전 산업분야 중 기계분야는 경제,산업 사회 그리고 문화에 이르기까지 직접.간접으로 미치는 영향이 다른 어느 분야보다 클 뿐더러 앞으로 우리나라 경제,산업의 성장을 위해 그 중추적 역할이 기대되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는산업구조적 측면과 기술개발 측면에서 해결해야 할 과제가 산적 해 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라 기계산업의 현 위치를 재 점검하여 조명하고, 앞으로의 발전 방향을 모색하는 것도 기계산업 육성에 일조가 되리라고 기대하면서 우리나라 기계기술의 발전을 위 해 어떻게 대응하는 것이 바람직한가에 대한 내용을 중심으로 서술해 본다. 먼저 중심내용에 들어 가기 앞서 우선 기계기술이 갖는 특징과 최근의 개발방향을 살펴보고 우리나라 기계기술의 현 위치 를 개괄적으로 평가해 본 후 주어진 주제의 초점인 기계기술의 발전과 연구관련기관의 육성방안에 개하여 소견을 제시하고자 한다.

Performance based logistics(PBL) is recently studied and applied for enhancing the combat readiness and reducing the life-cycle cost for weapon system in the United States. Therefore, in this paper, we review the issues of logistic support and suggest alternatives to effectively manage the logistic support for weapon system by using performance based logistics, especially during operation and support phase of weapon systems.

본고에서는 최근 논의되고 있는 ATP 도입의 필요성 및 시스템 선정의 적절성을 검토하는데 있어서 철도신호 분야 뿐만이 아닌 우리의 환경변화 여건 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 철도의 장기 발전전략에 부합하는 APT 도입 방안을 제시하였다. ATP 도입시 고려해야 할 주요 환경변화로는 고속철도개통, 기존철도시스템과의 조화와 관련한 기술발전 측면, 틸팅차량 등 기존선 속도향상, 전철화, 복선화 등 철도영업거리 확장 및 남북철도연결 등을 고려해야 할 것이다. 즉, 바람직한 차상신호장치 도입을 위해서는 차량과의 적합성에 있어서는 기존차량, 특히 속도계장치와의 호환성, 시설분야에 있어서는 설치작업 및 향후 유지보수의 용이성과 국산화 가능성, 향후 남북철도 연결과 고속 철도의 기존선 연계운행 등을 종합적으로 고려하고 장기적인 철도발전에 도움이 되는 방향으로 추진되어야 할 것이다. 결론적으로, 우리철도의 기반시설과 차량 등의 현황과 향후 변동요인을 반영하여 가장 바람직한 ATP 표준기준을 용역 등을 통해 설정하고, 업체선정, 적어도 1년 정도의 시험기간을 거쳐 실용화 단계로 접근해야 할 것이다.

이 논문은 원자력발전소의 중대사고를 중지 또는 완화시키기 위하여 제시된 사고관리 방안의 실현가능성을 평가하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 소개하고 있다. 이 방법론은 사고관리 방안의 수행실패 요인으로 운전원 진단 및 의사결정 오류, 운전원 수행오류, 관련기기 실패로 인한 오류, 수행지연으로 인한 오류 등으로 나누고, 각각에 대하여 평가 방법을 제시하였다 .운전원 진단 및 의사결정 오류 평가시 고려하여야 할 주요 인자들을 제시하였으며, 수행지연으로 인한 오류 평가시에는 시스템 가용시간과 방안 수행 소요시간을 정의하고 각각에 대한 분포 획득 방법과 이를 이용한 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법론을 영광 3.4호기 공동범람 방안의 평가에 적용하였다.

최근 정부의 공기업 경영혁신계획에 따라서 민영화와 경영혁신 대상 공기업이 확장되었다. 이에 따라서, 한국지역 난방공사(이하 '한난')는 1차 민영화 대상 공기업으로서 단계적 민영화를 위하여 안양 및 부천 사업소를 한국전력공사(이하 '한전')의 열병합발전소와 통합매각하여 2001년 51%이상 지분을 매각함으로써 민영화를 완료하도록 추진방안이 수립된 상태이다. 이렇듯 가시화된 정부의 에너지산업에 대한 경쟁 촉진 및 규제완화는 정부주도의 하향식 계획을 지양하고 에너지 구성(energy mix)을 시장에서 결정되게 하자는 것이다. 이는 관련업체간에 해당에너지의 사업주체에 대한 경쟁이 아니라 개별기업이 다양한 에너지사업을 운영하면서 한 기업의 최적 에너지 구성을 시장원리에 따라서 자체적으로 결정한다는 것이 핵심사항이다. 따라서, 현재 한난과 에너지관리공단이 운영 및 소유주체로 되어 있는 국내 집단에너지사업은 정부방안에 능동적으로 대처하고, 특히 에너지산업 변화에서 제기능을 담당할 수 있도록 합리적이고 효율적인 발전계획 및 민영화 방안을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 현재 추진중인 국내 에너지 산업 구조개편에 따른 집단에너지사업의 발전방향을 정책적인 측면에서 제시하고자 한다. 논의의 대상은 국내 집단에너지 사업으로, 공업단지 집단에너지사업을 제외한 지역냉난방 사업을 중심으로 하여 전력 및 가스사업고의 연계방안 등이 주요 사항이다.

The research is to analyze current situation of the coordinated development of "5 Region" and "4 Road" in Henan Province and put forward problems about the coordinated development of the "5 Region" and "4 Road" with the inland geographical location in China by drawing on the experience of the coordinated development of related industries in developed countries and regions based on China's "One Belt And One Road". According to the problems, a plan for the promotion of opening up to the outside world is provided. Through research, the following problems are found: First, the superposition advantage of five districts' and "four roads' has not been fully brought into play. Second, the collaborative linkage mechanism is not sound. Third, modern comprehensive transportation hub facilities are not fully completed. Fourth, the industrial support capacity is insufficient. Fifth, basic support is difficult to meet the needs of future development. The plan is as follows: First, building a top-level strategic platform and improve the policy support system. Second, we need to enhance the advantages of the four Silk Roads and accelerate their interconnected development. Third, establishing a coordination and mutual assistance mechanism to stimulate the superposition effect of industrial clusters. The significance of this study is that it can be used as research data to predict the future direction of China's "One Belt and One Road" policy and enlightenment to stimulate the economic revitalization of inland provinces.

우리의 자동차공업수준은 아직도 내수시장기반이 극히 취약하고 제조기술, 부품조달, 제조설비부문에서 선진자동차공업국에 대한 의존도가 높고 자동차공업과 관련된 주변여건 변화에 깊은 관련성, 선진자동차공업국의 우리나라 자동차공업에 대한 경계심, 자동차 수출시장의 정책변화, 세계각국의 보호무역주의와 관련한 우리나라 시장 개방압력 등이 한국 자동차공업의 성패에 밀접한 관련성을 내포하고 있어 우리나라 자동차공업이 지속적인 수출산업으로 성장하기 위해서는 새로운 발전방안이 강구되어야 할 시점에 있다고 볼 수 있다.

This paper suggests the developing scheme of trade-finding site after observing the customer-finding methods, which is the most basic in trade, among all kinds of customer-finding methods by using the internet and discussing the present condition and problems of trade-finding site which is used most frequently.
