  • The Measurement system of auto parts are currently precious ones in the case of most of them. In this paper We tried to implement low_cost equipment. There are many auto parts. Among them CCP(Canister Controlled Purge Solenoid) which have difficulties in the control of air fluid currently have been main object. According to the use of air amount. Required time to maintain vacuum air pressure constantly need three or four minutes but the aim of this development try to achieve keeping vacuum pressure within less shorter time, Under the constant air pressure, We try to develop control check system of auto parts CCP(Canister Controlled Purge Solenoid).

Artificial Traffic Signal Light using Fuzzy Rules

  • The conventional traffic light loses the function of optimal traffic signal cycle. And so, 30-45% of conventional traffic signal cycle is not matched to the present traffic signal cycle. In this paper proposes electro sensitive traffic light using fuzzy rules which will reduce the average vehicle waiting time and improve average vehicle speed. This paper is researching the storing method of 40 different kinds of sensor input conditions. Such as, car speed, delay· in starting time and the volume of cars in the real traffic situation. It will estimate the optimal green time in the 10 different intersections using Intelligent fuzzy method. Computer simulation results prove that reducing the average vehicle waiting time and offset better than fixed signal method which doesn't consider vehicle length.

  • This study describes that the method of precision measurement of vehicle shape and the method of measurement the deformation that it is occurred the reason of accident using industrial photogrammatry. The curved shape is measured using the projection target which is able to acquire the point cloud data. 3D coordinates of the target were able to acquire through object picturing and analysis of coordinates. The acquired point cloud data was done 3D modeling to form the surface with TIN. Also, It able to interpretate a deformation surveying accurately the occurred parts of deformation, then can furnish to the analysis of traffic accident the precise and effective data.

  • 최근 자동차 배기가스 규제 및 전기자동차, 무인항공기 개발 등의 경량 소재에 대한 필요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 마그네슘 및 마그네슘 합금은 구조용 금속 소재 중 가장 밀도가 낮은 금속으로서 자동차, 항공, 기계 부품류 및 주방용품이나 전자제품 케이스류 등 다양한 산업분야에서 활용성이 크게 증가하고 있다. 하지만 마그네슘 합금은 화학적 반응성이 매우 크고 표면에 존재하는 피막의 치밀성과 화학적 안정성이 낮아서 쉽게 부식되는 단점이 있다. 따라서 내식성 향상을 위한 표면처리 기술 개발에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 양극 산화법은 금속표면에 양극 전류를 인가하여 산화피막을 인위적으로 형성시켜줌으로써 내식성을 향상시켜 주는 방법으로서 산업적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 표면처리 방법 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 주석산나트륨의 농도에 따른 AZ31 마그네슘 합금의 양극 산화 피막 형성 거동을 연구하였다. DC 전류를 인가하여 양극산화 피막을 형성하였으며, 피막형성 전압 및 형성된 피막의 두께, 표면 거칠기 및 피막의 구조 등을 분석하여 주석산나트륨 농도에 따른 양극산화 피막의 형성 특성에 대하여 자세하게 고찰하였다.

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명은 기존에 한정적이던 사물들의 역할을 끝없이 확장시키는 특징을 가진다. 인터넷을 기반으로 인간, 사물, 환경 등 모든 것은 연결이 가능한 Internet of Things(IoT) 시대가 다가오고 있다. 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물 간의 정보를 상호 소통하여 안전기능과 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고 있으며, ICT의 융복합의 발전에 따라 자동차도 기존과 다르게 IoT 환경에 포함된다. 커넥티드 카는 차량, 인프라, 모바일 디바이스, 주변 환경 간의 통신을 통해 실시간으로 다양한 정보를 자동차를 중심으로 수집할 수 있게 되었으며 이를 기반으로 커넥티드 카 산업이 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 발전 과정 속에서 커넥티드 카의 보안성의 문제는 반드시 해결되어야 한다. 보안성이 확보되지 않는다면, 자동차에서 발생하는 운전자에 대한 악의적인 공격을 통해 일반적인 보안 침해사고 수준을 넘어 사고를 유발시킬 경우 인명과 재산상의 큰 피해를 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카의 통신구조를 알아보고 취약점 분석과 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제안하여 안전한 커넥티드 카의 활용 방안을 연구한다.

A Study on the Detection Method of Lane Based on Deep Learning for Autonomous Driving (자율주행을 위한 딥러닝 기반의 차선 검출 방법에 관한 연구)

  • This study used the Deep Learning models used in previous studies, we selected the basic model. The selected model was selected as ZFNet among ZFNet, Googlenet and ResNet, and the object was detected using a ZFNet based FRCNN. In order to reduce the detection error rate of FRCNN, location of four types of objects detected inside the image was designed by SVM classifier and location-based filtering was applied. As simulation results, it showed similar performance to the lane marking classification method with conventional 경계 detection, with an average accuracy of about 88.8%. In addition, studies using the Linear-parabolic Model showed a processing speed of 165.65ms with a minimum resolution of 600 × 800, but in this study, the resolution was treated at about 33ms with an input resolution image of 1280 × 960, so it was possible to classify lane marking at a faster rate than the previous study by CNN-based End to End method.

  • In this paper, a quality inspection system was developed to identify the defective assembly of connectors used in automobile wiring. For waterproof connectors, an internal seal must be inserted for waterproofing. However, there are cases where it is omitted or double-inserted during production. An automatic inspection jig was designed using photosensors and touch switches to classify good and bad connector components. In the case of the existing visual inspection, 6,400 connectors were inspected when 5 people inspected for 8 hours. However, when using the inspection jig developed under the same conditions, 20,000 pieces were inspected. In other words, the productivity is greatly improved compared to the conventional visual inspection.

  • In next-generation electric vehicles, research is being conducted on an in-wheel motor system that directly controls torque by each wheel to improve total cost and driving performance. Accordingly, in this paper, a study was conducted on an algorithm that distributes the torque applied to each wheel in a torque vectoring system applied to an in-wheel motor for driving an electric vehicle. In order to implement a vehicle model that applies actual vehicle characteristic parameters according to vehicle driving and steering, a simulation was conducted in the MATLAB Simulink environment, and it was confirmed that torque distribution was performed according to the proposed algorithm.

  • Business relationships can be divided into vertical and horizontal relationships. Relationship between horizontal competitors in the business of business to be done is generally vertical relationship between the main office Suppliers and Contractors says business done. In general, the number of models of business relationships through a lot of things are known. Model consisting of a vertical relationship, but there are not many highlights. In this paper, the vertical relationship problems based on the business model to develop. Vertical relationships include leading industrial electronics, automotive and many industrial tempted to target the automotive industry, but in this paper developed a model to look at. In Chapter 2 the theoretical background needed to develop a process model to examine the vertical relationship between Chapter 3 Features Find out about your business. Followed by Chapter 4 of this paper, the vertical relationship between the core business process model is developed. Finally, Chapter 5 of the study limitations and future research directions are suggested.

  • In this study, it investigates the highly controversial issue "low carbon car subsidy". Through the policy's intent, purpose, and necessity, it aims to present alternatives for automotive industry development. Introducing the low carbon car subsidy will bring a huge change to the vehicle purchase practices by changing vehicle purchase cost. It expects that this change will reduce greenhouse gas emission from vehicles. For successful settlement of the system, it shall set up the target sections for subsidy and levy appropriately in order to get the nation's consensus. Additionally, it has to conduct sufficient reviews the measures such as adjustment to the existing auto tax, divided payments of burden charge, etc before enforcing the system. In terms of the automobile industry, it must do their level best in technical development in order to meet the carbon dioxide emission level of imported cars until the enforcement. Also, the government has to strengthen its support to the industry.
