  • The purpose of this study was to identify and to compare the internet service factors affecting shopping satisfaction and intention to return between total shopping sites and fashion specialty sites. Data were obtained from 208 men and women aged between 20-40 who used internet. Factor analysis, Multiple regression, chi square test and F test were applied. The results were as follows. First, there were some demographic differences between two site shoppers. Young, low-income, student consumers were more likely to visit fashion specialty site than older, high-income, non students were. Second, consumer satisfaction and revisit to the total shopping sites were influenced by site composition, purchasing convenience, and after-purchase service. For the fashion specialty sites, consumer satisfaction was affected by site composition and after-purchase service while consumer intention to return was only by site composition. Thus, big sized total shopping sites should provide all kinds of online services to satisfy consumers. Small sized, fashion specially sites had better concentrate on site design or fashionable, creative product merchandising to get a competitive edge for young customers.

  • Web page evaluation is important issue in the Internet. Web pages are increasing extremely fast. The web page evaluation based on frequency, like the count of the page view (PV), is not sufficient way even it is used variously. Because users never use the unnecessary or irrelevant web pages for a long time. We concentrated on user's visiting duration time for the evaluation web pages. And we can collect user actions. Users do some action when users using the web page in the web browser. The movements of mouse pointer, mouse button click, page scrolling and so on are produced in the web browser. JavaScript can collect user action and Ajax can send collected data to server when user using the web browser without no user notification.

  • In this study, the effect of Internet clothing soho mall attributes on attitude toward site and revisit intention was investigated. A total of 292 female college students participated in the experiment to explore a clothing soho mall out of 20 highly-ranked soho malls for shopping and to complete a questionnaire. In exploratory factor analysis results, five factors were generated out of 18 question items indicating clothing soho mall attributes. Among those five factors, 'product assortment and presentation' was the most important factor affecting attitude toward site and revisit intention toward a clothing soho mall. In addition, 'site construct' was another factor affecting attitude toward a clothing soho mall site specifically in the group who shops clothing more often on the Internet shops than off-line shops. Based on study results, implications and insights were discussed.

On the other hand, entertainment experience factor is in lack relatively, which is due to the complexity of the traditional food manufacturing, and future improvements about this needs to be required. This study was to identify marketing significance of experience factors in rice cake specialty shop and to verify the necessity and effectiveness for spreading vigorous marketing in a variety of traditional food fields through this opportunity.

  • This study conducted to analyze the causal relationships among image factors (brand, store, enterprise) of family restaurants, customer satisfaction, customer trust, and revisit intention as perceived by 271 customers, who have visited a family restaurant located in Ulsan and Busan regions. Present study performed frequency analysis, factor analysis, customer trust analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple (simple) regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The analysis results indicated that the image of family restaurants had significant positive (+) influences on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and revisit intention, among which the biggest influential factor was found to be the store factor. Significant influence was shown for brand image followed by corporate image. In addition, customer satisfaction and customer trust had significant positive (+) influences on revisit intention. As a result of this study, store image among family restaurant images appeared as the most important element; hereupon, this study considers that it is necessary for a family restaurant to build a differentiated image to increase revisit intention by satisfying customer needs and by encouraging customers to have trust in the restaurant.

  • This study was conducted to identify the relationship among various service quality clues, brand trust, brand distinctiveness and revisit intention focusing on fast-food restaurant consumers. Using online questionnaires tool in South Korea, a total of 450 questionnaires were distributed and 390 participants were used for further statistical analysis through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows. Four service quality factors (menu, interior, exterior, staff) were extracted from twelve questions. According to the result of this study, several service quality factors of fast-food restaurants' have positive effects on brand trust and distinctiveness. Specifically, staff and menu and exterior were significant predictors of brand trust, and staff and menu of fast-food were critical antecedents of brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand trust has positive influence on brand distinctiveness as well as revisit intention. Although there are many studies which proved the relationships among various selection attributes and other outcome variables such as brand loyalty or image, little research explained the relationships among service quality factors of fast-food restaurants, brand trust, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. Therefore, present study will contribute to provide significant results and some practical implications in both the fast-food restaurant industry and academic research.
