistic regression. According to the result, there are main 7 factors; possibilities to use Han-ok with poor residential environment, the unique appearance of Han-ok, possibilities to offer social and welfare service within local community, value to develop tourism on Han-ok, utilization of commercial area, historical deficiency and easy to access Han-ok for tourists and overseas which are an effect on decision making to sustain non-residential Han-ok.

혜화동사무소는 한옥도 현대인의 생활과 업무를 담아내는 업무 시설이 된다는 것을 보여주는 시도라 할 수 있다. 게다가 더욱 의미있는 것은 신축이 아닌 기존 한옥을 개조했다는데서 더 큰 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 혜화동사무소는 1940년대 지은 도시형 한옥을 2005년 연말 동사무소로 개조한 것이다. 선진화위원회에서 이 건물을 이달의 좋은 건물로 뽑은 이유는 "한옥이 많은 혜화동의 특성을 살려 전통문화의 얼을 잇고자 했던 지역주민들의 노력과 공무원들의 창의적인 생각이 있어 가능했다"고 평가했다.

대한민국 한옥공모전이 지난 11월 1일 수상작을 발표했다. 준공 부문 대상은 '정다운 집(설계 어번디테일건축사사무소의 최지희, 텐틀러 다니엘)'이 받았다. 이 작품은 여백이 느껴지는 한옥 고유의 공간이 잘 구현됐으며 완성도가 높아 현대 주거문화에서 한옥이 추구하는 방향성에 대한 시사점이 큰 작품이라는 평가를 받았다. 금상은 '천일 한의원(설계 류와 건축사사무소 류종미, 강성원, 김소희)과 '화림원(설계 건축사사무소 하오 김세원, 이홍원, 김계원)'이 수상했다. 준공 부문에서 수상자인 최지희, 류종미, 김세원 건축사의 이야기를 들어봤다.

1910년대부터 조성된 전주시 전통한옥은 민족정신이 생생히 살아 숨쉬는 격조 높은 문화 유적으로 연간 80만명이 즐겨찾는 전북의 명소로 자리매김하였다. 대통령 자문 '건설기술 건축문화선진화위원회'(위원장 : 김진애)에 건축환경문화로 '전주 한옥마을'을 선정된 바 있는 전주시 교동과 풍남동 일대에 위치한 '전주 한옥마을'을 소개한다.
