현재 대부분의 대학에서 학생들의 출결(출석, 결석)사항관리는 수기로 처리하고 있다. 매 수업시간마다 수기로 작성해야하는 출석부는 통계분석이 실시간으로 이루어지지 않기 때문에 학생스스로도 본인의 출결관리의 번거로움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 출결관리의 간소화 및 투명화, 문서의 분실, 실시간 조회를 위한 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 학생 출결관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

대학 강의의 출석정보는 학생들의 강의 참여 상태를 확인하여 성적부여뿐만 아니라 학생들의 태도를 파악하기 위한 중요한 자료로 활용된다. 따라서 교수는 매 강의시간 출석확인을 통하여 학생들의 강의참여도를 파악하고, 이를 평가에 활용하고 있다. 대부분의 출석확인은 교수의 수작업에 의존하고 있기 때문에 강의시간 중 일부를 할애하여 처리하고 있으며, 이 시간동안은 강의내용과 관련된 활동이 거의 이루어지기 힘들다. 이러한 문제를 개선하여 강의의 질을 향상시키기 위해 자동 출석체크가 가능한 시스템을 도입하는 대학교가 최근 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 출석관리를 위해서 도입되어야 하는 단말기, ID 카드 등의 초기 도입비용이 매우 큰 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동 출석체크가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 시스템의 초기 도입 비용을 줄이기 위해서 비콘 기반의 스마트 출석관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 학생들이 소지하고 있는 스마트폰을 출석체크에 활용함으로써 강의실에 설치된 비콘 이외에 추가적인 단말기나 ID 카드 등이 필요하지 않다. 또한, 강의실에 부착된 비콘과 스마트폰 간에 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 통신을 통하여 출석정보를 자동으로 수집하고 실시간으로 파악하도록 함으로써 강의의 질을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

Existing attending management systems require a high cost and are lack of convenience. In this paper, we propose a convenient and practical attending management system as follows: First, our system allows us to construct an attendance book in an easy and simple way. A professor does not have to provide the information of students using the small screen of his smartphone. Instead, each student manages his own information via the app designed for a student in our system. Then the professor can construct the attendance book using another app designed for the professor by confirming the requests from the app designed for a student. Second, our system enables a professor to utilize the pictures of students as well as other information of students to have a good relationship with students. Third, our system provides a functionality of checking attendance automatically by calling the names of students via the app designed for the professor. Then the professor has only to match the name with the face of each student. Fourth, our system provides a functionality of checking attendance in a very fast manner. Our system can complete this behavior within a short time since all students can join the attendance simultaneously by using the app designed for the student. Fifth, our system can prevent an illegal attendance easily by utilizing the distance information.

Today, using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) card is extended in diversity as medical treatment, circulation market, military affairs, manufacture, security, etc. The RFID technology is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data for the purpose of identification using radio waves. This advantage of the RFID will be as a replacement for traditional Barcoding. Besides, book-lending system and attendance management system become the center of educational institution in interest. This paper presents a attendance management system using the RFID card which provides directly information of attendance for professors with mobile and students with web. Also, the students only have ID card that embed RFID tag which is recognized attendance through DB that storages to is received a information of student from RFID card Reader. And it is possible management or report for attendance and time table not only for professors by management program but also for students by web program.

Many to U-Campus field research have been processed meet of Ubiquitous and University. This paper re-civil of an inventory system of University and student attendance management service of the U-Campus it used a RFID system and it planned newly and it embodied. The system which is proposed journalist re-relation information is provided with a real-time and it leads to put on, it provides a search the delivery of goods from a warehouse, returned goods and location information back. Also the mouth thread of the students and they it provides the thread and strong will information from the student attendance civil official. It uses the system which is proposed from the dissertation which it sees with it becomes disturbance in the journalist re-civil official and the student attendance civil official it will reduce a many hour and a manpower and an expense with the fact that.

본 논문에서는 대학교 강의 효율 향상을 위한 학습 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 해당 시스템은 교수와 학생의 스마트 폰을 이용한 온라인 출석부를 지원하고, 학생의 스마트 폰 사용을 일정 시간 제한할 수 있다. 온라인 출석부는 별도의 서버에서 저장 관리되며, 비접촉식 근거리 통신 방식인 NFC를 통해 출석 유무를 점검한다. 효과적으로 스마트 폰을 제어하기 위해, 인터넷 모드, 매너 모드, 제어시간 등이 결정되며, 결정된 정책에 따라 학생의 스마트 폰은 관리된다.

본 연구에서는 웹 환경에서 운영되는 학생관리를 위한 시각적인 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 학생 출석부는 학생의 학번과 학과 및 성명 등 텍스트 정보 밖에 없으므로 학생 개개인의 얼굴을 익히지 않는 한 대리출석을 체크하는데 어려움이 많았다. 웹 환경에서 데이터베이스와 연동된 학생관리시스템은 이러한 문제를 해결하여 준다. 결석이 많은 학생이나 성적이 나쁜 학생들에게 경고용으로 부모에게 자동적으로 문자메세지를 통보하여 일방적인 교수의 학생지도가 아니라 교수-학생-부모간의 삼위일체 지도를 유도할 수 있다.

웹은 인터넷을 기반으로 하여 시간 장소에 구애됨이 없이 연결할 수 있어서 학생들이나 교수는 원하는 정보 서비스를 손쉽게 이용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점들을 고려하여 웹상에서 학생들은 리포트제출, 시험보기, 성적조회, 출석점검을 할 수 있으며, 교수들도 종래에 사용하였던 시험출제, 출석부와 학생관리를 웹을 통해 이루어질 수 있도록 PHF와 오라클을 이용한 웹기반 학생관리시스템을 개발하였다.

휴대폰을 개인마다 보유할 정도로 보편화하고 무선 네트워크 기술이 발전하면서 대학가에서 출결관리를 자동화하려는 바람이 불고 있다. 이는 이전의 출결시스템의 결점인 출결 확인 시간을 줄이기 위한 것이다. 그러나 자동화된 스마트 출결시스템에 허점이 많아 출결 정보에 대한 신빙성과 공정성에 문제가 발생하고 있고, 그에 대한 대책이 없는 것이 현재 상황이다. 이번 연구는 얼굴인식을 이용한 스마트 출석 체크 프로그램이다. 수업에서 사진을 찍으면 AWS Recognition 기술을 활용해 얼굴을 인식하여 Django web sever로 보내고 그 얼굴과 학사 시스템에 등록되어있는 학생의 사진을 비교하여 어떤 인물인지 파악한다. 비교한 인물이 일정 유사율을 넘었을 경우 그 학생의 얼굴 사진을 학습, 계속해서 서버 안에 있는 같은 인물 파일에 넣어서 유사율을 높이는 식으로 진행된다. 그렇게 하여 스마트 출결시스템의 목적에 맞게 출결 확인 시간을 대폭 줄일 것이고, 부정적인 방법으로 출석할 수 있는 방법을 없애 기존의 시스템에 없던 신빙성과 공정성을 확립할 것이다. 또한, 어플리케이션을 통해 학생의 경우 언제 어디서든지 자신의 출결 상황을 확인할 수 있고, 교수님 또한 손쉽게 학생들의 출결을 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 최종적으로 무결성이 확보된 정확한 출결 정보를 자동으로 데이터화하여 이용자와 관리자의 편의를 보장할 것이다.

There are management and price problems that have been caused by requirement of RFID reader, Fingerprint Identification System and Clicker for the construct of automatic attendance system to check the students' attendance accurately and quickly. Therefore, in the thesis, we developed smartphone based attendance check system by utilizing Wi-Fi and the smartphones that has been already built without using additional equipments and establishing construction of system additionally. It recognizes date, time, location and the seat number in classroom if a student logs the attendance chocking application in and it also allows students to get lecture feedback and check attendance by taking quizzes and questionnaires that are related to the lecture. As a result, by applying the attendance check system, instructors state that it is convenient since the app allows instructors to communicate with students though the quizzes and questionnaires. Especially, the instructors state that it is convenient because the results of the quizzes, questionnaires and attendance can be downloaded it the from of Excel files.
