Analysis of Students' Attitude and Satisfaction Level toward Afterschool e-HomeStudy (사이버 가정학습에 대한 학습자의 태도 및 만족도 분석)

  • E-homestudy refers to e-Learning after school. This concept has been introduced by Korean Government as a substitute for expensive private tutoring. The purpose of this research is to explore the perceptions and relationships among determinants affecting the attitude and satisfaction level in e-homestudy. Such factors as subjective norms, visibility, perceived usefulness, quality of contents, facilitating conditions, interactions are introduced into the model. The survey results show that the attitude and the self-directed teaming level influence the satisfaction level in e-homestudy; the subjective norms, visibility, and perceived usefulness are the major determinant affecting the attitude; the quality of contents as well as interactions have positive impact on the perceived usefulness.

  • The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

Team Project Activity and Satisfaction in Business Education (경영학 수업에서 팀 프로젝트활동과 수업만족에 관한 연구)

  • Since 2010, the universities in Korea have been faced severe difficulties on the selection of students and on the delivery of high quality education services, as the number of students is reduced and the college entrance rate is declined. To solve these problems, the universities have introduced the various and professional education services such as team-based projects, case study, e-learning, action learning, etc. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of team-based project learning on the student's satisfaction in business education. The 4 factors(team cohesiveness, teamwork, team performance and goal achievement) are measured by using questionnaire survey and data are collected from 134 students(34 teams) for 4 subjects. The results show that the structure of team cohesiveness${\rightarrow}$teamwork${\rightarrow}$student's satisfaction is statistically significant, and that team performance and goal achievement are not significant. The student's satisfaction in team-based project learning would highly be related with team cohesiveness.

  • This study was conducted to empirically analyze the effect of various job characteristics on job satisfaction under the smart work environment, which has become a hot topic recently. To this end, job characteristics under the smart work environment were subdivided into job autonomy, job flexibility, and job efficiency. In addition, although these job characteristics had a direct effect on job satisfaction, the learning agility of employees was also considered to be important factors. Job autonomy, job flexibility, and job efficiency all had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In the case of learning agility, it was found that there was a mediating effect in all paths. The results of this study had academic significance in that they empirically tested the relationship between job characteristics of smart work and job satisfaction according to the progress to contact free society..

  • 피아노 학습프로그램은 PC기반 자율학습의 형태로서 프로그램을 이용하여 효율적인 학습 성취도와 학습만족 도를 충족시키기는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 피아노 자율 학습프로그램의 체계, 기능설계, 모듈설계 등의 내용을 기술하고 있다. 프로그램은 올바른 학습과 평가 기준에 부합되도록 프로그램에서 정한 이수체계에 따라 각 단계마다 이론학습과 평가과정으로 구성되도록 개발하였다.

  • 비대면 프로그래밍 수업에서도 대면 수업에서와 유사한 학습 실재감을 느낄 수 있는 수업 방법을 모색하기 위해, 2020학년도 1학기부터 2년에 걸쳐 실시간 화상수업과 미리 제작된 동영상 콘텐츠를 제공하는 온라인 콘텐츠 수업 방법을 순차적으로 적용해보았다. 두 방법의 공통점은 중요한 단원을 공부하는 4주 동안은 플립러닝을 적용하여 예습 동영상을 제공하고 본 수업은 실시간 화상수업으로 진행하면서 예습확인 퀴즈를 실시하고 심화수업으로 운영하였다. 각 수업 학기말에 학생들을 대상으로 5점 척도 방식의 만족도 조사를 실시하여 수업 내용의 이해도, 수업에 대한 흥미도 그리고 수업 참여의 적극성에 대한 학습 효과를 비교해보았다. 그 결과, 세 가지 학습 영역 모두 실시간 화상수업 방식에 참여한 학생들의 만족도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

Development and Application of Blended Learning Strategy for Collaborative Learning (협력학습을 위한 혼합학습 전략 개발 및 적용)

  • The collaborative learning has been considered as an efficient teaching model and under the recent basic learning environment, even face-to-face classroom circumstance rapidly increases the courses of blended learning which utilize the merits of e-learning environment. Nonetheless, the study on the strategy for systematic blended learning is quite scarce. In this study, the survey was done for developing the blended learning strategy, based on the collaborative learning model at the face-to-face environment and judging the satisfaction on the courses which the model was applied to. The survey consists of demographic questions, satisfaction in the whole courses, satisfaction in the collaborative learning under the blended learning environment and satisfaction in the blended learning strategy and support tools applied to each step of the learning. The result of this study is as follows. First, in response to the question that the blended learning can complement the face-to-face classroom courses, the respondents represented average 4.09 at 5-point Likert scale. And to the question whether the collaborative learning is more efficient under the blended learning environment than the face-to-face classroom, the response corresponds to 4.06 scale on the average. Second, as for the satisfaction in the blended learning strategy and support tools applied to the each step of the blended learning, the satisfaction degree is analyzed as high as over 4.0 on the average toward all the questions. Third, regarding the support tools used for the blended learning strategy, the learners consider the tools as most helpful in order of chatting, team community, mail & note and archive. Lastly, I would like to suggest that the study result should be highly reflected in constructing the collaborative learning module of learning control system in the future.

The Influence of Small Enterprise Workplace Learning on Management Performance: The Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction (소상공인 일터학습이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 직무만족을 매개로)

  • This study is based on workplace learning, which has revealed its significant influence in the previous enterprise case studies. Why do small business owners have the opportunity to participate in workplace learning based on authenticity? It was intended to clarify whether it was necessary and to increase the growth and development potential of small business owners based on its contents. Moreover, this study is focused on identifying the influence of workplace learning on management performance through this series of processes. In order to investigate the influence of small enterprise workplace learning on management performance, research hypotheses were set based on a review of previous studies, and empirical analysis was carried out. A total of 203 questionnaires were empirically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. As a result, first, workplace learning had partially significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, workplace learning had significant positive influence on management performance. Third, job satisfaction had significant positive influence on management performance. Fourth, job satisfaction had partial mediating effect in the relationship between workplace learning and management performance. The analysis result showed that among sub-factors of workplace learning, only formal learning did not affect job satisfaction and that job satisfaction did not have mediating effect in the relationship between formal learning and management performance. According to analysis, this was because in poor small enterprise environments, opportunities to participate in formal learning like external training or in-house training were not kept. In other words, poor small enterprise environments were plainly revealed from the managerial, economic and social standpoint. Therefore, there is a need to establish the foundation of growth for them to solve problems and develop win-win development capabilities and an institutional system that can make a contribution to policy and education, and management, by helping small enterprises keep opportunities to participate in workplace learning. In spite of these significant study results, there can be a limitation. For improving this limitation, further research will need to target diverse fields focusing on samples, which can explain relations of many different variables. Also, working-level relation research connected to studies that can highly enhance management performance will be required.

A Study on the Influence of Dimensions of Learning Organization to Job Satisfaction: Mediating Effect of Job Embeddedness (학습조직 구축요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 직무 임베디드니스 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The main purpose of the stuey is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Job Embeddedness. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Job Embeddedness had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, the results have many theoretical and practical implications.
