국내 최대 규모를 지닌 사진영상기자재 전시회, 2014 서울국제사진영상기자재전(P&I 2014)이 17일부터 20일까지 코엑스 1층 A,B홀에서 열렸다. 코엑스, 한국광학기기산업협회(KOPHIA), 한국사진영상기재협회(KOPI) 주최로 열린 이번 행사는 사진영상분야 151개 업체 680부스의 규모에서 300여 개의 브랜드를 만날 수 있었으며 사진과 영상에 대한 문화와 트렌드를 만날 수 있는 이번 전시회에서는 문화콘텐츠로 구성된 다양한 부대 행사와 세미나가 열려 관람객들의 눈을 사로잡았다.

In this thesis, I pursued how the concept of documentary photography in Korea was formed, and how Koreans perceive the current mix of some concepts and how they are tracked that. Korean photography society, directly or indirectly, accepted the concept and format of documentary photography of the United States in which information and discussion of the history and concept by examining the process of being transferred to Korea are examined. Giroksajin(記錄寫眞) is a translation word of documentary photography which was a part of documentary movements in the United States of the 1930s, and are all based on that concept. When we order Korean documentary photography and the subject matter must be distinct, attitude toward the things should be based on the exact perceptions of this age awareness, to be able to give enough information, and finally moved forward to move the human emotion must be. When this condition is equipped with the photographers and archivists perspective is revealed clearly the social and historical records that are meaningful. Documentary photography is the subject of the photographers and archivists that want to record the important things, but what you can get in the records and the question of how to use it is also important. Korean documentary photography, not only records the things, just to have a meaningful supplement to get done the exact context of information production and led to the conclusion that the strengthening of documentation strategies.

예전에는 부의 상징쯤으로 여겨졌던 카메라가 지금은 누구나 하나쯤은 가지고 있는 대중적인 소품으로 자리잡게 되면서 사진에 대한 흥미도 높아져만 간다. 누구나 가지고 있는 카메라지만 돋보이는 작품을 만들어 내는 사람은 따로 있다고 생각한다. 그러나 카메라의 원리와 사진을 이루는 요소들에 대해 좀 더 잘 이해하게 된다면 남들 못지않게 인상적이고 돋보이는 작품을 만들어 내는 것이 어렵지 않다. 이번호에서는 첫 번째 시간으로 사진을 만들어내는 요소인 빛과 카메라의 노출에 대해서 알아보자.

디지털 카메라 및 카메라가 부착된 스마트폰의 보급으로 인해 개인 및 사업장에서 관리해야할 사진의 양이 증가 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 어휘 트리를 이용하여 다량의 사진에 주석을 자동으로 추천 하는 알고리즘을 제안하여 대량의 사진 관리를 효과적으로 하도록 한다. 제안한 방법에서는 어휘트리 생성 시 학습 데이터 모음에 포함된 사진들의 주석에 대한 정보도 함께 갖도록 한다. 그래서 입력으로 들어온 사진과 가장 가까운 사진을 어휘 트리를 통해 찾고 찾은 사진이 가지고 있는 주석을 최종 출력으로 낸다. 제안한 알고리즘은 자동으로 다량의 사진의 주석을 빠르게 추천 할 수 있다.

최근 국내에는 다차원 공간정보 구축을 위하여 디지털 항공사진 및 항공라이다 장비를 이용하고 있으나, 위 데이터만을 이용하여 세밀하고 사실감 있는 3차원 공간데이터를 구축하는데 제한적이며, 고품질의 Texture Mapping을 위해 지상사진을 이용하지만 인력 및 작업 시간이 많이 소요된다. 이에 해외에서는 사실감 있는 3차원 공간정보 구축을 위하여 연직과 경사사진을 동시에 촬영하는 다각사진촬영시스템을 이용하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 다각사진촬영시스템 개발시 고려해야할 경사사진 촬영 설계요소에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 촬영고도, 카메라각도에 의하여 경사사진 주점의 거리, 지상해상도, 카메라 화각(FOV), 촬영영역에 대하여 분석할 수 있었다.

본 시스템은 기존 안저사진의 높은 해상도와 광각 안저사진의 촬영의 편의성과 넓은 시야 각의 장점을 둘 다 취하기 위해, 광각 안저사진을 원본으로 하여 기존 안저사진을 생성하는 작업을 제안한다. 안저사진의 생성 알고리즘은 이미지 생성에 특화된 생산적 적대 신경망(GANs)을 채택하였다. 신경망의 성능을 평가하기 위해, 생성된 안저사진과 직접 촬영한 기존 안저사진으로부터 특성을 추출을 하여 특이점 간의 거리를 측정하고, 이를 바탕으로 두 사진의 유사도를 판단한다.

이전 필름 카메라 시대에는 한 필름에 촬영 가능한 사진의 수가 제한되고 인화와 현상에 대한 비용과 시간 소모로 인해, 꼭 필요하거나 중요한 순간에 사진을 촬영하였다. 그러나 최근에는 디지털 카메라의 보급과 대용량화된 메모리로 인해, 이전의 필름 카메라 시대와는 달리 일반 사람들도 한번에 많은 양의 사진을 촬영하는 일이 많아졌다. 이와 같이 관리해야 할 사진의 수가 많아질수록 사진을 분류하고 관리하는 작업에 많은 노력과 비용이 소모된다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우와 우선순위 큐를 이용하여, 촬영시각 문맥 (temporal context)의 흐름이 약한 순서대로 사진들을 클러스터링하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법의 평가를 위해서, Cooper 가 제안한 이벤트 클러스터링 방법과 정확도와 재현율을 비교하였으며, 사진 촬영 시각 차이의 분포의 편차가 작을수록, 제안한 클러스터링 방법이 높은 정확도를 보였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 촬영 시각 클러스터링은 많은 수의 사진들을 이벤트 기반으로 자동 분류하는데 활용될 수 있으며, 클러스터링된 정보들을 그룹별로 시각화하기 위한 인터페이스를 개발하는 것을 향후 연구과제로 제시한다.

As data acquisition using unmanned aerial vehicles is widely used, as one of the ways to increase the accuracy of photogrammetry using unmanned aerial vehicles, a method of inputting both vertical and oblique images in bundle adjustment of aerial triangulation has been proposed. In this study, in order to find a suitable method for increasing the accuracy of photogrammetry, the accuracy of the case of adjusting the oblique images taken at different shooting angles and the case of adjusting the oblique images with different shooting angles at the same time with the vertical images were compared. As a result of the study, it was found that the error of the checkpoint decreases as the angle of the input oblique images increases. In particular, when the vertical images and oblique images are used together, the height error decreases significantly as the angle of the oblique images increases. The current 『Aerial Photogrammetry Work Regulation』 requires RMSE (Root Mean Square Error), which is the same as GSD (Ground Spatial Distance) of a vertical image. When using an oblique images with a shooting angle of 50°, a result close to this standard is obtained. If the vertical images and the 50° oblique images were adjusted at the same time, the work regulations could be satisfied. Using the results of this study, it is expected that photogrammetry using low-cost cameras mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles will become more active.

바쁜 현대인. 그들에겐 즐거운 취미활동이나 건강을 위한 운동을 할수 있는 시간보다는 스트레스에 쌓여야 하는 시간이 더 많다. 그러나 이런 정신없는 틈을 타 예술활동을 하면서 건강도 도모하는 모임이 있다. "대한 사진예술가협회" 50년 가까이 한국사진계의 맥을 이어온 대한사진예술가협회는 사진을 통한 자기발견과 정기출사를 통한 건강관리를 사람들에게 권하고 있다. 전문 직업인은 아니지만 누구보다 사진예술에 관한 애착을 가지고있고 그만큼의 실력을 이어오고 있는 협회를 찾아가 봤다.

본 연구에서는 기존 지형도나 준공도면 자료에서 상세정보가 누락되거나 갱신이 이루어지지 않아 시설물관리체계에 필요한 수치지도의 체계적인 구축이 요구되는 지역에 적용할 수 있도록 지상사진, 항공사진 등 영상자료에 다양한 사진해석 기법을 적용하여 수치지도를 생성하고 공간 및 속성정보를 추출하였다. 본 연구에서는 다중사진 촬영에 의하여 대상물의 3차원 모델과 3차원 사진영상모델을 생성하였다. 또한, 소축척 항공사진을 이용하여 대상지역의 벡터라이징을 실행한 결과, 각 건물과 도로시설물의 위치와 형태 등 공간정보의 추출이 가능하였다.
