There are many large-scale coastal region landfill and land development by loading to use territory efficiently, this regions are mostly soft clay ground. Constructing structures and road on the soft ground bring about engineering problems like ground shear fracture and a big amount of consolidation by bearing capacity. Improvement of soft soil is required to secure soil strength and settlement control. In improvement of soft soil, predict for the amount of settlement based on field surveyed reports are important element for estimating pre-loading banking height and the final point of consolidation. In this study, there is calculating theoretical settlement by analyzing field surveyed report and ground investigation to improvement of soft soil with pre-loading and vertical drain method. And present settlement prediction method reflect soil characteristics in Gimpo Hangang site by analysing prediction settlement and observational settlement during compaction using hyperbolic, ${\sqrt{s}}$, Asaoka method.

What distinguishes Impression Liu Sanjie, directed by Zhang yimou from other stage performances lies in its use of space. Firstly, it breaks the regular way of performing in a limited theater space but instead, impression Liu sanjie bases the stage activities on the real nature scenery. Secondly, it promotes the local culture by combining the unique color effect of the particular nature scenery with its use of the scenery's natural space, with an aesthetic precision. In another word, Impression Liu Sanjie is not a simple performance set on the natural scenery but more of a promotion to the local culture, through the concept of "environment friend" between human and nature, which is brought by mixing the unique color of natural scenery and its natural space. This research analyzes the Impression Liu Sanjie's use of space basing on Proxemics by Edward T Hall. Impression Liu Sanjie adapts its character from a folk tale, employs the form of natural scenery performance, and at the same time to the largest extent throughout its creating process respects the local culture and its natural space. As a result, the performance presents the idea of "environmentally friendly".

The necessity of a management for a metropolitan has long intrigued many urban scholars and researchers who are interested in Busan metropolitan spatial structure and its problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the dynamic changes of spatial structure in Busan Metropolitan by analyzing the population, employment and Land prices, for the period of 1993, 2001. The major results in this study are as follows; While main-centers have experienced significant loss of population, sub-centers have been growing. Jung-Ang Dong still has high accessibility in population potentials, but its accessibility has declined since 1993. Pu-Jeon Dong had increasing trend of population until 2000, but its population has also descended since that time. Meanwhile, the population of sub-centers has increased in its accessibility. And The spatial pattern of the population in Busan has changed from monocentric to polycentric. This phenomenon was almost spontaneously generated from population dispersion from existing main-centers. In terms of change of land values are there is a spatial and temporal rhythm in the urbanization of Busan. The highest land value in Busan is shown in CBD. The development of Busan proceeded along the north-south belt and extended to west Busan.

This study is based on semiotic analysis with a focus on film 'Veteran'. The film is to the reproduced movie in the sign for social problems facing our society. The purpose of this study is to interpreted the implication is that referents and presents of the film to be directed by semiotic. The methodology is the study that the Saussure's semiology as a signifier and signified, and Peirce's semiotic as iconic, index, symbols in contemporary scholars. The Semiotics is analyzed on the basis myth and ideology of Barth. The film director thinks the 'veteran' was replaced by the implications of the role of the actor as a signifier that is the out referent of our society. Thus, the film was sublimated into more than the real as myth in our society desires. So, our society is to implement the right ideas as ideologies process. that is, rewarding the good and punishing the evil, and eventually implement justice society. The implications of this study is going to create a society that is not for specific groups tycoon, is for mutual dependence like the interpretation of the song of the film veteran.

Recently a variety of study of Korean parsing system is carried out by many software engineers and linguists. The parsing system mainly uses the method of machine learning or symbol processing paradigm. But the parsing system using machine learning has long training time because the data of Korean sentence is very big. And the system shows the limited recognition rate because the data has self error. In this thesis we design system using feature module which can reduce training time and analyze the recognized rate each the number of training sentences and repetition times. The designed system uses the separated modules and sorted table for binary search. We use the refined 36,090 sentences which is extracted by Sejong Corpus. The training time is decreased about three hours and the comparison of recognized rate is the highest as 84.54% when 10,000 sentences is trained 50 times. When all training sentence(32,481) is trained 10 times, the recognition rate is 82.99%. As a result it is more efficient that the system is used the refined data and is repeated the training until it became the steady state.

The results indicate that direction of online reviews have a significant effect on both information reliability and product attitude. In addition, consumers' shopping experience also shows a moderating effect between the direction of online reviews and the dependent variables. Furthermore, product type also shows a moderating effect on the information reliability, yet not on the product attitude. In clarify the relationship between the satisfaction and success of smart-learning smart learning and learner analyzes the main factors that affect the learning flow results, The smart learning variety of properties, personalization, complexity affects the learning flow variety, personalization, ubiquity affects the interaction, It was analyzed by a useful impact on the learner interactivity and immersive learning outcomes. This gives the implications of the smart learning attributes are important in order to maximize the learning experience for smart learning.

Understanding the forest fire patterns is necessary to comprehend the stability of the forest ecosystems. Thus, researchers have suggested the simulation models to mimic the forest fire spread dynamics, which enables us to predict the forest damage in the scenarios that are difficult to be experimentally tested in laboratory scale. However, many of the models have the limitation that many of them did not consider the complicated environmental factors, such as fuel types, wind, and moisture. In this study, we suggested a simple model with the factors, especially, the geomorphological structure of the forest and two types of fuel. The two fuels correspond to susceptible tree and resistant tree with different probabilities of transferring fire. The trees were randomly distributed in simulation space at densities ranging from 0.5 (low) to 1.0 (high). The susceptible tree had higher value of the probability than the resistant tree. Based on the number of burnt trees, we then carried out the sensitivity analysis to quantify how the forest fire patterns are affected by the structure and tree density. We believe that our model can be a useful tool to explore forest fire spreading patterns.

If we learn that 'Mrs Lee has two children and at least one of them is a daughter', what is our credence that her two children are all girls? Obviously it is 1/3. By assuming some other obvious theses it seem to be argued that our credence is 1/2. Also by just supposing we learn trivial information about the future, it seem to be argued that we must change our credence 1/3 into 1/2. However all of these arguments are fallacious, cannot be sound. When using the conditionalization rule to evaluate conformation of a hypothesis by an evidence, or to estimate credence change by information intake, there are some points to keep in mind. We must examine whether relevant information was given through a random procedure or a biased procedure. If someone with full information releases to us particular partial information, an observation, a testimony, an evidence selected intentionally by him, which means the particular partial information was not given by chance, or was not given accidentally or naturally to us, then the conditionalization rule should be employed very cautiously or restrictedly.

이 논문의 목적은 해군력 개량화를 소개하고 그 활용에 대하여 제안함에 있다. 어떻게 하면 여러 국가 간의 다양한 분쟁에 대한 해군력의 효과를 효과적으로 이해할 수 있을까? 혹은, 어떻게 하면 다양한 해군력의 나라별, 시간별 변화를 이해를 할 수 있을까? 지금까지 많은 학자들이 해군력의 변화와 그 변화에 따른 해군력이 분쟁에 미치는 영향을 규명하려고 많은 노력을 해왔다. 그 중의 한 방법이 정성적인 방법이나 아직 정량적인 시도는 매우 적다. 이 글은 해군력을 정량화하는 방법과 그 데이터를 이용하여 여러 기존 이론을 검증하고 여러 다른 연구주제를 연구하는데 어떻게 이용이 될 것인지를 소개를 하는 글이다. 본 논문의 주요 쟁점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계량화적 접근이란 무엇인가에 대해 논의 해 본다. 계량화란 무엇이며 정성적인 방법과의 차이는 무엇인지를 통해 정량화의 이용 가치에 대해 논의해 본다. 둘째, 해군력의 정량화이다. 해군력의 정량화를 위해 어떠한 기준들을 세우고, 그 기준에 따라 함정들을 코딩하고 톤수를 세는 과정을 설명한다. 셋째, 정량화된 해군력을 바탕으로 동북아시아 국가들의 해군력 변화를 서술적으로 분석한다. 이제 주어진 해군력 데이터(주요 함정의 톤수)를 가지고 각 동북아 국가별 시간별로 어떠한 변화를 거처 왔고, 각 분쟁들 (1,2차 세계대전 등)에는 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 단순통계적 방법을 이용하여 알아본다. 넷째, 해군력의 변화가 경쟁국가 간의 전쟁 발발에 있어서 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대하여 통계적인 방법을 이용하여 검증해 본다. 묘사적인 방법은 다른 요소들에 대한 통제가 이루어 지지 않아, 정확히 해군력과 경쟁국가 간의 전쟁에 대한 인과적인 관계를 증명하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 다른 경쟁적 이론들을 (예를 들어 민주평화론 등) 통제하여 해군력이 숙적국가 간의 전쟁 발발에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 상호 해군력의 증가는 경쟁국가 간에는 전쟁을 덜 일으키는 요인으로 작용하였으며, 이는 해군력이 경쟁국가 간에는 억제력이 있다고 추론 할 수 있다. 궁극적으로 해군력의 영향에 대한 정량적인 접근은 기존 연구의 검증, 미래 예측, 국가의 정책결정자들에게 보다 신뢰가 가는 자료를 제공하는 장점들이 있다. 이러한 장점들을 바탕으로 해군력의 영향에 대한 연구는 분쟁분야에 있어서 학술적이나 실용적인 측면에서 많은 이점이 있다.

The purpose of this article is to find out both strategies and methods that Korean libraries could be reborn and recognized as an essential public good for the information poor. To the end, the first discussion is about the Korean society's intrinsic standpoints on social minorities and information poverty. And the second discussion is on how the Korean library community has approached and met with the information poverty issues of social minorities. Special concerns are on analysing the achievements and limitations of Korean library policies for social minorities. Also investigated are the indigenous factors that have impeded the further development of library services for the information poor. And finally this article requests for scholarly efforts to strengthen the theoretical basis of library policies for social minorities, together with strategic suggestions for Korean librarians who wish to renovate their specialized services for social minorities.
