Ubiquitous Service Model for Information Convergence of Jeju Island Culture, Tourism, Sport and Traffic (제주 문화·관광·체육·교통 정보를 융합한 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델)

  • Recently the navigation service and LBS (Location based Services) using map supports much information services on mobile terminal. Also Internet Web sites support user much information. But, the user has the difficulty for acquiring the service and the various information based on map because of searching the many Internet sites. Accordingly, this paper supports a convergence information service model of various culture, education, tourism, sport and traffic for accessing synthesizing information based on map. And we design and implement this model using 공개 API. We present a convergence information service model of culture, tourism, sport and bus line information form tour destination and cultural place of Jeju province using the model. Additionally, we develop this service model using apache web server on Linux environment, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL database and Map 공개 API. As this service model supports a convenience action of culture and tourism for Jeju islanders and tourists.

Tourist Experiences Characteristics on Performance Arts -Focus on JeJu 'Nanta' as Cultural Contents- (관광객의 공연체험 특성 -문화콘텐츠'난타'를 중심으로-)

  • JeJu Island is famous for beautiful scenery but relatively little attention was paid to social cultural attractions. My aim is to provide an alternative attraction for JeJu destination. Two main goals of this paper are to apply to the Pine and Gilmore Experience Economy Theory framework on performance arts experiences and identify causal relations among experience factor, experience satisfaction and performance loyalty. To accomplish the study object, theoretical review and empirical analysis were jointly carried out. Using samples of 280 participations in nonverbal comic performance 'Nanta' who were required to rate performance experiences, experiences satisfaction, and performance loyalty. Results of SEM(Structured Equation Model) was showed that only Entertainment factor of 4 experiences factors(aesthetics, entertainment, education, escapist) affected experiences satisfaction. While experiences satisfaction affected performance loyalty. These results support the concept of experiential Economy framework suggested by Pine and Gilmore on culture-arts products consumption.

  • In this paper, the concept of the diversified cultural tourism industry in Korea and China was summarized and the research direction was suggested. Also, the characteristics and status of the cultural tourism industry were analyzed. As a characteristic of the cultural tourism industry in both Korea and China, it exhibited similar cultural tourism forms such as performances, theme parks, festivals, and museums. Korea had a unique cultural tourism form called Hallyu cultural tourism, and China is also a rare cultural arts complex in Korea. And has developed cultural tourism. The strength of the Korean culture and tourism industry is that it is rich in cultural resources and possesses many assets with cultural contents, and the strength of the Chinese culture and tourism industry is that it has abundant tourism resources and huge economic power. As such, Korea and China with many similarities were found to be a country with high interest and potential in the cultural tourism industry, which is growing into a high value-added industry in the future. In addition, in order to continuously and stably develop the cultural tourism industry, continuous efforts and interests and proper research must be conducted so that the two countries can coexist with each other.

  • 최근 상황인지 기반을 통해 사용자에 대한 모든 정보를 정확하게 파악하여, 현재 가장 필요한 데이터들만 추출하여 실시간으로 빠르게 지능적으로 제공하는 새로운 스마트 클라우드 컴퓨팅 모델의 연구가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 관광객이 전시관이나 관광지에서 공연, 예술, 문화재 등을 감상할 때 클라우드 서버에 실시간으로 접속하여 개인 정보와 환경, TPO에 맞게 전시물의 설명이나 체험 서비스를 받을 수 있는 관광객 맞춤형 문화서비스 플랫폼을 연구 및 설계하였다.

  • MICE 산업은 미래의 고부가가치 산업으로서 전략적으로 육성되고 있다. 특히 '광역경제권 5+2'에서 MICE산업은 선도산업으로 지정되었고 경쟁력 있는 인센티브 투어와 리조트형 컨벤션 상품개발 및 판매를 목표로 세부전략들이 추진되고 있다. 그 중 MICE 상품은 테마파티, 팀빌딩, 이벤트 공연 등의 활성화를 위한 방안이 주목되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 테마파티, 팀빌딩, 이벤트 공연의 수요조사를 통해 실태를 조사하고 활성화 방안을 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 통한 이론 고찰과 회의참석자 대상 자료수집을 통해 실증분석을 하고자 한다. 마지막으로 도출된 결과를 토대로 관광콘텐츠 측면을 고려한 시사점 및 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • There are many festivals in the region that mainly use traditional performing arts. Traditional performing arts has a story that incorporates the history of the area, and it is easy to build a brand that can be distinguished from other areas through traditional performing arts, so it has conditions that are easy to grow in the local festival it can. In this paper, I researched the relationship between the significance and regionality of regional performing arts, referring to the case where traditional performing arts, which is a joint cultural heritage of East Asia, are transmitted as a festival. The performance art with strong locality has grown into a local festival, and the Kanto Festival (竿燈) held in Akita prefecture in northeastern Japan was selected as a representative example of that area. Along with the Aomori Nebuta Festival and the Sendai Tanabata Festival, the Kanto Festival is called the 3 major festivals in the northeastern part of Japan. It was designated as an important intangible folk cultural property in 1980 and became more famous. It visited Seoul several times after the 2005 Japan-Korea Exchange Festival event. It is widely known as a regional festival that represents Japan. The Kanto Festival, which was a participatory event on a village basis, has faced problems such as the migration and aging of young people since the 1970s. In order to solve this, they led the participation of schools, educational institutions, and various groups beyond the village unit and persuaded the participation to the local companies. They have been steadily promoting free lectures on technical skills and school visit events that induce children's interest. As a result, the number of moths mobilized in the current festival has reached 250, and the Kanto tournament also shows great popularity every year.

Automatic Recommendation of Nearby Tourist Attractions related to Events (이벤트와 관련된 주변 관광지 자동 추천 알고리즘 개발)

  • Participating in exhibitions is one of the major activities for tourists. When selecting their next travel destination after participating in an event, they use map services and social network services, such as blogs, to obtain information about tourist attractions. The map services are location-based recommendations, because they can easily retrieve information regarding nearby places. Blogs contain informative content about tourist attractions, thereby providing content-based recommendations. However, few services consider both location and content. In location-based recommendations, tourist attractions that are not related to the content of the event attended might be recommended. Content-based recommendation has a disadvantage in that events located at a distance might get recommended. We propose an algorithm that considers both location and content, based on information from the Korea Tourism Organization's Linked Open Data (LOD), Wikipedia, and a Korean dictionary. By extracting nouns from the description of a tourist attraction and then comparing them with nouns about other attractions, a content-based relationship is determined. The distance to the event is calculated based on the latitude and longitude of each tourist attraction. A weight selected by the user is used for linear combination with the content-based relationship to determine the preference order of the recommendations.

  • This study aims to analyze the effects that video image in Seo-an's , claiming to China's first gigantic historic dance drama, has on the performance; it focuses on investigating which video image is used to accomplish the effects in showing specific themes and materials in . Image is meant by 'reflection of object', such as movie, television, dictionary, etc, with its coverage being extensive. The root of a word, image', is founded on imitary, signifying specifically and mentally visual representation. In other words, video image is considered combination of two synonymous words, 'video' and 'image'. Video is not just comprehension of traditional art genre, like literary value, theatrical qualities, and artistry of scenario, but wholeness as product, integrating original functions of all kinds of art and connecting subtle image creation of human being. The effects of video image represented in are as followings; first, expressive effect of the connotative meaning, reflecting the spirit of the age and its culture. Second, imaginary identification. Third, transformation scene. Fourth, dramatic interest through immersion. Last but not least, visual effect by dint of dimension of performance.

  • 본 연구는 지역축제에 있어 축제참가자에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 지역축제의 경우 경제적, 환경적, 사회 문화적 영향을 받는다는 기존 연구들의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서도 이러한 요인들을 반영하여 지역축제에서 필요한 서비스품질은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과들의 도출을 우리나라의 지자체에서 시행하고자 하는 지역축제에서 필요로 하는 전략의 방향을 정하는데 도움을 주고 수도권에 비교하여 낙후된 지방의 문화생활 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 문화자원으로서의가치를내재하고, 접근성이양호한 등대 중일부를 문화교육시설, 공공편의시설 등을 확충하여 등대해양문화공간으로 지정(운영)하고 있으나, 지역(등대)별 해양문화 공연 프로그램의 획일화 등에 따른 집객효과 저조로 다양한 문화컨텐츠 도입이 필요하며, 지자체 등 유관기관과의 협업을 통한 해양관광 개발 등 시너지 효과를 극대화 하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다.
