In contrast to chemical medicines, biopharmaceuticals exhibit reduced side effects and enhanced therapeutic efficacy. Antibody therapies have significantly advanced since the first monoclonal antibody's approval in 1986, now dominating the pharmaceutical market with seven out of the top 10 biopharmaceuticals. The bispecific antibody has a distinct capability to bind to two antigens simultaneously, unlike conventional monoclonal antibodies that target just one antigen. The notion of bispecific antibodies was initially introduced in 1960, and by 1997, the first symmetrical form of bispecific antibody was successfully produced. Subsequently, extensive research has been conducted on bispecific antibodies, leading to a significant milestone in 2014 when blinatumomab became the first FDA-approved drug to treat acute lymphocytic leukemia. Despite having a relatively shorter history compared to monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies have proven their potential by targeting two antigens simultaneously, thereby rendering them highly effective as anti-cancer drugs. As of 2023, there are a total of 11 globally approved bispecific antibodies, with six of them receiving approval from FDA. In light of the rapidly expanding market for bispecific antibodies, this review article comprehensively explores the attributes, historical background, applications, and market status of bispecific antibodies. Additionally, it sheds light on the present trends in bispecific antibody development, drawing insights from 96 research articles and 105 clinical studies. Excitingly, we anticipate further progress in the development of bispecific antibodies and clinical trials on a global scale, with the aspiration of utilizing them not only in cancer treatment but also for addressing diverse medical conditions.

The WiBro to start June 2006 is mobile internet service with 60km/h, 3Mbps. And current WiBro service is used in Seoul, the metropolitan area and the local major cities. This study suggests WiBro technology and analyzes wireless communication technology to vehicle-to-infrastructure communications for the unmanned vehicle control. We were driving vehicle with two laptop computer's WiBro unit for V2I communication environment. So each RAS(Radio Access Station) on center is tested coverage area, transmission rate, latency rate, lost rate and transmission rate to parking area environment.

With the development of recent IT is spreading and dissemination of smart terminals, telemedicine and electronic medical records (EMR) and other common anywhere due to medical advances are being digitized environment. This trend is in line with the information to take advantage of smart terminals in the mobile medical information system increasing. In this paper, the recent trend to examine healthcare information technology standardization, predicting the future prospects look healthcare information systems. In addition, the security of mobile medical information system, to look at aspects of mobile-based health information systems in the country's need to discuss the trends and standards.

The cyber attacks of recent attacks that target zero-day exploit security vulnerabilities before the security patch is released (Zero Day) attack, the web site is without the Lord. These attacks, those that use the vulnerability of security that is built into the software itself is in most cases, cyber attacks that use the vulnerability of the security of the source code, in particular, has a characteristic response that are difficult to security equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the security vulnerability from step to implement the software to prevent these attacks. In this paper, we try to design a Secure Coding Guide support tool to eliminate the threat of security from the stage of implementation.

상수도 관망의 수질 관리는 매우 중요한 목표이지만, 2019년도 적수 사태를 비롯하여 여러 수질사고를 경험하고 있다. 이러한 수질 사고는 내부의 각종 부착물 및 침전물들로 인해서 발생하거나 파손된 관로를 통해 외부에서 유입될 수도 있다. 수질 사고는 다양한 경로를 통해 발생할 수 있으며 외부에서의 바이러스 유입의 가능성 역시 늘 존재하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상수도 관망으로의 잠재적인 바이러스 유입에 따른 위험도 분석 체계를 구현하였으며, 다양한 바이러스 유입에 따른 상수도 관망 위험도의 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 제안한 분석 체계는 상수도 관망의 주요 소독 물질인 염소와 바이러스의 반응을 모의할 수 있도록 EPANET-MSX 모형을 탑재하였으며, 위험도 분석을 위한 QMRA(Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment)를 적용하였다. 바이러스 유입 시나리오 구축을 위해 상수도 관망 내 유입되거나 인체에 유해 한 영향을 줄 수 있는 바이러스를 우선 선별 하였고, 인체에의 영향 및 염소와의 반응에 대해 정리하였다. 또한 바이러스는 모든 절점에서 유입이 가능한 것으로 가정하였으며, 최악의 상황 모의를 위해 바이러스가 지속적으로 유입되는 시나리오를 구축하였다. 적용 관망은 미국 내 실제 관망 중 반응계수에 대한검토가 완료된 관망으로 선정하였으며, 관망의 구조 및 탱크의 유무에 따라 분류하여 적용한 인자들의 불확실성 및 경향을 파악하기 위한 MCS(Monte Carlo Simulation)를 통해 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 제안한 분석 체계는 향후 수질 사고에 대한 위험도를 최소화할 수 있는 운영에 근거를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The lifestyle of the new consumer class of people with diversified social structures and tastes is affecting society as a whole. As of now, emerging lots of complex cultural space with unique sensibility and individuality, this paper is about proposing the branding of a complex cultural space. I selected Sounds Hannam as a cultural complex and conducted in-depth interviews about brand experience and Ethnography. The study found that Sounds Hannam needs sense of hearing and smell because the sensory factors of the Sounds Hannam are concentrated in the visual field, and also, there is a need to create an appropriate communication channel through SNS. The Sounds Hannam had the characteristic factors of sensibility, relaxation and content based on a diversity different from the existing one. Throughout research, it was derived that planning space as a place to inspire people through spatial composition that triggers behavior and creative thinking is the goal of a complex cultural space and at the same time, an effective way to reflect the lifestyle of those in 20s.

The study examined citizens' information needs, perception and expectations of their public library services in Daejeon. The study analyzed citizens' demands and satisfaction(or dissatisfaction) of library services and facilities to develop comprehensive library plans and detailed strategies to satisfy the diverse users' needs (including non-users' needs) in the middle of rapidly changing socio-technological environments. To achieve the goal, the study collected the data by using both quota sampling and online and offline survey methods, and analyzed the 1,383 data through the statistical processes. The study found out the significant results and features, and suggested the implication and main points to apply the results to developing comprehensive library plans and strategies.

Recently, content using VR technology in various fields is gradually increasing, and the technology is also rapidly spreading. Against this background, public libraries also need to provide services using VR technology according to the flow of the times. Therefore, this study drew application points through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign public libraries where VR programs are underway. And based on this, a final proposal is prepared after planning and reviewing VR-based educational and cultural programs in public libraries. VR-based educational and cultural programs introduced can be used as basic data for planning VR-based cultural programs in public library.

공통평가 기준(CC, Common Criteria)은 정보 보호 제품, 즉 IT제품에 대한 보안성을 평가하기 위한 국제 평가 기준이다. 그러나 개발자 측면에서는 CC 에서 정의된 보안 기능 사항 중 IT제품 개발에 있어서 어떤 보안기능을 요구하며, 적용 가능한 IT기술에는 무엇이 있는지 알기 어렵다. 이 때문에 평가를 받고자 할 때 제출물을 작성하거나 IT제품 개발에 있어서 많은 시간과 인력이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문은 IT제품 개발자를 위해 공통평가 기준에서 정의하여 서술된 보안기능항목을 이해하고 적용 가능한 IT기술에는 어떤 것 들이 있는지 제시하기 위한 도구를 개발하기 위해 CC(Ver3.1)2부 보안기능 요구사항 중 프라이버시 클래스만을 해결할 수 있는 S/W를 개발 및 프로토타이핑 하였다.
