최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 학습자 중심의 스마트 교육을 위한 융복합 학습 콘텐츠의 개발요소와 개별화되고 맞춤화 된 창의적인 교육콘텐츠 개발방안을 분석하는 것에 있다. 스마트교육환경에 적합한 어플리케이션의 개발방안은 전통적인 교수 학습 모델과 유기적으로 연계되어야 하며 학습을 위한 검색기능, 학습 자료를 추출하는 조사도구기능, 협력활동을 지원하는 기능, 문서저작기능, 심화학습을 위한 기능을 구현해야 한다. 향후 교육환경은 클라우드 교육서비스를 기반으로 네트워킹을 통한 국내외 학습자원의 지원과 협력학습 인프라를 통해 언제 어디서나 학습이 이루어지는 학습 선택권을 중심으로 이루어질 것이다.

The study aims to gain information for developing educational contents to support LPSMB(low-performing students with multicultural backgrounds) through the survey on their personal characteristics, attitudes related to learning, and learning environment. We analyzed a survey of 2,091 students from 200 schools who were low-performing Korean students, LPSMBs, and normally performing students with multicultural backgrounds. Normally performing students with multicultural backgrounds showed statistically significant higher scores on most questionnaires than low-performing Korean students and LPSMBs. However, normally performing students with multicultural backgrounds and LPSMs showed statistically significant lower scores on identity and social relationships. LPSMBs showed lower scores on parents' culture than normally performing students with multicultural backgrounds. We suggested how to support LPSMBs' learning and learning environment based on the survey results.

고등학교 1학년 공통과학(융합과학) 중 천문 분야의 교수 학습 지원을 위한 스마트교육 콘텐츠 자료실을 개발하였다. 공통과학과 관련한 현장 연구의 결과들은 개념 전달의 어려움과 함께 과학적 사고를 위한 탐구활동이 절대적으로 부족함을 제시하고 있다. 이에 교사들이 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 스마트교육 콘텐츠를 정리하고 이를 소개하여 학생들이 과학적인 탐구 활동을 통해 천문학 개념 이해에 도달 할 수 있도록 돕고자 하였다. 자료실 개발을 위해 공통과학 각 단원별 내용요소를 정리하고, 내용요소별로 관련된 스마트교육 콘텐츠를 수집한 후, 가장 적합하고 유용하다고 여겨지는 자료들만을 골라 이미지, 동영상, 시뮬레이터, 활동으로 분류하였다. 수집 및 분류한 스마트교육 콘텐츠들을 효율적이며 지속적으로 제공하기 위해서 온라인 자료실 형태의 사이트(astroedu.knue.ac.kr)로 개발하였다. 의견을 수렴하기 위해 현직 및 예비 교사들로부터 두 번의 공개 시연을 거쳐 수요자 중심으로 보완 작업을 실시하였다. 개발된 사이트는 교사와 학생들에게 필요한 스마트교육 콘텐츠를 찾아 제공하는 중간 공급자가 되어 교수 학습 지원의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인터넷 활용 보급과 초고속 통신망의 확대는 능동적 학습, 상호작용적 학습, 협력학습 등의 원리들을 구현할 수 있다는 점에서 그 교육적 가치는 매우 높다. 즉, 개방적이며 상호작용적인 특성을 지니는 교육 체제로의 변화와 함께 우리들의 학습에 융합시킬 수 있는 컨텐츠가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 학습자 중심의 자기주도적 공학교육 컨텐츠 개발에 대한 실질적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 교육 패러다임의 변화로 인하여 온 오프라인 컨텐츠의 활용이 높아지고 있으며 온라인학습을 통한 교수학습의 용이성과 오프라인을 통한 직접적 학습 피드백, 팀플레이 자료구성 및 발표 등의 컨텐츠가 추가적으로 필요하다. 또한, 기본적인 공학교육에 바탕하여 최신 정보에 대해 주도적이며 자발적인 학습과정을 통해 알아보고 그 정보의 분석과 발표를 통하여 효율적인 학습효과를 얻을 수 있다. 결론적으로, 정부에서의 국내 공학교육의 재정적인 지원 및 공학교육에 대한 대학 간의 교류를 더 마련해야하며 꾸준한 지원 및 교수학습의 방법과 전략에 대한 세부적인 연구와 개발이 필요하다고 본다.

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among motivation to participate, organizational support, satisfaction and learning outcome in lifelong education. The survey was conducted on the learners who enrolled in "A" lifelong education center in the first semester of 2011 and structural equation modeling analysis were used. A total of 151 respondents were analyzed for this study. The major findings of this research are as follow: First, motivation to participate factor has an influence on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Second, organizational support factor has an influence on the satisfaction, but not on the learning outcomes. Third, learners' satisfaction have direct effects on the learning outcomes. Furthermore, learners' satisfaction mediated causal relationship between motivation to participate and learning outcomes. This study proposed implications and managing strategies that enhance satisfaction of female adult learners in lifelong education environment and learning outcomes.

오늘날, 컴퓨터와 통신기술의 급속한 발전은 교육의 질을 증진하는데 새로운 기회를 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 현존하는 코스 중심의 학습환경이 개인적인 학습을 적절한 방법으로 지원하지 못하고 있다. 캠퍼스 밖에서도 선도적인 기술로 지원하고 도움을 제공하는 개인별 학습지원이 필요하다. 이러한 새로운 환경에 부응하기 위하여 클라우드에 기반한 CPLE모델을 제안하고 있다.

e-Learning은 시 공간의 제약 없이 교수자와 학습자간의 교육이 이루어진다는 장점이 있는 반면, 다양한 학습자의 요구를 만족시킬 만큼 충분한 학습 콘텐츠의 제작이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Modeling)의 표준에 따라 e-Learning의 학습 콘텐츠를 학습객체(Learning Object)로 제작하고, 이를 SCORM의 표준을 지원하는 LCMS(Learning Content Management System)를 이용하여 관리하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. LCMS를 이용할 경우 학습 콘텐츠의 제사용성을 높이므로 학습 콘텐츠의 제작 및 관리가 무척 용이해진다는 장점이 있는 반면 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠를 제작하기는 매우 어렵다는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 버전관리 기법을 이용한 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠에 대한 제작이 용이한 시스템을 연구했다.

This study shows that the policy directions to invigorate smart education for special education based on the view of special education teachers through AHP methodology. The result shows that development of smart contents, supporting for teaching and learning, smart education networking, establishment of legal foundation and supporting for infrastructure are relatively important policy ordered by weights. The analysis indicates that the contents development policy should be strategic direction for smart education in special education.

Also uses a studying contents standard metadata and about the contents storage space analyzes and plans the core property which uses MDA automatic tools leads and under developing boil e-Learning System will be able to provide the contents which does in actual professor own necessity.
