현재 연구자들은 연구기획, 협업 연구자 선정 및 특정 분야의 전문가 정보를 찾기 위해서 많은 시간과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 연구자들의 노력을 줄여주기 위해서 연구자 중심의 학술 정보 분석 서비스에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 BiomedExperts, Authoratory, ResearchGATE, Academic Search와 같은 기존 사이트에서 제공되는 연구자 중심 학술 정보 서비스와 OntoFrame S3의 연구자 중심 학술 정보 분석 서비스에 대해 간단하게 살펴보고, 각 사이트에서 공통으로 지원하는 4가지 서비스-연구자의 기본 정보, 연구자의 연구 동향 정보, 연구자 네트워크, 연구자의 논문 정보 서비스-에 대해 비교, 분석하고 주요 기능적 특징에 대해 살펴본다.

본 논문은 국가학술연구인력 데이터베이스의 구축 방안에 대해 기술했다. 학술연구자 정보는 국가적 연구지원 관련 업무의 가장 기본이 되고, 사회 각 분야에 있어서의 연구활동에 참여할 최적의 연구자를 찾거나 연구계획서를 심사할 최적의 심사자를 찾는데 필수적이다. 그러나 학술연구자 관련 정보들이 중복 구축되어 여러 낭비요소들이 많고 정보의 일관성이 유지되지 않아 정보로서의 질적 가치 저하로 오히려 혼란만 가중되고 있으며, 표준화 미비로 상호 정보 교환이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 국가적 차원에서 표준 형식의 국가학술연구인력 데이터베이스를 구축하여 모든 관련 기관이나 연구자들이 공유함으로써 중복 구축에 따른 비용을 절감하고, 일관성을 유지하여 정확한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The current debate in the academic community is on the criteria for predatory journals. Researchers are perplexed about what constitutes a predatory journal. The purpose of this study is to investigate how South Korean researchers discover and evaluate predatory journals. In order to achieve this, we collected 2,484 statements, comprising posts and comments, from Korean researcher communities, namely the Biological Research Information Center (BRIC), Hibrain.net, Phdkim.net, and the Scholarly Ecosystem Against Fake Publication Environment (SAFE). We divided the data into three primary categories-journals, publishers, and researchers-for the topic analysis. For each statement, we assigned 11 in-depth subtopic tags based on these categories. Six main points of contention emerged from the combinations of these sub-topic tags: (1) researchers' confusion about predatory journals and discussions about research performance; (2)(3) researchers' positive and negative perceptions of predatory journals; (4) researchers' evaluation criteria for journal quality and problems associated with the quality of Korean journals; (5) changes in publishing brought about by the introduction of open access (OA) and associated issues; and (6) discussions on broader issues within the academic ecosystem. By using a qualitative approach to examine how South Korean researchers view predatory journals, this study aims to advance basic knowledge of the discourse around them in the communities of domestic researchers.

본 연구에서는 물리, 생명분야 연구자들의 인구사회학적 특성이 기관리포지터리 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이를 정보공유와 확산의 장으로 기관리포지터리를 활용할 수 있는 전략 수립의 근거자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 관련 문헌자료 조사, 설문조사와 심층면담을 수행한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기관리포지터리 인지경로는 도서관과 모체기관의 홍보, 동료들의 추천순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구자의 학술정보자원 공유는 면대면이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그다음으로 오픈액세스 기반 기관리포지터리, 연구그룹단위 웹사이트 순이었다. 셋째, 학술정보자원 유형별 공개는 심사후 학술논문이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 실험데이터에 대한 공개의사는 매우 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학술정보자원의 공개를 통해 연구자들은 연구성과에 대한 인정, 우선권확보, 연구역량 강화에 대한 기대감, 취업에 대한 기대감, 중복연구 가능성 축소를 기대하고 있었다. 향후 다양한 학문분야별 연구자의 특성과 행태분석을 통해 주제분야별 특성이 반영된 기관리포지터리 개발이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to describe the experience of visually impaired academic researchers' use of scholarly contents and to explore intrinsic nature of the experience. In-depth interview was conducted with a total number of twelve visually impaired academic researchers and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. A total of 107 significant statements were extracted, divided into 44 themes and 12 theme clusters. The statements were then classified into four categories. The 'scholarly contents acquisition and use' category has to do with difficulties that these experience when negotiating with internet sites with poor web accessibility and full-text availability. The 'changes in perception and emotions' category deals with transitions in perception and mood experienced by visually impaired academic researchers' over time. The 'relationships with support personnel' category includes issues related with the difficulty of securing support person, support person's inadequate level of competence, and establishing/sustaining personal relationships. Finally, the 'improvement requirements' category includes issues that these researchers want resolved with regard to contents acquisition and use.

본 연구에서는 세계 지역경제 연구 분야의 연구자들이 정보원을 좀 더 효율적으로 검색하기 위해서 연구자들이 연구과정에서 활용되는 정보원에 관한 지식과 이들 연구자에게 제공하는 참고사서의 지식을 획득, 표현하여 일반 이용자 또는 다른 지역경제 연구자들이 공유할 수 있는 지역경제 연구정보 전문가 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

But we can't know this SCI journals included the articles by Korean are subscribed print or licensed e-journals. So This study aims at discovering the trends and phases of SCI journals and articles published by Korean using bibliographic analysis. The SCI(Science Citation Index) database DVD version was used to search for the number of times paired Korean articles from 2004 to 2006.

The journals provide an academic arena for researchers in specific academic field, and play a crucial role in the process of formation and development of the academic field. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the familiarity, reputation, applicability, and preference of mathematics education journals. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for mathematics educators. As a result, the three journals , , and were notably preferred by mathematics educators, and the scores of familiarity, reputation, applicability, and preference were almost synchronized. On the other hand, mutual preference of mathematics education, mathematics, and education journals is an indicator of the communication among related academic fields. However, mathematics education researchers showed little preference toward mathematics and education journals, and vice versa.

저자동시인용분석 기법은 인용을 통해서 특정 주제분야의 지적 구조를 파악하는 수단으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 저명한 연구자 위주의 분석이 되기 쉬우므로 은퇴자나 고인을 비롯한 비현역 연구자가 포함되는 경우도 흔하다. 또한 비영어권 국가의 국내 연구동향을 분석할 경우에는 분석결과에 국내 연구자가 상당수 배제되는 상황도 발생한다. 이 연구에서는 국내 현역 연구자 위주로 최근 동향을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 지적 구조 분석법인 서지적 저자결합분석을 제안하고 실제 자료를 대상으로 분석하여 효용성을 검증하였다
