This paper proposes a new learning recommendation system for learning patterns that educators are applying to learners using item-based method. The proposed method in this paper first collects personal learning methods based on learning information that learners are performing through the internet contents site. Then this system recommends a learning method which is estimated most properly to learners after classifying learning elements based on these information. The students of a middle school took part in the experiment in order to evaluate the proposed system, and the students were divided into three groups according to their grades. We gave inter-attribute and intra-attribute weights to learning elements applying to each group for recommending the most efficient method to improve learning achievement. The experiment showed that the learning achievement of learners in the proposed method is improved considerably compared to the previous grades.

The effect of Web-based project learning on the science achievement and attitude of middle school students was investigated. Four classes of 9th grade at a coed middle school were divided into control and experimental groups. Web-based project instruction in which students utilized the Web to interactively carry out their projects was put into practice with the experimental group, while traditional instruction was employed with the control group. Pre- and post-test achievement and attitude scores were estimated through an analysis of covariance. Web-based project instruction was seen to be more effective in enhancing students’ science achievement and attitude than traditional instruction. In particular, the former instruction was most useful for improving higher level students’ achievement and attitude among the higher, middle, and lower level students of both groups, based on their academic achievement. The effect of Web-based project may result in eradicating negative cognition about gender difference.

지금까지의 웹에서의 학습(실습과목에 대한) 상황은 정지된 이미지를 보고 그에 대한 설명을 학습자가 읽기만 하고 진행되는 시스템이다. 이는 '웹 활용 학습(Web Based Instruction)' 측면에서 볼 때 너무나도 정적이고 학습자 주도적이지 못한 학습 진행 상황이다. 따라서, 학습자의 성취도 또한 낮았다. 이러한 배경을 토대로 인터넷상에서의 실습 과목에 대한 학습진행 상황을 실제 상황과 똑같이 진행될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 진행 상황 화면을 하나씩 캡춰하여 그 이미지에 대한 이벤트 처리를 HTML과 DHTML, JavaScript를 통하여 구현하였다. 이로써, 학습자가 자신의 시스템에 프로그램이 설치되어있지 않아도, 또한 장소를 가리지 않고 인터넷에 접속하여 자기 주도적이고 동적인 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 하였다.

이 연구는 중학교 과학 수업의 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습에 대한 효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습과 관련된 문헌 고찰을 통해 연구의 수행에 필요한 이론적 기반을 마련하였다. 중학교 1학년 과학 내용 중에서 연구 단원을 선정하여 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습 모형을 제시하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 김포시에 위치한 'K'중학교 1학년 학생들 중에서 사전 학업성취도 검사와 학습태도 검사에 의해 동질집단으로 확인된 2개 학습 79명이다. 연구대상 중 1개 학습 40명을 실험대상으로 선정하여 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습의 실험을 실시하고 통제집단에는 기존의 면대면 협동학습을 실시하였으며 실험이 끝난 후 두 집단의 학업성취도 및 학습태도 변화 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 결과 분석은 SPSS Ver.12.0을 이용하였으며 학업성취도는 다변량 분산분석(MANOVA)을 하였고, 학습태도는 독립표본 t검정을 통해 분석하였다. 분석한 연구의 결과 첫째, 중학교 과학 수업에서 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습은 면대면 협동학습과 학업성취도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습 실험집단이 면대면 협동학습 통제집단보다 학업성취도의 하위 영역 중 기억 영역에 그 효과성이 두드러짐을 확인하였다. 둘째, 중학교 과학 수업에서 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습은 면대면 협동학습과 학습태도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 연구 결과를 토대로 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습은 첫째, 학습자들로 하여금 자료 수집, 분석, 정리 단계에서 정보의 공유를 통해 적극적으로 학습을 유도하였다고 예측할 수 있다. 이는 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습이 면대면 협동학습보다 학업성취도 향상에 효과적인 교수학습 방안으로 제시될 수 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 중학교 과학수업에서 온 오프라인 혼합 협동학습은 학습자의 학습태도에 효과적이라고 확신할 수 없다. 따라서 학습자의 교과에 대한 학습태도의 향상을 위해서는 교수 학습방법을 다각화하고 교과와 학습목표에 맞는 적절한 학습방법의 지속적 활용이 중요하다고 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 프로그래밍 학습의 성취 수준별 학습자들의 학습 성향을 분석해보고자 한다. 특히 프로그래밍 학습 성취도가 높은 학생들의 복습 패턴을 통해 프로그래밍 학습 이해도를 높이기 위한 학습 방법에 대해 연구해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the influences of learner-centered instruction on learners' achievement and reason ability. In order to accomplish them, the fraction unit and the polygonal unit in the fourth grade were implemented with teaching methods and materials suitable for learner-centered mathematics instruction. Some conclusions could be drawn from the results as follows: First, learner-centered mathematics instruction has a more positive effect on learning of learned knowledge and generating unlearned knowledge in the experimental period than teacher-centered instructions. Second, learner-centered instruction makes an influence of low learning ability on getting achievement positively. Third, as the experimental treatment is repeated, learner-centered instruction has a positive effect on students' reasoning ability. The reasoning ability of students showed a difference in the comparison between the experimental group and the comparative group, and within the experimental group, there was a positive effect of the extension of the positive reasoning ability. Fourth, it can be estimated that the development of students' reasoning ability interchangeably affected their generation test results.

이 연구는 프로그래밍 교과의 수행평가에서 자기주도적 학습능력 촉진을 위하여 학업성취도를 분석 및 예측하는 시스템을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구에서 학업성취도의 평가는 루브릭을 적용하여 프로그래밍 수행평가의 채점을 논리력, 문제해결력, 창의력으로 측정하였으며 학업성취도를 분석하기 위해 학습자별 학업성취도를 측정 준거 별로 그래프로 표현하며 이동평균법을 적용하여 향후 점수를 예측하였다. 이로 인해 학습자는 평가 결과 그래프로 현재 자신의 학습상태를 파악하고 예측 결과로 자신의 학습의 준거 별 장 단점을 분석하여 학습 방향 및 학습시간에 대한 자기 성찰에 도움을 주어 자기주도적 학습능력을 촉진시킬 수 있도록 하였다.

웹 기반 학습 환경에서 스캐폴딩 (Scaffolding) 전략은 내용 지식과 과제의 특성을 반영하고 학습자 수준과 특성에 맞게 도움을 제공하여 개별화된 학습 환경과 학습자가 스스로 학습할 수 있도록 추가적인 정보를 제공할 수 있는 효과적인 학습 전략이다. 본 연구에서는 경도정신지체 학생이 학업 성취도 향상을 위해서 초인지 스캐폴딩 전략을 적용한 웹 기반 학습 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자에게 학습에 대한 방향과 목표를 명확하게 제시해 준다. 둘째, 과정에 집중할 수 있도록 학습단계마다 지원을 제공하여 학습의 효율성을 높이게 한다. 셋째, 교사와 학습자의 접근성이 용이하도록 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of peer tutoring on academic achievement and peer relationship in computer programming. It was assumed that peer tutoring as an alternative teaching method can positively affect to enhance learners' learning achievement and to develop a closer relationship among learners. To achieve the purpose, an experimental research was performed with 50 10th graders. The results showed positive effects of peer tutoring on academic achievement and peer relationship.

본 논문에서는 전자교과서 개발을 위한 새로운 모형을 제시하였으며 이를 적용하여 초등학교에서 교재로 사용할 수 있도록 교육과정의 내용을 중심으로 사회과 전자교과서를 구현하였다. 또한 구현한 전자교과서에 대한 교사들의 인식과 학습자의 학업성취도를 조사하고 분석하였다. 구현한 전자교과서의 사용자 인터페이스는 책 메타포를 활용한 네비게이션을 적용하였으며, 온라인의 장점을 살린 외부 사이트 연결이나 외부 프로그램과의 연결 외에도 풍부한 멀티미디어 자료를 제공하였다. 실험 결과 학습자의 학업성취도 측면에서 지식,이해 영역과 기능 영역에서 학습자의 학업성취도가 높게 나타났다.
