For the customer satisfaction, the inside customer satisfaction must be made by offering the service of a good quality to the inside customer. If the inside customer is not satisfied with own business, the achievement of customer's loyalty & customer satisfaction which have direct effects on the performance of a corporation, comes to be difficult. This study tries to analyze what effect the inside customer satisfaction has on the yield performance of a corporation on the subject of the salespersons of the direct-control store among the retail store business.

In research of a paper, the comparative study of the various precedence management result evaluation indices tends to be made, and it is going to show the improvement bill of the new franchise headquarters management result evaluation index by the equilibrium result table which compensated the problem stated from the contents of precedence research about the existing franchise management result evaluation index, and was corrected.

Although dictionary definition of standardization is 'to prevent disordered complexity and to make and use rules for reasonable simplification or unification, from a position of shop-floor operations of distribution, it is directly connected to efficiency, that is 'productivity equals cost savings'. This study analyzed influence of standardization of agricultural product packages in hypermarkets on costs in stakeholders of distribution channel such as suppliers, distribution centers and hypermarkets. The research findings demonstrated that it would influence manufacturing costs of suppliers and improve shop productivity of hypermarkets.

국화과(Compositae) 다년생 초본인 산국속(Dendranthema)은 국내 약 13여종이 자생하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 이 중 감국(D. indicum (L.) Des Moul.)과 산국(D. boreale (Makino) Ling ex Kitam.), 구절초(D. zawadskii var. latilobum (Maxim.) Kitam.)가 주로 차 또는 한약재 등의 원료로 이용되고 있다. 차로 이용되는 꽃은 산국이 감국에 비해 상대적으로 작아서 구분이 가능하지만 시중에는 건조된 형태로 가공 유통되므로 육안으로 구분이 쉽지 않고, 산국 유래 제품들은 국내에서 감국 또는 국화로 혼용해서 표기되어 유통되고 있어 그 기원을 명확히 정립할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 감국과 산국의 분자유전학적 판별을 위해 DNA 바코드 후보 유전자를 활용하여 염기서열분석으로 확보된 SNP 및 InDel 정보를 바탕으로 CAPS 마커를 개발하고자 수행되었다. 감국과 산국 모두 trnL-trnF intergenic spacer 구간에서 약 1kb의 PCR 산물이 확인되었고, 이들 염기서열에서 분석한 2 SNP 및 3 InDel을 대상으로 CAPS 마커 개발을 위한 제한효소 사이트를 탐색하였다. Gap을 포함한 774bp (감국/산국=A/G) 위치의 SNP에서 BstUI(GC^GC)처리로 CAPS 마커로 전환 가능함이 확인되었고, 이에 감국과 산국의 PCR 산물에 제한효소를 처리한 결과, 제한효소 인식 사이트가 존재하는 산국에서 두 개의 DNA 단편이 확인되었다. 위 결과는 다양한 형태로 가공 유통되는 감국과 산국의 판별을 위한 마커로 활용될 수 있으며, 본 연구에 활용된 기술은 추후 건강기능식품 개발을 위한 원료표준화 확립 연구에 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

연구개발에 필요한 정보의 생성 주기가 빨라지고 그 양이 방대해지는 것은 물론 다양한 주제와 분야의 연구가 진행되면서 연구자간의 연구 교류와 연구 성과물에 대한 공유의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 연구자각 개인들이 컴퓨터에 소장하고 있는 지식정보는 연구자에 의해 생성되거나 또는 핵심자원으로 선별 분석된 것이므로, 개인이 소장하고 있는 지식정보 자원의 효율적인 공유와 유통은 연구자들의 연구를 촉진시키고, 결과적으로 해당 분야의 연구협력의 기회를 증진시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 URI 기반 과학기술 온톨로지로 표현된 성과물을 대상으로 연구자, 기관, 지역 간의 연구 활동은 물론 다양한 관점에서 성과물정보를 제공함으로써 연구자들의 연구 활동을 지원하는 정보유통 인터페이스를 설계하였다.

상업출판사에 의한 학술정보의 무기화 및 독점화로 학술정보 유통이 일대 위기를 맞고 있는 가운데 누구나 자유롭게 학술정보를 이용하자는 운동이 활발하다. 이를 기술적 표준적으로 지원하기 위해 결성된 OAI에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐와 표준 프로토콜을 개발하였다. OAI는 프로토콜 표준화를 통해 메타데이터의 상호운용성은 크게 증진하였으나, 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계를 간과함으로써 정보자원 간 연계가 취약한 맹점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 아키텍쳐의 메타데이터와 전자원문 간 연계성을 개선하고 유사 자원으로의 확장성을 제공하기 위해, 국제표준 프레임워크인 OpenURL을 접맥한 개방형 학술정보 유통 아키텍처를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 통해 분산 환경에서의 정보자원 간 상호운용성 및 유사자원으로의 확장성을 제고하였다.

현대는 정보화의 급격한 확산에 따른 기업 경영 환경의 변화가 가속되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 과학 기술정의 유통 서비스를 목적으로 하는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)과 같은 정보서비스 조직이 다양한 고객의 요구에 유연하고 민첩하게 대응할 수 있는 프로세스 기반의 과학기술 정보 유통 시스템을 구축하기 위한 방법론을 제시한다.

China has been recognized as the land of opportunity to provide valuable assets owing to dramatic economic developments in a recent year. In particular, automobile industry in china has been noticed by MNCs due to increasing of both steady demands and positive further expectations. The primary purpose of this case research is to examine distinctive channel strategy of automobile environment in China from the viewpoint of Dongfeng Yueda-Kia Motor. In order to accomplish of this, we visited production factory and sales office located in Shanghai, China during the period from April 20 through April 23, 2006. We expect that this case study provides with more opportunity to contribute to practical implications for Korean MNCs which do not entry china market yet.
